We had a group of 8 of us staying for a wedding and this place was absolutely perfect. Incredibly well maintained, very easy instructions, and walkable to a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in St. Louis.

We really enjoy this property, but it has stairs that can be a problem. One bedroom on each side has a door that opens to a little, narrow weird shaped step. My daughter in law awoke during the night and fell because she forgot where she was. Luckily she was only bruised from her tumble. I can not recommend this property to anyone that can not get around very well.

Ashley’s place was great! Very clean and roomy and she responded quickly with any needs. Would definitely recommend her place.

We enjoyed our stay. We rented both units for 8 adults and each couple had their own bedroom which was nice. Wish they had some sort of dresser for clothes though. Overall the house was very clean and well equipped. This location is close to the highway which was great for getting around but could get a little noisy at times. The sound machines in each bedroom certainly helped. We would stay here again next time we visit.

This was a nice place and a good location!

Perfect for eight friends or four couples. Back shared deck is not really a deck. It’s more like a patio. It could be spruced up a little bit. Easy Uber ride to bars and restaurants. If we were visiting Sou Lard again, we would stay here again!! Great price for an overnight stay!!!

Perfect place to stay - great location, very clean, and comfortable beds. The kitchen is great for entertaining!
Definitely would rent again 😊

Place was perfect! It had everything we would ever want and/or need. Parking is directly out front of property and convenient. It was very clean, had all the amenities, the beds were awesome and it was close to the Stifel theater where we went to a concert. There are two entrances to the property and we had 6 adults in our group/family. Parents went to bed a little earlier and slept on the other side and it was sound proof as we continued to play the music from our concert. I would recommend and definitely stay here again. You need to be able to take stairs as the bedrooms are upstairs. We had no issues but just a note. Can't go wrong with this property!

We had a party of 10 and rented both sides of this duplex as we did last year. <10 min drive to downtown / Dome at America's Center, even closer I think to the Cardinal's stadium.

Great location, close to all the fun things to do in St. Louis and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Also, kept very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6.

My husband, my three kids and their spouses stayed here for the weekend to attend a wedding at the Anheuser Busch brewery. The location was perfect, under 5 minute drive, could have walked if we wanted but parking was free at brewery so took the car. street parking right outside house was very convenient, we had three cars and were able to park then ask. The house was well kept and clean. Kitchens were well equipped, everything in great working order. We rented both units, 4 of us on each side. Rooms were large and beds very comfortable, bathrooms up to date, had plenty of towels and even extra amenities such as tooth brushes, qtips, travel shampoo, soap, hair dryer. Nice curtains on all windows to keep rooms nice and dark in the morning. Sound machines in each room to help with sounds of traffic since it's close to highway, but honestly it was not loud at all without sound machines. Nice having access to Netflix in living room and large table for eating and playing games in addition to stools in kitchen.
Back yard under construction so will be curious what that will be like when complete.
Obvious that owners care about the property and they really try to make sure your stay is enjoyable, will definitely try staying again next time we visit the area. It was a great find!

The Duplex was very nice and well kept, I would definately stay here again. We like to cook and inquired about the kitchen supplies, The kitchen endedup being stocked better then I was told, which is GREAT. However, there was 1 mixing bowl per unit. So a couple more in each unit would be great.
The dishwasher did not work in our unit so I was told to leave the rinced dirty dishes in the sink and the owner would take care of them...which is nice, but I felt weird about it LOL
The only suggestions that were given to me by my fellow house mates (4 ladies & 3 men) was: full length mirrors and a garbage can in each bedroom. When the bathroom is occupied you had no place to toss trash nor do your hair/makup when upstairs. And nightstands on each side of the beds.
We had incliment weather while staying (Imagine that in late winter....LOL) and asked for a shovel and deicer for us to use while there. We were given Kitty litter, while it helps with traction on the ice, it did no de-ice and it is a huge, sticky clay mess, no matter what we did. I moved the entryway rugs around to caprure as much mess as I could, but we still ended up moping (had no mop so I used paper towels) the floor 4-5 times during our two night stay. Maybe a small wet mop would be helpful in the dirty winter/thaw season. And maybe more entryway rugs to help keep our outside mess contained.
But still, even with the winter mess....it was a great place to stay. Like I said, I'd stay there again.

We booked this location based on proximity to our daughter and was delighted to find the property was less than a five minute drive.
The house is well equipped as we cooked in for most meals with the kitchen meeting all requirements. We also appreciated the house having a bath tub with ample hot water and great and easy to use washer and dryer. Also of note was the bedding- excellent mattresses for back support.
