We try to provide a good supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and dish soap for your stay, but you may need to supplement these with your own.
Comfortably equipped to sleep eight people (maximum occupancy is eight, maximum six adults) and tastefully decorated with relaxed furnishings, it is well suited to families with children and the perfect home base for your Central Florida adventures! We offer all the necessities plus plenty of little extras throughout. Our goal is to create a memorable guest experience.
Your kids will love our Mickey-themed children’s room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an extra twin bed. Plenty of room for four kiddos, though the full bed is roomy enough to sleep two adults. Bathroom décor features Toy Story.
Kids adore water, and our small 10' X 10' private splash pool faces a nice green space.
We have a standard retractable safety fence and a patio door alarm to help keep your little ones safe. NOTE: The alarm is required by Florida law and may not be disabled by guests. This alarm means that slider doors cannot be left open at any time.
Windsor Hills Resort is a well-maintained, highly secure, gated and guarded community. Your stay includes access to all resort amenities: a huge gradual-entry resort pool, water play areas, a fitness center, hot tub, and two water slides. The home is a short, five-minute walk to the resort clubhouse and water park.
SPECIAL TOWNHOUSE FEATURES
• The extra faucet at the kitchen sink provides fresh, tasty drinking water via an eco-friendly APEC Premium reverse osmosis water filtration system. Just refill your water bottles!
• Hotel-style luggage racks in the bedrooms, each rated to hold 150 pounds.
• We offer Keurig single-serve plus Krups drip coffee makers, with both portion packs and pods of coffee in starter amounts.
• For little ones, we offer a pack 'n play (plus sheets), two high chairs, safety bed rails, two single strollers including one with full recline, plus a double (side-by-side) stroller, and booster seats.
• We keep a small but ever-growing library of classic and modern books stored in the children's room and selected for diverse appeal.

• Four HDMI flat-screen TVs, with brand new smart TV's in the master suite (50") and living area (55"). Note: we do not allow guests to attach gaming systems or anything else to our televisions. Sorry for any inconvenience.
• A keyless entry and check-in system customized for each guest.

