The newly remodeled unit is beautifully furnished with a six-top (expandable to eight) dining table and seats for three more at the kitchen island, perfect for enjoying meals together. The gourmet kitchen features all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliance, Quartz countertops, and is equipped with all the necessities, making it a pleasure to prepare meals.

The two primary bedrooms each have comfortable king size beds and incredible views of the Gulf with large sliding glass doors to the balcony. The third bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds: full-size lower and twin-size upper, providing plenty of sleeping options for all guests.

The bathrooms are all appointed with beautiful Quartz countertops and tile surrounds. The two primary bathrooms offer tiled walk-in showers and the third bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Attraction Information:
There are multiple vendors on the beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep-sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! We shared this condo with another family and it was perfect! The kids loved the bunk room and we all loved the views from each of our master suites. It was perfect! Great location too!!

We love to stay at Watercrest. We love the views and the location of the property. This particular condo provided plenty of room for the family, and had most of what we needed. We did have to buy toilet paper and paper towels, as we ran out during the stay. Not much is provided (as mentioned in listing). My complaints lie in the extra charges after we booked. We were charged $75 plus tax for a second parking pass, which hasn't happened to us before. We were also charged $50 per night when we added a 7th person to our reservation. I'm not exactly sure what $200 plus tax paid for seeing as though the condo sleeps 10 (it definitely wasn't toilet paper! ) There were lots of rules, such as keeping the shades lowered to avoid US having to pay to have the air conditioner serviced if it froze! We just felt that we were constantly worried that we would be charged for something else! I even took pictures of any damage that was already there, just in case! The towels had a funky smell, which was probably due to the fact that there was mildew in the washer. I don't mind having to strip the bed linens before leaving, but if they are going to ask you to do that, they should probably buy new pillows and mattress protectors, as we discovered upon departure that ours were pretty stained! I will definitely stay at Watercrest again, just not in this condo.

The property was very clean and great location for families. The only issues were minor. Top rack of dishwasher was missing a screw which made it sag. Also the outlet in the smallest master bath needs repair. Also found a very dirty cooking pot in the cabinet. Other than that our stay was perfect. Will definitely want to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning on a future trip. We found the home to be in wonderful shape, clean, and well-equipped. The views were wonderful and the location is perfect. Tons of activities within 5 minutes, including the state park and jet skis, while traffic was minimal, which made for a great trip!

The condo was perfect for our multigenerational Thanksgiving celebration. We loved the space. The kitchen was exactly what we needed to prepare our holiday meal! Rooms were all spacious, and exactly as advertised. The view was fantastic, and the beach absolutely lovely for enjoying a morning or evening walk. Quiet, easy parking, fast elevators, and great location for other activities! Definitely recommend!

Watercrest is an amazing property. 1207 was maintained exceptionally well. There was more than enough in the unit. There were water toys to use. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen for us to prepare and serve 7 people. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here in the future. Lastly, the communication with David was amazing.

We had an incredible stay at the Watercrest and David, the property manager, was a pivotal part of it. Last year we stayed in a unit that was incredibly dirty and had a horrible time getting in touch with the management. Nothing in that unit was like it was supposed to be and the property managers were horrible to work with. This year was different and David was right on the ball with all communications with us and anything we needed was taken care of. We also have never stayed in a unit that was exactly like it was described and was as clean as this unit. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

We have stayed at Watercrest many times and love it! Communication and response time was amazing. We had a small issue with the washing machine. Dave came by within a couple of hours on a Sunday (Father’s Day). He fixed the washer and was very nice about it. Condo was very clean. Only suggestions are need a full length mirror and some paint touch ups. Great condo!

Very clean. Great view from the balcony. Check in and out was very easy. The air conditioner went out while we were there. But, David took care of everything while I went to the beach with my family! It was fixed when we got back. Highly recommend this condo unit.

Excellent property. Gorgeous view! We have stayed in several units at Watercrest and this 12th floor unit is great. It is updated, clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. David was great to work with and personally delivered a parking pass that was needed. Balcony furniture was great. Would be an added bonus to have a lounger chair. Overall great experience at this property. We will definitely return to this property.

Late March spring break vacation and it was absolutely perfect. I could not be more grateful that they had the plastic lining on the balcony. This was a huge concern with a little one and I was instantly relaxed when I saw it. The elevators were not an issue at all. We have zero complaints and lots of memories made!

We had a great week in PCB and loved our time in the condo. The rental was very clean and the posting was accurate. We loved the location, which was close to St. Andrew’s State Park (highly recommend a visit!), and away from the busiest parts of PCB. The property has a ton of amenities to keep everyone busy- heated pool, tennis, tiki bar etc.

Location was great. Quieter end of PCB. Condo looked recently renovated and was very clean. Bathrooms were very nice but could use a little paint after renovations. Unit had everything we needed. Loved the two master suites. Beautiful view. We have rented many condos in many different areas and I have to say this is without a doubt one of the best.
