We loved the overall feel of this cabin, the cute Bear decor, it felt very homey. We are Wyndham timeshare Owners and we needed more room for 2 people, the Wyndham is right across the street, perfect location, so we rented this cabin and had family time and meals here. It was great with the numerous spaces and porches , also love the back deck.
Needs for this cabin to get a 10:
Outdoor lights, at the door and path to the back deck, had a fall due to no lights
Cooking items; Large bowl for mixing, Flatware; Spoons knives.

We invited the location we liked how easy it was to find it and we did like how quiet it was and if you was pretty for the most part
What we did not like is that you cannot pray any of the games on the facility they are all broken and I mean all broken the bottom restroom you had to take the lid off just to flush the toilet and it ran out of hot water very very fast for facility that holds 6 plus people one person got hot water and the lighting in the cabin needs to be better there was no propane for the grill or the fireplace so you could not use them

The view, location and the upstairs.
The darts were broken, there was cigarette ashes on the screened in deck, the tv in the downstairs bedroom wouldn’t work right because the batteries dead, there was broken steps going to the downstairs deck, the lights outside did not work.

It was nice and the price was reasonable
That the kitchen didn’t have enough light

The cabin is so cozy and loved the fireplace!

Very cozy location.
No coffee or snacks available... when traveling we didn't even think about stopping for supplies. Location too far to just run out to the store. A Kurig with half dozen pods would have been so welcomed.

Location was good
Cleanliness, cluttered and dusty. The entry porch smelled like wet charcoal and the entrance was not swept or tidy. I ended up sweeping. A little outside work would go a long way as well = raking leaves, pulling weeds, throwing away old pots, basic gardening tasks.

Location
The televisions didn't work in the bed rooms

The area.. beds were clean..
Yard needed cleaning. Broken items strewn around outside. Back patio was filthy.
Inside had not been dusted in a long time. I had to wash out old coffee in the coffee pot before I could use it. Old banana stem in the kitchen window. . Other things that needed cleaning. Their cleaning fee that is attached to your bill is approximately $185 .. lol... a joke

Just about everything!
Only downfall was the fire pit outside not working. The fire pit was one of things that caught my attention in the pictures online that made me really want to stay there.

I loved how perfectly placed the location is .its not a far drive from anything.about 10miles to quite a few popular Amusement's and Dinner Galore lol and the cozy cabin has a little bit if every in it to keep us entertained.
Wish there was sign down at the circle(echota sign) when u 1st turn in...BC our directions said sharp right so I took the car right then all thru there then made it on the road but still lwent to the far right and everything cabin below has signs and names so we had drove and got there later than planned so at dark we weren't having much luck after quite a few wrong turns and pulling into wrong cabins once we got on the right road were we finally had the road sign for pine cone ridge 👈(in middle of the place) then after relief we still stopped at few of them until we got to the blue sign at our cabin with pine cone ridge.it seems newer maybe it hasn't got done yet but just know for someone that never been there and coming up after dark it took us awhile so just throwing that idea out there.
Only other thing is only reason we go back to hotels usually is my man is a tall guy 6ft 2 and we sleep on a king.so we like thwt option. so I got this cabin BC there was 4beds figure he could rotate around and these beds seem like fulls thought it said queen. But just wish bed maybe got upgraded sometimes BC we slept slept in words >us< towards middle of bed all nite .it seemed very broke in but we understand...

very clean. Christmas decorations a plus.
HVAC issues. old round type toilets to low to the floor. No dishwasher. mattress very hard. unreasonable cleaning fees. treacherous road and driveway.

We loved the location and comfortable layout of the cabin. Also liked the video game table in the back room. My son was happy to have Netflix.
The shower stall was very small, even for me and I'm petite. The kitchen faucet was also wobbly. Just a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, otherwise not too bad.

It was clean and well maintained and peaceful. And my grandchildren said it was the best.

The cabin was set up for us when we arrived and we were emailed a code to unlock the doors. The building is impressive with a high ceiling over the living/dining/kitchen and a loft with the master bedroom, hot tub, and upstairs screen porch. Two more bedrooms are downstairs and there is a washer/dryer combo accessible from the downstairs bedroom. Beds were clean and comfortable. There is a full size fridge/freezer and a microwave in the kitchen. The front entry is a screen porch with a great view of the valley and the Smokies.
It was all good.
