Experience our 2022 fully renovated studio condo. located in an 11 unit building at Maryland Avenue and 1st Street. The heart of fine dining and shopping in Rehoboth Beach. Accommodations include a queen Murphy bed with 2 side closets and drawers. 2 reclining twin futons, fully equipped kitchen, 3- piece luxury bathroom plus hair dryer, smart TV with Cable/DVD player and wifi. Most comfortably accommodates up to two adults and two children - ask owners for more details Enjoy sitting on the deck off the front, or the balcony off the back. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer convection/ toaster oven combo, grind & brew and Kuerig coffee makers, cookware, dishes/utensils, and barware. Basic items are provided for your initial convenience, including hand soap, dish soap, roll of paper towels and toilet paper, and trash bags. A small collection of books, games, and movies also provided for your entertainment. PLEASE NOTE that you must provide your own bed and bath linens. One parking spot out front - #208.

Perfect Location, one block back from the beach and one block back from the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops and boardwalk! 4 minute walk to the beach each day and once we arrived we walked everywhere and didn’t get back in our car until we had to go home! Dan was the perfect Host, always answered us immediately and the place was gorgeous!! All the upgrades of the remodel were stellar and we had everything we needed for our stay! Would Highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here agin if we come back! Thanks so much for sharing your rental property with us!!

This was our second time returning to this lovely home! The location is perfect, the home is clean and beautifully decorated. Although the place does feel a bit tight at times for a family of 4, there is so much to do in rehoboth you’ll want to spend your time exploring. Planning on retuning next year again! :)

This is our second time staying at Dan and David’s place, and it won’t be our last! Clean, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. So close to the beach and the main strip, everything is walking distance. Lovely hosts! Can’t wait for our next stay!

We had a wonderful time! The place was spotless, well stocked and everything was top-notch! Everything was updated bathroom, kitchen. The pullout couch and futon beds gave enough space for me, my husband and 2 girls to sleep comfortably. It was 1 block from the beach on the beach side, meaning we didn’t have to cross any major streets to get to the beach. 2 blocks from the boardwalk, literally a 4 min walk and restaurants and shops galore. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this lovely vacation home matched its description. It was comfortable and perfect for three adults. We really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook BLD. And it was terrific to be able to walk to the beach! We loved every minute we spent there and will definitely return next time!

Wish we weren't leaving! Had a beautiful stay. The pictures are exactly accurate to the room, shower, kitchenette.. private My daughter and fiance and I all slept well (very comfy beds!) easy to use. Really can't beat the location and hope to be back next year! Thank you sooo much for having us! We love Rehoboth!R nice

We’ve rented this place every summer for years. Great apartment with everything you need for a lovely beach stay. Plus parking one block from the beach. Restaurants, bars and shops all w/in walking distance. We rent bikes for the week. The owners are super responsive. Highly recommend. Book far in advance for high season stays. Thanks D and D!

I booked the studio for me and my 10 and 6 year old kids. It was perfect for a weekend trip. The location is fantastic, the apartment is cute, and the dedicated parking spot is right in front of the unit. We’ll be back!

Perfect location, everything just steps from property. Condo is very clean and comfortable. The twin futon seemed much smaller than a twin but worked for us. Communication with owners was easy and we always received quick responses. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed for a short girls’ beach trip with my teen daughter. It’s a great location, easy parking, affordable, clean and cute! It is an efficiency apartment but it feels quite roomy, the space is well designed and we were very comfortable here. Couldn’t ask for more!

Perfect sisters weekend! Parked once we got here and didn't move the car until it was time to leave.So many delicious and wonderful places to eat and shop all in walking distance. It was my sister's first time staying at this place and she said I didnt hype it enough! 15/10 will come again!

Clean and well appointed with beautiful/whimsical furnishings. Everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Very detailed instructions RE: What you need to bring, and more importantly what you do NOT need to bring because it is provided. Great front deck for people watching. Great rear deck for privacy. Clear instructions on how to operate the climate, TV, cable, WIFI, etc. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for couples who get along well in a small but perfect place. One block from the beach, and in walking distance from all the great places to eat and shop in downtown Rehoboth.FREE parking space. The host was receptive and responsive in taking care of an issue without interruption to our getaway. AWESOME PLACE.

