Really good condo for a family trip to the blue mountain. The house is at a good location and is well designed for a family of 6. We loved our experience here and would definitely come back.

We had alot of fun at North creek resort. Definitely a unique experience. Vacasa staff are very friendly and the resort is fantastic, I specifically enjoyed the pool and spa. Also, it is very close to the village, around 15 minutes walk.

The property was super nice and very clean with everything we would need for the 2 nights. Only issue we had was getting access to our room, we were not aware or notified of the identification process prior to getting to the room. Ive rented from Vrbo multiple times and have never had this issue but the Vacassa customer support was very friendly and helpful getting us into our room in less than 10min through a phone call to verify some information. Overall was a great weekend away and highly recommend!

I booked this unit as a last minute impulse decision and it was amazing! My boyfriend was able to go to the village with his buddies the Sunday night for the Super Bowl and on the Tuesday for Valentine’s Day, there was a cute family run Thai restaurant in the complex! The unit itself was perfect and well maintained 😊 the table in the centre of the room was a perfect touch to the unit to enjoy breakfast, watch tv, do some work, and present my Valentine’s Day flowers as a centre piece💐. 10/10 definitely recommend perfect romantic get away 😊

Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Close to entrance which was good for us as we utilized the shuttle service a lot. That was a very good inclusion in the package. Neighboring Thai restaurant offered good fare and was in close proximity. We enjoyed our stay and the CS staff efficiency and personal face to face exchange made the stay positive and memorable.

The apartment was not cleaned properly. Cigarettes buts and empty bear bottles on the balcony. Missing essentials in kitchen and very old appliances and furniture. Empty soap bottles in the bathrooms. The apartment was cold and we need to keep electric fireplace running. Overall not what we're expected for the price we paid.

We loved the layout of the condo but found it very dated. I had to sweep the floor as it was very dirty when we arrived.
My suggestion would to be to clean the ceiling fan and upper lights as they are very dirty
The entrance way should be cleaned up as well as there is a lot of loose debris and dirt piled up. There was only one chair on balcony so not very couple conducive.
These are suggestions that I believe will improve your place:).
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and would consider again

It has plenty of space and was very comfortable for my family

Just like home
Your first impression after opening the door is how clean and appealing the rental unit is. We liked it so much that we have booked another week at the same complex.

Good place to stay and very clean!

Small, but nice
Overall it was nice. The bed was the hardest that I have ever slept on, and two of the four elements on the stove did not work.

Close to the hill
Loved how close to everything it is. Could use improvement on how well stocked it is with amenities to be able to cook and provide place setting for a family.

The good, the bad, the ugly:
Good: Great location. Excellent layout. Easy parking.
Bad: Poor quality towels and blankets for mountain weather
Ugly: The appliances are ANCIENT. The oven doesn't work properly, the stove is old and weak, the pots and pans are third hand, the toaster needs four passes, the carpets are dirty, the pull out couch needs to be thrown out - dirty from prior use, the mattress is effectively two inches of springs, the heater runs constantly, loud and doesn't heat the unit (although this weekend hit temp of -26), cold and drafty, mattress on main bed not that comfortable either.
Overall, this should be a more premium site. Again the location and design are excellent. Ownership should invest in amenity upgrades - new stove/oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, new couch and mattresses and better towels, carpets, pots and pans. Not sure what can be done about HVAC. It's unfortunate that it feels so dated, old and cheap when it could be an A experience.

Good Value
Everything was great, read reviews on comfort level of beds. I would have to agree, I wasn't expecting much, but the beds needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs on your back. Not ideal.

the loft unit very unique and great experience to stay. Very clean, and everything there. location is good.

Clean, comfortable, and cozy.
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was really great to be cuddled up on the couch, looking out the window at the falling snow. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, and everything was clean and comfortable. For the price, it was great!

Excellent location!
The location was excellent and the Thai restaurant within it amazing. The unit was very comfortable, especially the two full bathrooms. Only thing was the thermostat; it was as loud as a jet engine. Any longer than our 2-day stay would not have been possible.

I love this place! Nice little cozy stay for two. So close to blue mountain and the restaurant in the resort was absolutely amazing too!

Great location. Spacious and bright.
...not so great, was that it needs a new bed, it felt like sleeping on cardboard, on the floor.

Great place
We loved the location, the cleanliness, and the size of the place. The only thing was the beds were really uncomfortable, but manageable for a couple of days

This place was perfectly located for my stay at Blue Mountain. The staff were friendly and responsive and the unit was nicely set up.

Great getaway
Loved the loft style! Beautiful place

No balcony screen to get fresh air; flies would get in; balcony chairs broken: mattress is awful
I do not mind paying but everything should be maintained and top notch for price being charged. 10:00 AM check out time is totally unreasonable

Nice spot
Great location. Nice size condo for a couple's weekend getaway.

Cozy retreat
Really appreciated the floor lay out - amazing dining table, cozy couch and high ceilings were perfect for staying in! Not cluttered with too much furniture. The upper bedroom area felt like a little escape and layout was as advertised (always appreciated). Kitchen was small but well stocked, unfortunately two of the elements on the stove were not functional and dishwasher trap hadn't been cleaned out. Didn't matter for the purposes of our stay. Mattress was firm which if that's your preference great but we thought it could use an upgrade along with the bed frame.

Great for Getaway
Loft style bedroom was great compromise (between studio and one bedroom)--gave us the extra space we needed. Condo clean and well equipped.

Vacationers Beware
I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy stay at this resort. Me and my wife stayed here after our wedding since the current covid situation, and booking last minute didn't leave many options... When we arrived we noticed the t.v had no volume. When we called vacasa they said it was the cable box and it couldn't be fixed at the time. Then we noticed the fridge/freezer didn't work and alot of the food we brought had defrosted. We tried to make the most of a bad situation given we are both pretty easy going, then the cleaner showed up at exactly 10am (checkout time). We politely asked for a quick 5 minutes to take our belongings out to the car and take a quick look around to make sure we didn't forget anything. She aggressively informed us that we will be charged for every additional minute past checkout time. We told her we are sorry, but needed the 5 minutes. As we brought our belongings out she proceeded to shout and swear right in the main area of the resort. Somebody from property management came out and even he agreed that her behaviour was not at all warranted. The worst experience ever! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Needs maintenace
We were advised at 4:25 pm that our 4:00 check-in was delayed to 4:30. Blinds in the living area didn't operate (no privacy), lots of light through the blinds first thing in the morning (bring eye shades...), A/C was noisy and inconsistent (we left it off at night after the first two so we could get some sleep), lower shower diverter didn't work well, Internet connection was unreliable, TV didn't always work, the seat of one balcony chair was torn/unusable, couch cushions were in poor repair, no screen on loft bedroom window, other repairs also needed. We communicated items to the rental management company as they came up, and received timely responses, but no assistance was actually provided during our stay.
