We had a great stay and great communication with the owner of the apartment.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in to the apartment and there was chocolate and coffee/tea in the kitchen for us The apartment was very clean and the space was great for 5-6 people. Last but not least the apartment is placed in a beautiful part of Hamburg with lots of big trees, close to a park and surrounded with beautiful houses.

the trash bins were not accessible. but we were asked to take them out of the apartement at the end of the stay.

A cosy and convenient apartment in a lovely neighbourhood close to the Alster.

Excellent location. The flat is modern and comfortable, large enough for a family of five.

Checking-in time was moved to 6pm after we booked, which didn’t suit us as we were travelling by train and arriving in mid-afternoon. The flat ended up being ready around 4.30, however, and we were able to negotiate an earlier check-in.

Excellent location and room but needs the improvements.

The location was very good in nice neighborhood. The room was clean and cozy.

1) It took time to get a reply from the question. 2) It was extremely hard to find out where the key box is. Need visual instruction. 3) Toilet paper stock was not enough.

Nice interior, appartement with a lot of light, clean

In the evening we had no water so we couldn’t brush teeth, shower,… In the night the plumbing made a lot of noise. The problem was solved in the morning.

Slow Wi-Fi. The single beds were uncomfortable but we received a new bed after request. Very good!

Amazing apartment and great hosts

Fantastic apartment which was a great size for 6 adults. Apartment situated in a wonderful street about 10 mins walk from metro station and a 2 min walk from a gorgeous park on the Alster. Rooms were modern and clean. It had everything we needed. Hosts were extremely helpful when we had a small issue with one of the beds and rectified it quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated apartment

Really great place - one of the most nicely decorated holiday apartments I have ever stayed in. Very clean, communications beforehand were good eg how to find the key, nice neighbourhood and lovely setting near the lake.

Nothing, it really was great.

nice and clean appartment. very helpful host. good condition. nice quarter. parking place (at a cost). restaurants near by. supermarket near by. comfortable beds.

no oven in the kitchen. very small parking place. a bit long to the center, so need to use public transportation (but lots of opportunities near by

Perfect stay for a short work trip

Communication was great and even my dog was welcome. The location was a dream as close to a park and the Alster, the apartment was stylish/ clean/ and felt homy. Great place to calm down after a hectic work day. Especially the option to book a parking spot in the attached garage was very convenient.

It was a bit tricky for me to navigate through the parking garage and find exit/ elevator/ light switch but in the end absolutely not a big deal at all.
