The location was great, and the property had plenty of room for 6 friends to stay with everyone having their own bed and access to a bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the carpets had a few stains and probably needed to be cleaned but overall was a great place to rent and very close to Forest Park and all that has to offer plus all of the restaurants that are located in that area. We used to metro to get to and from the airport and that was a very easy walk even with our luggage. We enjoyed our stay very much and they were very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout because all of our flights back were late afternoon. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Very large. Great amenities. Perfect location for downtown and Forest Park. Communication was great until the end of our stay when I requested a later checkout. Never received an answer.Be sure to walk to Kaldi 's coffee shop via Newstead and Laclede Ave. 52 Euclid Ave. to emerse yourself in the history and ambience of the CWE. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house is big and cozy. The only feedback is that we had a little bit of a hard time figuring out that the garage is behind the house and you get to it from the ally, but after we figured that out it was smooth from there.
4.0 / 5.0
The location is perfect. It's centrally located to everything you want to do and see. The house is very roomy and plenty of room for our large family.

great old house with lots of space for all. each bedroom with its own bath. kitchen shows wear but is functional.
we were given wrong access code and had to wait on front porch in heat until we reached management and got the right one. Great location but house was next to a very large low income housing tower. Many car alarms and noises were heard all day and night.

The house was large enough to accommodate our family. We were able to have an enjoyable supper together. The rooms were clean and it was close to everything we wanted to do

The place was even nicer than pictured. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This was a last minute booking that really paid back in location, charm, and discovery.
I did not realize how close we were to do much wonderful stuff.
Dining, shopping, arts, architecture, history!
Right around the corner from tons of wonderful things for everyone.
The basilica is blocks away (worth the time to see), fine dining that will blow your mind (brasserie and many others), best ice cream on the planet (jeni's for the win), and many, many shops to wander through.
Plus forest park is blocks away, easy to get to, and always something to discover for the kids.
The house was clean and ready to be lived in. No complaints at all. Very lovely home, kitchen is fantastic, lots of room everywhere.

There was tons of room, the house was perfect for us (5 adults). Host was extremely quick to respond! Would stay again!
3.0 / 5.0
We stayed here for a wedding as our first trip with an infant, including grandparents and some friends. The place is massive - really wonderful to have so much room to spread out and for each couple to have their own space plus some great common spaces.
That said, the place needs a deep clean. The carpets are filthy and there is trash under the beds and behind furniture left from other groups. It technically has most things you need, but it lacked the TLC that I’m used to from other stays (thermostat needed batteries, kitchen didn’t have any basic pantry items, washing machine is covered in mildew, etc).
The property is also run by a management company. They seem to use a different app or system that unfortunately interfaces poorly with Vrbo. There was a lot of confusion over how I could make a payment and it took over a dozen messages with the company to get clarity and get it resolved. They were prompt at responding, but the communication style was not always helpful or efficient.

We visited this location for a full family weekend get away. It was so nice for each family to not only have their own room but bathroom as well. We enjoyed eating together at the big table but also having our own space. It was located near all the things we were doing!

Everything was excellent! Exceeded my expectations. Kristen did everything possible to accommodate our family. It was a sad time for our family but being able to be together in this lovely, large, family home helped. Comfortable beds. Private backyard and garage! High end appliances. Nicely appointed decor. Open floor plan. Communication was easy, timely, kind, personable. Thank you.
5.0 / 5.0
This property was perfect for our trip with three families. We loved the ability to have separate sleeping spaces and en suites in each room, but shared living space for our time together. Plenty of space for 10 of us, and having a crib, pack n play, highchair, and bathtubs made it so much easier to travel with little ones. Location was great - easy to walk to several places for food (including late night snacks from Imo's!), and short drives to the Zoo, Arch, Aquarium/Union Station, Botanical Gardens, and Grant's Farm (plus an impromptu trip to Ikea since it was so close!). We didn't use any public transportation but there are nearby bus and metro stops. Clear and regular communication from the hosts! Wonderful experience!

We came to St. Louis from out of town to attend a family wedding. We had three couples all seniors and the house was just perfect for us. The biggest reason we liked it so much was because each large bedroom had its own very nice size bathroom. The kitchen area was wonderful with tons of storage more than you would ever need. The location of the house was also perfect. We were able to walk to Whole Foods grocery store and restaurants nearby. If we were taking an Uber or Lyft everything was in close proximity to what we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice and communicated with us well, even helping us to check in a couple hours earlier than the 5 o’clock normal check-in time., That helped us immensely because we had to get ready to attend a family function. Definitely stay here you will love it!!

