This property was built specifically so that your entire group can enjoy your trip on the property or be extremely convenient to the front ranges' best locations. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, just moments from 36 highway, set back from the street, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. Fun, privacy, comfort, and space is what you will find here.

Bedroom 1 - The large master bedroom has a high-quality queen bed and a stylish work-from-home office.
Bedroom 2 - This western-inspired bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed.
Bedroom 3 - This stylish bedroom offers a queen bed, changing area, and oversized closet.
Bedroom 4 - This bedroom offers 2 queen beds with ample space for 4 people.

You'll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find two showers, one of which has a tub. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
We DO NOT ACCEPT LOCALS as we have had issues in the past with locals utilizing our homes for reasons it was not intended to be.
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.

Great stay. The house was very well maintained and the property owners responses were very quick!

We had a large group and this place worked wonderfully! It was in a great location, we could easily travel to all the places we wanted to see! This house also gave us enough space to spread out and hang out. The back yard was beautiful and the basement space and the main floor space easily gave us places to hang out all together. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great time at this home when visiting Boulder. The neighborhood was safe and convenient. The house was spacious and offered a lovely backyard to enjoy. And everyone in the house slept great and loved the beds.

Great for a group- if you plan on cooking being your own cooking supplies because the alpaca doesn’t have anything like that. We loved our stay and would for sure return!
