My husband and three children enjoyed this luxurious home. It was very spacious with accurate descriptions. This hiddem gem is close to everything and the host was very responsive. We would stay again.

Renters beware there is not a pool or hot tub or spa or gym on the property even knowing it says amenities on the property. No towels in the bathrooms. Nothing in the welcome book to explain where towels and toilet paper are. No grill that works. Grill outside is covered with trash. Next door to property is condemned property with homeless people. House has cameras but not detailed in the vrbo add. Set trash outside on porch went back into house to get shoes and trash was taken off the porch by someone. Contacted host about issues and host was argumentative. Told me I should have asked him before coming if all amenities were actually valid. He gave me multiple versions on why he falsely advertised. He even blamed vrbo.

Very nice and clean. Convenient to downtown Atlanta. Host has plenty of items you would need while staying like utensils, cooking spices, pots and pans, trash bags, coffee, etc.

Outstanding return stay at Daniel’s rental home. Plenty of room for the four of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Great location to the AmericasMart and Hero Donuts…:). Hopefully, the house will be available for our next visit!

Daniel was more than accommodating. The place was sparkling clean and completely equipped. Very close to our venue (Mercedes-Benz Stadium). I’m not sure we could’ve had a better experience. Absolutely fantastic!

Thank you! The entire family loved your home. The house was absolutely gorgeous. We really appreciated the level of hospitality, specifically making sure there was coffee, some snacks and a little candy. The relaxed check out procedure was also greatly appreciated. This home is everything you would hope from a short term rental. Clean, spacious, plenty of room to relax, talk and sleep and really beautiful. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing and the colors and decor is vibrant. Also, the home is includes every you need for your stay and you can find it easily (even left us a few sancks). Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here when we took our family vacation to Georgia. This is a very nice house that is close to a lot of the downtown attractions. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us via VRBO and phone. He offered great suggestions for dining and other activities. All in all a very nice place to stay. Thank you!

Great location in Atlanta. The pictures are accurate, and the home is convenient to downtown events and the freeways. My only complaint was that we wanted to grill and the back patio area didn't make that possible. Also it's a busy street during daytime hours.

6 women (ages 39-83) spent the weekend at this beautifully decorated, cozy home to celebrate a birthday. Check-in was super easy. The home was extremely clean and had more than enough towels for everyone. Beds were comfy. And despite this home being right off of a busy street, we barely heard any street noise. We used the recommend Chef Jreamz (Joe Rush) for dinner and breakfast - both meals were DELICIOUS and we HIGHLY recommend him. We also used the recommended masseuse, Kerry, and his co-worker Jay - both of whom provided GREAT massages, and we highly recommend them as well. We went to see Hamilton at the Fox Theatre, and it took us less than 10 minutes to get there! The host, Daniel, called to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Overall we had an amazing stay!

All in the Details

This home was everything that the property description states and more. The house was beautifully decorated. Anything we needed, as far as necessities was there for our use. The pantry was stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages, cookware, seasoning. There were ample towels and sheets, and cleaning supplies available to us. Daniel was amazing! He was very responsive and made sure to reach out throughout our stay to make sure we were ok. As an avid traveler, this place is at the top of my list!

From the moment we first contacted Daniel to book our trip, to the day we had to say “see you next year Atlanta” we were made to feel as more than a guest...more like a friend. Every inch of their home has been carefully thought out. This isn’t your “we’ll just slap it together and rent it out home”. This is special. Very special. The neighborhood is charming and safe. You’re within minutes from downtown, yet it didn’t have that “downtown” feel. You’re close to all the downtown action without feeling like you are living in it. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy, full security system, washer and dryer, lots of towels (which we appreciated), big back yard, off street parking and cherry on the sundae?...I won’t spoil it for you! You’ll need to book this to see it for yourself! Let’s just say, welcome to Atlanta!

Loved my stay!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Daniels property. The house was exactly as it looked on the pictures. The house was also fully stocked with towels, which I loved. The house was very clean, which was very important to me especially since I am traveling during COVID-19. My only complaint would be that the house wasn’t in the greatest area. We were about 2-3 blocks from what looked like a rough neighborhood. Other than that, I would stay here again!

This was an excellent property and Daniel was an excellent host. He was very reachable and very accessible. I was able to call upon him a couple of times and things were taken care of immediately. This is the best property by far that I have stayed at. Also due to the Covid-19 staying in a VRBO is the best choice possible. Thanks again Daniel and we hope to come back as soon as possible.

This is a nice home in a convenient location, however, it's on a busy urban street. I felt safe with my wife and kids, as the property was highly equipped with security measures; cameras, etc. The owner had a open line of communication, though we had no issues. Overall, it's a great rental!

This house was amazing, it looks exactly like the pics and is 10 minutes away from everything. The owner was amazing also, he checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even assisted me with a few things prior to my arrival. I highly recommend this house.
