Clean, spacious and modern rooms.

Stylische Unterkunft, feine Lage,
Mitarbeiter Service Hotline
Sauberkeit!

The apartment was big, well equipped kitchen
I did the electronic check in upon arrival at night and the access code was not arriving. I contacted staff via WhatsApp and they sorted out immediately. When we arrived to the building, we couldn’t open the door. Again the WhatsApp support was very helpful as the instructions were misleading. We were a group and it was flagged, but we got towels and bed linens just for a couple bed. The house keeping was supposed to leave it in the morning, but no one came or left it around.

For summer maybe air-condition would be better. More pots with cover.

The room was cleen and the center isn´t so far. Supermarkets and restaurants are close to apartment. Check in was without problems.
The room is so hot. An air condition doesn´t work. So we had to open the windows. Noise from street is terrible. It wasn´t posssible to sleep. WIFI also doesn´t work. I wrote thrue to booking message and also on phone number which was on booking and I don´t have answer till now.

A beautifully renovated apartment and building with so many great details to make our stay comfortable. We loved the well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, super comfy sofa and beds and beautiful design, lighting and furnishings. The bathrooms were luxurious, we felt like we were in a spa!
Everything was perfect.

When we started going to LImehome hotels more than 6 years ago, they were to feel at home, something that they have as a sologan, but that stopped being the case after the pandemic. They are not friendly, if you ask questions a machine answers you and if you insist and a person answers it is very unpleasant and unfriendly. We asked for the code because we did not have internet and they told us not before 3:00 p.m. because we could enter earlier. Our train arrived at 3:00 p.m. in Linz, but nothing. They gave us the internet key so we knew how to get in. Then the dirty apartment, it was cleaned where it could be seen, but when moving the kettle and the coffee maker everything was stained, the terrible bathroom, the bed had a kind of rubber cover that sounded and heated. Everything was dusty, the shower with tartar and when opening the closet there was a smell of vomit. The corridors were stained with something sticky, in 3 days they never cleaned. We just wanted to leave. The hotel is far from the train station and far from the center. It's unfortunate how LImehome works, I don't know if the owners changed or if the business today is to charge and not listen to customers. We did not have Wifi, they agreed to go and fix it and they never came. Limehome in Madrid is wonderful, they should learn from that good service in other countries, because it is clear that we do NOT return to this one. there was no toilet paper. There are better options, look for them.

The renovated apartment building has an excellent central location, the apartment itself was very spacious, bright and nicely furnished. A cosy atmosphere, with pretty much everything you need for a short stay. There were only some minor points, but which still need to be mentioned in order to constantly improve. These are related to a bit more care, when it comes to housekeeping (especially in the kitchen area) and the prior adjustment of the temperature, as all windows were open on arrival and the apartment overheated. During a very short stay, the temperature does not really go down a lot, so on hot days, maybe the windows should stay close and the air condition on.

To access the room, they make a reference to turn the door handle in the direction where the arrow points at. The problem was, it was not clear the arrow they were referring to is a drawing on the floor that shows an old fashioned arrow (it's nice to look at but it's not entirely clear it's an arrow at first).
Apart from that everything in the room was great.

Location and very clean
We tried to regulate the temperature in the apartment, but it was broken. The room was very warm and one of the windows got stuck and we couldn't ventilate. There was no person to contact, appart from the contact in Booking.

Superior value for money. Spacious apartment, which is well (not cheaply) equipped. Very spacious shower. Recommend
At the time of my stay AC was out of order and the apartment was hot (I believe they will fix it)
