Booked this property due to its location and advertised amenities. However, upon arrival we couldn't access the hot tub and game room area. The host (a property management company) was unresponsive and dismissive. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received delayed and incorrect information. They blamed the building for closing access, but on our last day, we ran into other guests who verified they'd had access to the amenities all weekend and that their code was different than ours. They actually let us in briefly to check everything was working/accessible. I wish we would have paid closer attention to prior reviews complaining about lack of access to amenities and poor host communication. They were right.
The unit itself was clean and decently stocked, but it was quite cramped for 6 adults. The unit, building, and the little we saw of the amenities were very outdated (the pictures on the listing are either very old or generously touched up). While the location is convenient, parking is extremely limited, with only one tight spot available. Lastly, I found the non-refundable $59 damage waiver predatory. Thought it was a deposit we'd get back but turns out they keep it.
Overall, I would only recommend this property to those with a smaller party who are solely concerned with location convenience. If you expect to utilize the amenities or get prompt help from the host with any issues, I would look elsewhere.

We enjoyed our time in this cozy unit and loved how easy it was to get to various ski areas.

Not Bad but a few Glitches
When we arrived we almost couldn't get in. The door knob was jammed. We managed to get in but after closing door, it was jammed so bad we couldn't open it. Fortunately there was another door to go in and out. They repaired it on the second full day of our stay.
The big issue was not being able to access the game room with hot tub due to incorrect door codes. Again it took two full days to get the right codes and we really wanted to use the facility those days.
We had a non functioning coffee pot which they replaced as well.
Otherwise it was warm and clean although there was a slight oder which we never identified. The town is nice. We would consider returning to that property although everything considered it was pricey for what it was.

Great Guys Trip
The unit was just the right size for four adult guys on a ski trip. The unit was clean and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked except for the coffee maker. Someone had broken the 12 cup carafe and replaced it with a 6 cup carafe which meant making multiple pots of coffee in the morning. we would like to thank Alisha for coming to our rescue when in a senior moment we locked ourselves out of the unit. While we went out to eat she contacted a locksmith so that we coudldget back in on a cold and snowy night.

Great property good access but we had two vehicles and had to park one off site a block away. Owners should reveal that in the description as not a major issue but there is no guest parking close to property.

Nice area.
Unit great for 4 adults but would be smallish for more even though there are 3 bedrooms. Needs new living room furniture! Clean, plenty of dishes, kitchen ware, towels, etc. Close to lots of fun places. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed being within walking distance of a handful of restaurants and a great playground for our almost two year old. The property was exactly like the listing with everything we needed.

Great location-access to marina
Generally a decent place. No deck or patio, community grill only, views were not good (parking lot and fence). Beds weren’t great. REALLY strong mothball smell! Will go back to Dillon but will look for another place.