• Lamps with USB ports in the master suite and downstairs bedrooms. The alarm clocks in the master and downstairs bedrooms feature wireless cell phone charging ports.
TOWNHOUSE DETAILS
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and private splash pool with child safety fence and pool alarm on the patio doors. Hand-held blow dryers are in the two adult bathrooms.
The cozy master suite is upstairs. It has a king bed with a premium mattress, a bathroom, a ceiling fan, and bedside lamps with USB ports and dual light settings including reading lamps.
The Mickey Mouse-themed children's room is also upstairs. It features a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin. The full size bed can sleep two adults. The full adjoining bathroom is decorated in a Toy Story theme.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with premium mattress, a ceiling fan, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom also opens into the hallway. This bathroom has a tall, 19" ADA-compliant toilet with grab bars, and grab bars in the walk-in shower.
The comfortable living room has ample seating; the dining area table seats six.
A stacking washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hallway utility closet for your convenience.
We provide all linens and towels, including pool towels, which you may bring to the water park. The resort does not offer pool towels.
GUEST CARE
This is a self-catering townhouse. While we try to provide some basic essentials, you will need to purchase your own supplies like condiments and personal toiletries.
Guests receive complimentary starter coffee and premium starter toiletries upon arrival.
We offer one dedicated parking spot in front of the house, as shown in picture. Per HOA rules, only ONE vehicle may park in the driveway at a time. Overflow parking spots are available just a few yards up the street in either direction. Do NOT park in neighboring driveways or in front of the house. This will result in a parking violation.
If during your stay, there are any problems in the rental house, our property manager will promptly assist you. You’ll receive a security voucher prior to your arrival containing contact information. If the property manager is unavailable, please contact the owners via this site for an expedited response.
RENTAL GUIDELINES
We strongly suggest guests purchase their own "Cancel for Any Reason" trip insurance. This is not damage protection, and must be sourced and purchased separately by the guest usually within 14 days of booking.
The guest is responsible for reading the rental agreement, rules, guidelines, check-in instructions, and all materials provided for guidance by owners at any time. Guest agrees to sign the Rental Agreement via Docusign after booking.
We no longer accept third-party bookings. The guest making the reservation must be staying in the property.
The guest making the reservation must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. The primary renter must provide the names and ages of all guests upon booking. Total capacity of the townhouse at all times, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, is eight (8) people including infants, total six (6) adults maximum. We do not allow adults to sleep in the top bunk, and the standard twin bed is not suitable for taller and larger adults. A total of 8 resort entry wristbands will be given per booking. Only registered guests authorized by the owner may receive wristbands.
Guests violating maximum occupancy will be evicted with no refund. Guests misrepresenting the total number of people in our home will be evicted with no refund. If you have friends staying at other homes within Windsor Hills and wish them to visit, please inform us ahead of time. It is acceptable if it does not exceed occupancy, but we reserve the right to know who is inside of our home.
The owner has sole discretion and authority to approve additional guests after booking. Vrbo and the Vrbo app have no authority to "add guests."
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Valid government ID and a valid driver's license are needed to register at the gate. No valid driver's license= no entry for that vehicle. Each additional car and driver associated with the rental party will need to be pre-registered and check-in at the gate with a valid driver's license to receive a separate bar code.
This property has a firm three-car maximum. Per our HOA security, all additional drivers MUST be approved by owner and pre-registered in our system prior to guest arrival.
The primary guest will not be able to request and add additional driver passes at the security gate upon arrival. We will NOT grant last-minute requests for unapproved drivers. Day visitors that exceed maximum occupancy will not be allowed. Day visitors may not use resort amenties.
Guests will be responsible for any community fines incurred upon owner by guest violating community rules including but not limited to: sharing gate passes, violating quiet time, or violating parking regulations.
Windsor Hills does not permit noisy, disruptive gatherings or parties exceeding the legal occupancy maximum for rental properties. Illegal parties will be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

We had a wonderful time! The owners were easy to communicate with. Everything was just as described. There were a lot of cute little touches around the house that really showed care and time is taken for this property. The pool in the back is great for when you don't want the crowds at the main pool. That being said, the kids loved the slides and the baby loved the splash pad. The little grill was great for a quick lunch and snacks. Would definitely stay again!

This place was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 6! Exactly as advertised (if not BETTER!) It has everything at the house... They even supplied tolietries! My kids favorite part was the personalized goodie bags they made each child. So much fun to walk in and see that💜. The owners were EXTREMELY communicative... we had zero issues, but them wrote us checking in multiple times. I've never had such great communication with an owner on here before and I've been renting from VRBO a LONG time! Highly recommend!!

We were very impressed with this property and how close it was to everything our family planned to enjoy while in Orlando. It had groceries, resturants and shopping all within as little as 3 mins to 30 mins from the townhome. The townhome was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean and everything worked as expected. Our kids loves the clubhouse and pool areas. The splash pool at the townhome was small, but during the times where your kids just couldnt stay out of the water while you cooked or were in the townhome it was a great addition. Our family would happily return if we visit Orlando again in the future.

What a wonderful place for my family of 7 to stay. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the tiny details that went into making this home a spectacular place to call home for our vacation. Lisa was an amazing host and responded very quickly to all of our needs.
This was our first time staying off Disney property. Normally, we stay at Disney’s Fort Wilderness. However, we wanted to see if we could get the Disney experience without actually staying on property. I think we nailed it. We went to Disney Springs multiple times, tried beignet’s at Port Orleans, took the monorail to the different Disney hotels, visited my in-laws at Fort Wilderness, and rode on the ferry to Magic Kingdom. This was all possible because of our location of stay.
As far as the house itself, we enjoyed how cozy each bedroom was decorated. I loved that every bedroom had its own personal bathroom. This is something we don’t have in our own home and it sure was a luxury. The temperature of the house was perfect. It wasn’t too hot or too cold. The washer and dryer located on the same floors of the bedrooms was so convenient. Everything was neat, clean, and well stocked. We used the pool daily, but never made it to the community pool. The only reason we didn’t is because we loved the privacy of our own pool. It is not a big pool, but certainly was big enough for the 7 of us. We also enjoyed the walk to the playground, basketball court, and arcade.
Definitely will stay here again!!!!