Perfect for a sports team with plenty of beds and lots of socializing room so you can have quiet areas and more active areas. Kitchen area great for making meals and easy tranport to forest park

Wonderful process, great AC, rooms and bathrooms were amazing.
5.0 / 5.0
We picked the house because the location was close to the church where the wedding was being held. The bonus was the ease in getting to the attractions of St Louis we wanted to see!
House was roomy and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have the upstairs AC on as it took most of the night to get the bedrooms comforable for sleeping.
2.0 / 5.0
House was clean, bedrooms were spacious and house was central to lots of St. Louis visitor sites. House needs TLC… No clothes rod in one bedroom, walls and woodwork have dings and need painted, carpet is stained and disgusting, knobs missing on drawers, etc. Front steps are crumbling and slick in the rain and eaves trough on garage protrudes at eye level…both dangers to visitors. Neighborhood made us uncomfortable to walk around with family. Druggies and police patrolling the alley regularly made us nervous. Oh yeah, a murder directly next door at dinner time one evening was the proverbial straw…

Excellent Stay
The host is very responsive and the communication was excellent. Check in and check out were seamless. The garage is a really nice bonus to have, even though there is street parking available directly in front of the house. The house is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed as a single family with small children and there were some toys/games that our children enjoyed. The location is great- it is close to many of the attractions for families. If you are a family or group looking for a place to stay and don’t want to cram into a 500sq ft hotel room, you will be very happy with this house!

You and your family will love this home !
We returned to this beautiful home for a second trip and we’re not disappointed!
The home is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has dishes and basic cooking utensils, beds are very comfortable, host very responsive to our question. Don’t think twice —book this now for your trip to St. Louis!

Friend gathering.
Management company very helpful and quick to answer questions about the house. We were a group of seven who meet annually in various places. The house was a perfect for our needs to cook, have our conversations and was centrally located to many restaurants and sites we wanted to visit. The 2 car garage was invaluable and we felt so secure to have our cars inside and no need to search for a parking spot in a busy location. Even though on a busy street, we were not bothered by noise. Great visit.

You have to see it for yourself
This property is absolutely AMAZING! I read some of the 4 star reviews and I was lost for words....seriously! This property exceeded our expectations and definitely deserves 5 stars. It has an open floor plan and very spacious. There are actually three master bedrooms with MORE than enough room for large family gatherings. The beds in each room slept well. The kitchen is stocked with any dish you need. A masters degree is required to operate the stove lol (just kidding) it's a convection stove/oven - just not what we were use to. But, the instructions on the wall were detailed and made life easier. The garage was oversized enough to fit my husband's HUGE Chevrolet Silverado High Country and my aunt's Lexus; with garage door closed there is enough room to walk around and remove luggage. The home is very close to the interstate which makes it easier to get to all of the local STL attractions. The property manager was easy to communicate and book with on such a short notice. Thanks for opening your home and providing a home away from home during our time of need.

Wonderful House
We loved the house. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. It is one of those properties you would love to own if you appreciate old homes with character. The house was really charming. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the wonderful closets could use more dusting (I am a bit OCD) and the basement door needed a lock. Also, it would be good to know that the free street parking was rarely available in the evening. There was a garage that you could get to from the alley; however, you had to inquire to get the code.

Great house! Very spacious and perfect for any kind of reunion or friends trip! Grab some Birds and explore Forest Park and Greta restaurants in the central west end !

Lots of room to stretch out and relax.
Had a girls get away with family. The sleeping areas, bathrooms were comfy. Living/eating and kitchen areas were spacious and inviting. Only thing missing was patio seating. Had a great deck and private backyard but no place to sit and enjoy it. We will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises!
5.0 / 5.0
Perfect Stay
More than enough space for a 10-person bachelor party. Comfortable beds, perfect kitchen/dining room for group meals, great location. A perfect stay.
4.0 / 5.0
Great family stay
We stayed 2 nights. We traveled with our 1.5 and 4 year old. This place was very family friendly. They have a crib, pack and play, high chair and children’s utensils as well as plates/bowls. This house is big and the rooms and extremely spacious. We walked over in the morning and got coffee and breakfast nearby. There is even a small backyard for children to play in.
The only cons:
It is on a busy street that can be noisy. So if you are traveling with children make sure to pack a sound machine.
The property is off street parking which can be hard to find. There is a garage but if you have a truck/suv then you won’t fit.
The house was overall clean but when I was looking under the couch for a toy I did notice a lot of dust and crumbs. Probably from not moving furniture when vacuuming.
Overall this was a great stay and we would stay here again! The property manage was super easy to get a hold of and responds very promptly - huge plus.
5.0 / 5.0
Great location
The location was central to all of the things you go to STL to see. 10-15 minute drive from everything. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are great! Would definitely stay here again!
