My family liked the layout of our room. It was spacious and comfortable.
We also appreciated the private washer and dryer.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The showerheads are odd. It would be better if there were an additional conventional showerhead. And the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired.
Also, our floor’s workout room appeared closed, and we couldn't utilize it.

The fireplace and the kitchen and the second bedroom and bathroom.
Noise from the road. The windows on the front side didn’t shelter the noise from the street it felt like you were literally standing outside. Hot water was not even existent. After being outside in the cold you want to come back take nice hot bath and cuddle up in front of the fireplace. Being that we stay at the hotel we should have gotten a discount on the food at the restaurant which the food was amazing. The bathroom towels didn’t match and there was a lot room to decorate in the room. So the rooms at times felt empty and cold.

Beautiful place! Everything was super clean and roomy. It was a convenient location to everything in Pigeon Forge. The downtown historic district was adorable. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
My only complaint was a pending charge they leave on your account until check out. If someone is counting on that money to enjoy their vacation it would be awful. No one made me aware that this was a normal thing for their system to do. The lady at the front tried to help resolve the matter. But unfortunately it did stay on my account during the duration of our stay. So something to keep in mind for your budget.

Everything was nice and clean. Very spacious room!
For a room that sleeps 8 people, the hot water tank should be enough for 8 people to shower. By the time the 2nd person was done showering, we had to wait for more hot water which was very inconvenient. Other then that, it was perfect!

Very cozy and spacious
The only complaint i have is the bathroom in the main room. We had a 2 bedroom. And the shower was very bery small. The counter is too long, and the toilet to sit cat corners the shower was extra small. Like you could not spread your arms and hardly could bend over.

My suite was very roomy and met my needs. However the vibes of the place was very eerily quiet. My whole time there you will see know other person. Not on the elevator or in the hallways, or lobby. I was there from the 16-20. I saw a lady and her two small kids maybe on the 18th, then never saw them again. We went up to the roof top and it was dark and eerie. Just felt off here.

Room was the best I never stayed at. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also had a complete kitchen and living room. I felt like I was home.

Everything!! I was shocked at what a stunning place this was, for an unbelievably good price. Love the history behind it, too. Great views, super cute location. Also loved that there are very few units in the hotel. Immaculate and huge unit!
Nothing!

I recently stay at the central hotel for 4 night’s. hotel looks beautiful, especially for the location, staff are nice but I was so disappointed because the bed was with blood 🩸 and the bed cover to , bathroom has a lot of dust I mean a lot, shower was not good ,water pressure was poor , water is coming out from top and if you don’t want to get you hair wet, no worries because you will get wet and they don’t provide you with not hair cap o cover. After I founded all those things on the room I went to the front desk and I did spoke with the manager and nobody cares, anyway, they give me some bed stuff like that I can replace or change everything my self because they don’t have no housekeeping service in case that you want to stay for more and 2 days. Is not bad hotel ,just they need to do little bit better.

Location, the unit itself, was beautiful and a nice surprise.
2 beds, 2 baths. Walking location of downtown Sevierville and close to grocery stores and shops. Far enough away to be out of the hustle of bustle of PF but close enough to enjoy shops and restaurants.
There was some type of construction going on at the restaurant I believe. We heard hammers quite a bit. Also would recommend to request a unit in the back of the building as we heard every conversation of anyone leaving the restaurant as we were in the front.
I also would recommend changing the front desk hours from 8am - 8pm. We needed to leave early the last day and had to wait until 9am to check out.
The rainshower was a nice idea but wasn't executed well.
Also, in the master bath, you need to be 6 ft tall in order to wash your face in the sink.
Luckily there was a second bathroom that I could access.
We would definitely stay again but would request a back unit.

VERY clean! We were eight of us and had plenty of room. LOCATION was perfect for us!
Not enough parking for hotel guests!!! Sofa bed VERY uncomfortable for adults (needs “egg” foam crates or better mattress). No access from hotel lobby to guest rooms.

beautiful! updated!
There was a rooftop lounge that was active until midnight on Thursday. It was loud but it didn’t bother us too bad.

The size of the room and the ability to cook and do laundry. The price for the amenities is a great value.
For being an "upscale" hotel more attention should be paid when cleaning the rooms, there were scuff marks all over the walls and all over the base boards. It takes away from the upscale stay.

Our stay was amazing! As a family of 5, the three bedroom suite was perfect. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing! Because it is in the downtown area, parking is a smidge tight if you drive a larger vehicle (we do), but the hotel has a good number of reserved spots, so there is always a spot available. The location is very convenient to all things Sevierville including some great local restaurants. We were very pleased!