We loved staying here while we went to Disney and Universal! Lisa and John were very conscientious hosts. We appreciated all the small touches such as pool towels, a selection of strollers (which we used at the parks), kids’ dishes, kids’ books, a pack n play, coffee, etc. Lisa and John were very responsive when we had questions. They even left a welcome gift for the kids. The resort itself is lovely and the pool is great for kids. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!

We wish we could give it more stars. The place is clean and has everything you need. The host is easy to contact and quick to respond. My kids loved the private pool! It’s an excellent location to Disney the parks are 12 to 15ish minutes away depending on traffic and time of day. We were able to easily leave the parks and go back multiple days. The master bed was so amazingly comfortable we slept great even the first night. We highly recommend this place, just don’t book the week we want next year!

We had a wonderful visit!! This was by far the BEST communication experience we have had on VRBO, and we rent frequently. Lisa is super quick to respond to emails and even provided our girls with personalized gifts that they absolutely loved. She was just lovely to work with and so very helpful.
The townhouse is spacious and incredibly clean! We really appreciated being able to spread out - plenty of room for our two kids, my husband and I and Grammy. We loved that there are 3 bathrooms and a nice big living area as well. The kitchen is fully stocked - so nice to not have to run to the store for garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Loved that they have kids' plates and bowls too - super convenient.
It is also so cute with the Disney theme and really made our experience so magical. The kiddos squealed with delight when they saw the Mickey bedroom, with bunkbeds!! A dream come true for them! The beds are extremely comfortable (WAY better than most VRBO's) and it was so nice to actually get a good nights' sleep before long days at Disney World.
The kids loved the water park and we enjoyed delicious frozen drinks by the large resort pool. The water is super warm and relaxing. It's an excellent location, as it was just 10 minutes from Disney, close to tons of great family restaurants and super close to Walmart (with a large grocery section).
We hope to return soon! We highly recommend this fantastic townhome!!

We had the best time on vacation thanks to Lisa. She is so great to work with and our accommodations were the best. My husband and I with our 4 year old 7 year old and our 29 year old step daughter. The place was great. Very clean. Reasonably priced. Close to parks. Very close to Walmart. Love that we have our own individual pool and then bracelets to go up to the pool house/water park it was perfect for the kids. The food at the club house was awesome too. Will with out a doubt stay with them again. Thank you Lisa!!

As a family of 6 (with 4 kids under the age of 10), being able to stay at this property really made our trip so much easier! As a larger family, we are over capacity for Disney resort rooms and it was not reasonable to get two rooms (financially or logistically with the layouts). Having the Snow's house with the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms made it so nice! We were able to spread the kids out a bit, and were able to do Disney prep work for the next day without tiptoeing around at night. The owner was so responsive when I emailed with a question. The house was very clean and well organized (and I have high cleanliness standards!) The best bonus was having the stroller variety to choose from and the booster seats to borrow. The kids loved the waterpark the afternoon of our arrival and even tested out the pool at the property and really enjoyed it. We loved being able to pack less and wash clothing, and enjoyed the use of the Mickey waffle maker one morning. Walmart delivered groceries to us with no problem, and the kids loved having a tv in their bedroom for a little morning cartoons. This is truly an excellent property and we will be sure to return! Thank you to the Snows.

