Communication with property manager was seamless, and above any previous interactions I have ever had. Great place. Well maintained. Clean. Stocked with basic kitchenware and cleaning material. Great Wifi. Tennis Court was such a nice bonus. Would 100% (and will likely) stay here again!

My three children and I really enjoyed our stay here. Just a 15 min ride into the downtown area of the Berkshires, this spacious place is tucked well into the woods which makes it an ideal getaway. Krystal was a fabulous host and even mailed me my birthday gift that I left behind. You could easily sleep 10 here as there are 3 levels to the house and a walkout to the tennis court and basketball hoop. Great place!!

Most things were fine with this cabin, except everyone struggled to have hot water and the top bath kept leaking frigid water. For the high cleaning fee, I would have thought all the dishes could have been running in the dishwasher versus put away. We worried about the high driveway with the rain, but that was ok.

Everything was very good. I had not realized that it was located farther away from venues we planned to visit. Not too difficult but more driving than we realized. We found the house very suitable for our family and well fitted out.

Cozy Cabin
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. It was a good location to ski at Butternut. There was plenty of room for my family and friends. Unfortunately there was some pet hair left behind from previous renters that did bother some with allergies.

Amazing Property!
Fantastic property secluded in the woods with a huge yard (great for dogs). Close proximity to excellent hiking trails and outdoor activities. Loved the layout of the house - perfect for making a fire and playing board games and relaxing! Everything was great.

Lovely place
We were mostly stuck inside the whole time because of rainy cold weather, but the house was perfect for a gathering of three families. It was clean and solid and all around a great time. Krystal was a perfect property manager!

This property was awesome for 4 adults and 9 children ages 3-12. Kids had a great weekend away playing tennis, hiking and playing on the big yard. House was very clean and nice. Great time!

When we first saw the listing for this home - we were very excited. Somewhat secluded but near all the Berkshire hotspots - Great Barrington, Stockbridge etc. It had a gas barbeque grill, wood burning stove and fire pit outside on the property. We immediately invited another couple to join us for our 3-day adventure.We booked the property on the VRBO site. We learned that Evolve Vacations listed the house on the site - it was not listed by the owner so we had no direct contact with them. Evolve gave us a phone number and email address to use to contact them if we had questions. We had many since we were bringing our dogs. We would wait on hold with the phone number, leave a message and never receive a call back. At one point we called VRBO customer service, but they could not help us. All they could do is send Evolve a message. It was not until I tweeted our displeasure @evolvevacations, did we get a response. This was very frustrating, especially since they already took full payment. We were supposed to get all the information about how to get into the property 72 hours before. It didn't come. We emailed, I tweeted again and finally had a positive response not from Evolve but from the property managers (still not the owner). With these issues finally rectified we were on our way to the Berkshires.When we arrived at the property, we were very pleased. It was very nice, so far as advertised. Since we are vacationing during the Covid-19 pandemic, we planned on spending a lot of time at the house. We had brought up all our food etc... complete with expensive steaks bought especially to barbeque one night.Our first night we were in the kitchen getting out the pots and pans to find they were sticky and one was completely unusable due to some baked in stuff at the bottom of the pan. Yuck. We had to wash all the pots we used. There was NO WOOD for the woodburning stove or the fire pit. The listing did not say we should bring our own. When we spoke to the property managers, they said that another guest used up all the wood so that ruined it for everyone else. That is ridiculous. You advertise you have the stove and pit, you supplied the wood, of course they are going to use it. It was recommended we buy our own. In addition, the BBQ grill did not have the safety ring for the propane tank. Some people wouldN’t know you need to have that to grill safely. We did. Didn't use it, had to find another way to cook dinner. CAUTION HERE

Everything was great, plenty of room. Wood burning stove was a real treat. I didn't have any issue (I have 4x4) but if you're planning on staying here during the winter you may want to check the weather if you're planning to use the driveway. Really had a great time.

Awesome family friendly retreat in the Berkshire area!
This location was perfect for our family holiday. We were looking for a place that could fit our guests and brought a mountain feel to the home. We were very pleased. Many meals as a family and enough room for everyone.

Me and my family had a nice stay
Me and my family have a tradition to get together every year. We all were driving from different states . Me and my boyfriend drove from Stoughton,MA. When we had and hour left to get to the property, property managers messaged us that they have a storm and because of that they have no energy and driveway is not cleaned, so they told us its better for us to come next day . We drove to the property anyways bcoz we had less than an hour left. The roads were fine and we had energy, but it took us almost an hour to get to the driveway since it wasn’t cleaned. Walk to the house from driveway is couple minutes and it’s up on to the hill very hard to walk with grocery bags. This house has 3 showers ,but you can’t take shower in all 3 showers at the same time or clean dishes. One shower at the time . It was very inconvenient for us since we were 11 people. Everything else was good . The property managers were nice and helpful . They provided us with Christmas tree which was very nice of them. The house is nice and cozy , all rooms are heated. They have all cooking pots , silverware and all the stuff you need at the kitchen. Large backyard where we were playing with snow. We had a nice celebration of New Year ! Thank you