This was our 2nd stay at Dan and Daves apartment. You can't beat the location, only one block from the beach and a couple of blocks from all the entertainment and restaurants. You park your car and walk to everything, saving you money and hassle with parking. The place has everything you could possibly need. A full kitchen gives you the opportunity to make all your own meals if restaurants are not your thing. The place is spiffy clean and still looks just like new. Decoration is beautiful. All the little details added are done with a purpose in mind. The kitchen has more dishes than one can ever use, and they are not just plastic ones from the Dollar Store. For us staying at Dan and Davids place is luxury and fun. I can only recommend this place to anyone. Communication with the owners is easy and instant. They are always only an email away to fix any issues that might occurs.

This adorable condo was the perfect place to stay. Everything was well thought out, clean, up to date, and cozy. The location could not be better. One block to the beach and then one block to the main strip. We did not have to drive at any part of our stay. Communication was also excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Rehoboth. 10 out of 10!

We enjoyed this cute, cozy, nicely finished unit that is convenient to just about everything. We appreciated the large, well-appointed kitchen, nice for a unit this size. Bathroom is a bit tight, but has a large shower. It's perfect for two. But to say it sleeps 4 is very misleading. The chairs fold into small, hard cots that no adult will find comfortable. They might be OK for a small child. Plus, four people would make it very crowded. Once the beds are in place, there would be no space for luggage or anything else. Overall, very nice but be forewarned space is very limited!

The condo was beautiful! It was a short walk to the beach and to multiple coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. The property owners were very responsive to all questions and obviously take pride in ownership. Perfect condo for 2 people looking to get away to the beach.

The condo was perfect for our weekend in Rehoboth. It’s so close to the beach and downtown. We had everything we needed in the condo and the recent renovations made it very cozy. The bed was especially comfortable and spacious. We would definitely return when we visit Rehoboth again.

We spent most of our time exploring the area and enjoying the beach (which is super close to the house). The location is unbeatable. The place was clean and the kitchen well-stocked. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was. We are thinking about making this trip an annual family tradition. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My hubby and I absolutely LOVED this place!! The communication with Dan and David was seamless prior to arrival. We walked in and it was so clean, smelled amazing and was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. What I particularly loved about the place is how detailed they were in the accommodations, to ensure we felt welcome. Plenty of hooks, and storage to put things away, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the throws were fantastic and soft, and the pillows were brand new. The kitchen is stocked with anything you truly may need. The location was superb. We truly could not have asked for a better stay. We unfortunately had to leave a day early, to die a family emergency, and they were beyond kind and caring as well. We are DEFINITELY booking here for next year ! We decided this will be our annual go-to. Thank you so much Dan and David for being the ultimate hosts !!

Clean and calm! Comfortably sleeps 2 adults, (maybe could fit one more on floor). Kitchen was very fuctional for and was stocked with clean and usable kitchen supplise (and coffee 😊). My husband and I are tall people, the bathroom was tight but still very fuctional. The use of space and creative decor made the weekend so relaxing. The location is perfect for sleeping in and still getting to the beach before the rush. It is also close enough to the boardwalk attractions to justify the late night Grottos run while keeping enough distance for boardwalk noise and crowd. Property managers were responsive and provided amazing directions! We would love to rent again and will reccommend to others looking for a nice place to relax after a long day of fun on Rehoboth beach and boardwalk.

We had a fantastic visit! The condo itself was the perfect space for the two of us - very clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect location - short walk to the beach and to the main drive of the shops/restaurants of Rehoboth. Dan and David were excellent hosts! I highly recommend this place and will certainly be looking into renting again if we’re ever back in the area!

The condo is fully updated, modernized, and tastefully appointed. Dan and David are excellent hosts. I will definitely stay here again. However, the next time I will bring my car instead of my full size truck because the parking lot is really small.