This place was perfect for us for our week-long stay in Orlando -- SO close to Disney, spacious, comfortable, and the hosts clearly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience - it had everything we needed. Our kids love the splash pool - it was the perfect size for them. Also, the hosts replied immediately to any questions. We had such a great time!

The home was just as described in the listing and pics. My daughter now refers to it as our Disney house.
Instructions received from the homeowner were comprehensive & accurate. Aided in scheduling my grocery delivery and the one night that we used DoorDash for dinner.

My family of five, including children, ages eight and 11 found this to be the perfect size place to stay. The owners were very helpful through the entire process. They gave me suggestions on restaurants. They had a in-depth booklet about the home that explained everything inside the house and even where local grocery stores and attractions were located.
The house was so cute with each room, decorated in a different Disney or universal theme! My kids enjoyed swimming in the small pool in the back. The clubhouse, pool with slides, arcade, and other features within the community were outstanding. Our family stayed in another home close by and we spent a whole day just using the features within the community. We would love to come back here! Lastly, the owners left the cutest gift bags for my kids when we arrived, including a small, autograph book that my son loved taking around Epcot!

This property came fully equipped with fantastic amenities like a water park, playground, and a personal wading pool. Regrettably, our busy schedule didn't allow us to make the most of these features. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near shopping options such as Walmart, Publix, and CVS, not to mention an array of dining establishments.
If you happen to have youngsters with you, it's a good idea to bring some entertainment since the property doesn't offer much in that department. They do have a few games and an extensive collection of books, though. Families with young children will also appreciate the availability of highchairs and strollers.
In addition, I'd recommend packing all your cooking essentials, including salt, spices, oils, and condiments. This property operates somewhat like a hotel, offering only coffee and sugar. However, you'll find an ample supply of dishes, as well as all the necessary pots and pans.
The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the deep soaking tub in the master suite is a definite highlight. I highly this property for a wonderful stay.

Where do I begin! This property and its owners are just out of this world! I would give it 10/5 stars if I could and 100% will be returning… everything from space to bedrooms and pool(s) on site… my only complaint is I couldn’t stay longer

If you are looking for an accommodating stay to visit Disney World or Universal Studios, look no further! We stayed here with my family of 7 to visit Disney World for the first time. The location was great! It is close to Disney parks, about half a mile away from a Wal-Mart, and very close to restaurants and shopping. The resort pool, play area, and water slides were AMAZING and a super quick walk from the town house. The amenities were above and beyond, the owner even had Disney themed goody bag for my kids upon arrival! The private pool was so convenient for relaxing at the end of the day. The kids loved their own Disney themed room and bathroom. I loved how every bedroom had an attached bathroom! The owners provide you with everything you need to make your trip as worry-free as possible. I really appreciated the welcome packet......especially the instructions on how to use the TV remotes.....lol! They very quick with responses if needed.

The house was lovely and clean, the pool was relaxing and fun, and my kids loved the Disney themed rooms, but most importantly Lisa and John were incredibly kind and helpful. By far the best vacation experience I have had, and I plan on trying to book with them again the next time we are vacationing in Florida!

We rented this stunning 3 bedroom for our kids’ very first trip to Disney and could not have been more impressed! Lisa & John were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They truly put a renter’s interests first and foremost by going above and beyond for us; from providing little extras for the kids and prompt replies to any needs/questions we had (which were few!). Directions were clear for all aspects of the property and we found the guest arrival information book very helpful. The home was very well stocked and I’d like to highlight the kitchen and available baby items in particular. We had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and ziplocs to last us the week! Everything was well organized and easy to find. It was also incredible to have several strollers available for use; we used the double at Magic Kingdom and the single around the condo property for short walks. It was very easy to get to all things Disney from this location as well. The splash pool was the perfect size for my 3 kids (ages 7, 5 and 1.5) and the big association pool was lots of fun. The main area also had a small market with food items available (including ice cream; bonus!!).
Overall we hope to make a trip back someday and we were very happy! Thank you Lisa & John!

