The location is perfect, 5min walk away to the centre of Braga and main attractions are close by. The team that manages these apartments are professional and assists immediately if there is a problem.

Bed could be a bit more comfy it was a bit hard.

Great!

Great stay for a few days. Very central and few minutes walk from the city center. Everything was working fine as expected. It's a good place for solo travellers and couples.

Overall, I was satisfied. The hostess always friendly and helpful.

Very quiet location, overlooking a garden with birds, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

Staircase narrow, steps worn, no lift , cooking pots a bit outdated.

cozy place

we stayed there for 5 nights, everything was very good. Easy check-in/ check-out. Staff had a good communication with me.

The room is super small but nice and cozy. This place is not in the touristic part of the city, however it was not far, just 15 min by walk.

Lacking hygiene

One of the grossest places we’ve ever stayed at. We checked in dropped our bags and left quickly as we had previous plans. When we returned late at night and inspected the room we found hair trimmings all over the bathroom. The bathroom mirror had dry splash marks as if a child had just brushed their teeth with an electric toothbrush. Worst of all was a nail clipping on the floor. My wife and I were so grossed out by the obvious neglect of hygiene that we booked another place immediately at 3am, wondering what less obvious things were left unclean. The next morning when we brought this to the attention of the manager and provided photos, their reply was that they cleaned the room to their standards and that the pictures showed the room was acceptable. If during a pandemic they think a dirty room is acceptable then they don’t deserve to have a license for hospitality. To this day they have not returned our fees for the remaining 3 days out of 4 of our reservation.

Nice and cozy place, just the reason for not giving 10 because the whole place design doesn’t make sense for me

The bed was cozy and comfortable Everything was clean All equipment were available in the kitchen Coffee and tea were there too

The air conditioning is at the entrance while the bed area is far from about 5 meter corridor, so technically the air will not reach the bed no matter how strong the fan is, which will be waste of energy Even if you turn on and put the temperature on 18c It’s going to be freezing at the door while still feels warm when you’re in the bed The shower door can’t be closed so when you take a shower you’ll expect some water leak into the bathroom There was a drawer next to the bed but, you can’t open it because the bed took the whole place. Final thing, I’m considered as tall guy, to be honest i hit my head with the ceiling everytime get up from the bed
