Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This beautiful Denver home has four stunning bedrooms each with black-out curtains that transform the rooms to mini retreats. The master bedroom is located upstairs for privacy, and boasts a relaxing King size bed. This large bedroom also features a quiet ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with double vanities.
A second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, high-end linens, plush carpeting, Denver-inspired artwork, and decorative light fixtures to make this a comfortable space to catch some Zs.
The third upstairs bedroom is bright and cheery and has large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. You’ll love the queen size bed, soft linens, modern bedside tables and decor. It also offers easy access to the upstairs bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is located in the basement. It has 2 king size beds, a crib, and a private bathroom. The quiet and tucked away space is perfect for a couple with young kids or an infant.

A house that sleeps 11 should have plenty of bathrooms so that everyone can take care of business in peace, and this home does not disappoint. There are 3.5 bathrooms throughout the house. Two full bathrooms are located upstairs, a half bathroom on the main living floor, and one full bathroom in the basement.
The master bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower with glass doors and rain shower features, and an expansive vanity area. The family bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms has a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors and an elegant vanity space with designer finishes. The bathroom in the basement also has a tub/shower combo.

If you enjoy entertaining, you'll love the modern full kitchen, complete with flat top stove, stainless steel appliances, and all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home. Enjoy coffee on the house, or bring your own beans and grind them fresh in the coffee grinder. Kitchen includes a blender, toaster, kettle, crock pot, and more!
The kitchen transitions seamlessly into the living area, a bright and welcoming common space where everyone can find a favorite spot. Highlights of the spacious lounge include a 65" TV, leather sectional , hardwood floors, and decorative lighting.. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room out to a private back patio. The fireplace is decorative only and not functional.
The living room is combined with the dining room, a great place to enjoy a family meal. Linger together around the wooden dining table and discuss your adventures of the day!

The home is located on a quiet cul de sac in a friendly suburban neighborhood. There is a two car driveway and plenty of space to park. The backyard offers a relaxing escape with turf grass, a hammock, and a bolo toss game for outdoor fun. Fire up the charcoal BBQ grill (just bring your own charcoal) and enjoy a perfect day outdoors! A fence separates this home from the neighbors.
The patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.

Walking down to W 52nd Ave & Tennyson St bus stop will take you right to Downtown Denver. Once there, transportation from Union Station takes you anywhere you need to go.
The entrance is on the left-hand side of the duplex. Please use the driveway or garage parking spots on the left side of the duplex. We ask guests to avoid disturbing our neighbors on the right side or parking in their driveway. For more details, please review your property guidebook link when you receive it.

Our stay was just two nights. We were literally only there to sleep, but this was perfect becuase it was so easily accessible.

This house was great for a group of 6 co-workers on a recent trip. Spacious, comfortable, stocked with the basics, easy access to all of our activities in and around Denver. The checkin process was my only complaint, as the communication was absent (no emailed or texted instructions), then difficult (multiple phone calls to get the correct door code) leading up to the check-in time. That said, we were pleased when we finally made it inside. If you can avoid that kerfuffle, you should be all set!

This was a lovely home very spacious with a master suite to die for. Plenty of room for our family location was OK neighborhood was OK my only suggestion maybe spruce up the backyard a lot of weeds and put more toilet paper and wash clothes we had six adults and we ran out. But overall very very lovely home and the host was very responsive when I sent an email

Dirty house, questionable saftey
The house was in poor condition when we arrived. The trash bins were full from what seemed like the previous tenant, and the floors/carpets felt like they were still dirty so we kept our shoes on the whole time. The kitchen did not feel sanitary - dishes were not quite clean and we had to wash everything before we used it. The pots provided were warped and the lids did not fit. Everything was very old and mistreated; seemed like it was purchased from a second hand store. The management company was also very sketchy and kept insisting there was a leak and a handy man must come right this minute. We did not see a leak and did not feel very safe in the house. I would recommend you to book anything else but this house. I regret booking this house as I really wanted to enjoy our trip.

A great stay, super host who was always available if needed
Property was clean and super well organized. The basement bedroom was perfect for our young adult group (ages 17-20, 6 of them!) All of our outings were very accessible and rarely more than 25 minutes from the property, very conveniently located. Overall just a great stay
