There were people living in the basement of the house. I had no idea we would be sharing the house. The basement tenents were noisy with dogs that bark when someone comes home. The tv from the basement was very loud until midnight. I would not stay here again..

Quaint Home
This place was absolutely adorable!! It was clean and inviting. There were a couple snafus that were ironed out quickly. Stephanie was quick to respond to any questions and/or problems. I have recommended this place to my friends and family. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great little spot
The location was perfect for us. A quite and cute little place to stay. We had a hiccup with our arrival. Apparently the new cleaning person forgot we were arriving and we were unable to get into the home and had to find a hotel for the evening. The property owner did compensate us a portion of our stay but it was very frustrating. I would consider staying again with confirmation right before our arrival. Again, the owner was gracious and apologetic and I would consider staying again because mistakes happen and I appreciate owners concern and providing positive customer service response. Thank you, Liz

Great little bungalow
Loved this little brick bungalow. Came to town for Christmas with family and enjoyed having our own space. Kitchen was good for helping cook for the holidays. The owner even made sure we had extra dishes and a crockpot we needed so we didn't have to cart them from home.
We will definitely stay here again when we come to the Treasure Valley to visit. If you make it around Christmas, check out the Caldwell Lights - beautifully decorated city blocks full of fun.

Quaint and charming home
We enjoyed our stay sans one glaring piece that was not mentioned in the description. There is a downstairs tenant in the basement apartment that we knew nothing about until we arrived on the property. Unfortunately this tenant was very loud and a night owl. We really liked the location of the house and Stephanie is a super star host however our experience with the tenant means we wouldn’t stay there again.
I cannot emphasize enough though how grateful we were for Stephanie and her responsiveness. She addressed our concerns appropriately and we enjoyed our stay there in spite of this.

Cute and Comfortable
Super cute brick home just blocks from College of Idaho. The neighborhood is charming and the home was clean and welcoming. Stephanie made sure we could access the house even though I booked at the very last minute.

“Grandma and Grandpa’s house”
This property was a great location and a charming home for us Floridians to stay while visiting daughter and family. Each of our three grandsons were able to spend a night at Grandma and Grandpa’s house and they loved it.
We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen since we did a lot of food prep.
We also enjoyed a fire in the wood burning fireplace.
Stephanie did a wonderful job of meeting us and explaining expectations and responding to an issue.
Future guests should enjoy this home, also.