We had the perfect vacation at Lisa and John’s townhome! The house was perfectly cleaned, decorated with all the finest Disney touches, and everything was exactly as described! Lisa and John were amazing hosts and responded immediately to my zillions of questions. They left a warm welcome surprise that my 2 yr old daughter was over the moon excited about! I would highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to return again!

For starters, communication was more than amazing! Lisa and John checked in periodically before our stay. Then on top of everything they had gifts for my two kiddos! Lisa even checked in to see if we made it ok and when we would be arriving so tissue paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent would be there for our stay! The resort is beautiful and has plenty to do and I hate we missed a lot of the activities because we were at WDW majority of the time! House is clean and stocked with the necessities (so don’t bring like I did!). The resort is about 15 mins from Disney and Walmart is down the street and if you forget to get things from Amazon, it can come to you there or to the locker down the street! A lot of the fast places also delivers. I don’t have any complaints whatsoever! We are definitely coming back! Thank you, Lisa and John for treating us like family! I felt at home at your place! We stay here to go to the pool. Very clean property that accommodates families. I'm sure most people come to this area for Disney, but we do it just to sit by the community pool and hang out. The kids love the waterslides.

There was a lot to do in the property for kids during our stay, with a nice size pool, water park, and theater. The location was great. The owner provided all the information we could need and a nice gift for the kids when we arrived.

We stayed for 7 nights and did 3 days at the Disney parks during that time. The townhome was very conveniently located about a 15 minute ride to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. We had 4 adults and two kids (3 and 6) and we all fit very comfortably. The owners even left a small gift bag for each of our girls that they LOVED! We also took advantage of the clubhouse pool and small water park for two days while there and loved every moment. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would recommend staying here to anyone!

The location to the Disney Parks is amazing! There is absolutely every thing you need at this location. If you are a family traveling with kids this is perfect for you. Strollers, pack and plays, stools, potty seats, gates, bed rails. Seriously. All. The. Things. The cutest selection of bed time books in the kids room! The washer and dryer in the unit are perfect for keeping up with kid laundry. They even left the sweetest welcome gifts for our kiddos. The small pool on the patio is perfect for the kids and it is heated!!! They have safety features (fence and alarm) to secure the pool area. Our kids enjoyed visiting the clubhouse where there is a movie theatre, game room, and the main pool with waterslides. 10/10 we will be visiting this property again.

The location is great. House is very clean and well decorated. Host provided everything you would need - books, games and strollers. They even prepared goodie bags for kids. They were very excited.

What a great place to stay in Orlando. House was very clean, well maintained and had everything you needed . Our two kids were each able to have their own room and space, and the pool in the back was perfect for splashing around in the mornings. The neighborhood was safe and secure. We also got lots of usage out of the main pool and water slides. Situated close to Disney, grocery stores and restaurants. Would recommend and return to this property.

I initially planned to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, but they were sold out. I'm so glad they were. Lisa and John's property was a great option. Short cat ride to parks and even just 1 hour to CoCoa beach. Their townhouse was spacious and short easy walking distance to resort pool and waterside. They even left small gifts for our boys who are 9 and 10. I will definitely stay at their property again.

We love staying at Windsor hills. The 3 bed 3 bath townhomes are great for larger groups going to Orlando attractions and the location is PERFECT. The small pool right outside of the back door is perfect after a long day in the parks for sure. Highly recommended

Great accommodations
The beds in each bedroom were comfy. TV hard to manage(per the kids), the pool is nice, The jets weren't in when we came, but when the pool guy came to clean it, must've activated them because we didn't know how to operate them.
Great location, very close to the parks. There is an extremely busy Walmart near by, if you want to a avoid crowds you'll definitely want to order online and pick up or just have things delivered once you've checked in.
Overall it was a great experience, very clean and stocked with necessary items we needed for our stay.
