About this apartment rental
Welcome to Casa del Sol! This newly constructed ground floor unit in Bayamon was built to provide optimal comfort while you're away from home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance from anything you might need. It is located one minute from the main road that crosses the island from east to west giving access to some of Puerto's Rico's most beautiful beaches.
Unit A has it's own separate entrance and is detached from Unit B by a 10' driveway.
We offer two spacious air conditioned bedrooms, a large 50" screen Roku TV, new kitchen, open concept living room/ dining room and a beautiful, large bathroom. Perfect for a stay with the family. This apartment is also wheelchair friendly containing no steps, 36" doors, 48" hallways, and a large marble shower.
The security camera is facing the driveway.
Guests can park in the driveway in front of the house which is located in front the large iron gates. This parking spot is designated for Unit B.
While I won't be available in person, I am just a short phone call away.
Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the main highway.
A car is recommended to get around the island. Parking is available in front of the iron gates in the driveway.
There is a lockbox on the property for self-check in.
Please book and reserve the night before if you are arriving early in the morning to ensure that it's not unavailable when you arrive. Regular check-in is at 4:00pm.
When entering the space, you agree to abide by all building, platform, management and local rules. You agree to be a great guest.

Only stayed for one night but it was a nice place. We needed a last minute booking and when she had a cancelation she allowed us to have the bigger unit since there was 6 of us! Monthly pest control inspection available on site which was a big pro in my book! Quiet location. No wash clothes tho! Overall a good stay!

It's a great small apartment. Need ac in the living room on very hot days. What I didn't like was the lack of local TV. I was not there to watch locat TV, but it would have been nice to have. Roku Guide has many channels, but they are not local. That and the lack of ac in the living room are my only complaints. May use this location in the future.

The property seems newly renovated and is spotless. Quiet neighborhood. Host is quick at responding inquiries and request.

I would rent again. If a new bed with a great Mattress would be new. We really couldn’t sleep well. Pillows were terrible. I have to honest.

Nice place to stay
We stayed for 2 nights, and it was comfortable. We had some trouble with the AC in our room, turning off at night, but I am sure it was just user error because we changed the mode.
I love that the bathroom has a netted opening at the top of the wall through which you can hear the sounds of the night. It also makes cool showers feel amazing since it’s open to air.
We were slightly confused about the entrance, but we later figured out that we only have the back portion of the house.
We were slightly disappointed that the doors to the backyard were locked because we were very interested in the breadfruit growing out back.
Decorations were very nice and simple, and the place smelled nice.

First trip to Puerto Rico
Great location, so close to major stores and restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe and interactions with neighbors was very friendly. The property was clean and staying there felt very safe. Plenty of amenities.
