LIVING AREA
The living space is defined by the large area rug and offers a relaxing modular lounge and a wall mounted 4K ROKU TV – the perfect place to cozy up with friends and enjoy a movie night in with a bowl or two of popcorn.

KITCHEN & DINING
Serve up your culinary creations at the grand dinner table set for 10 with room for everyone to sit around and catch up. There is an additional table off the kitchen which is perfect for a quick coffee and breakfast or to play some board games on with monopoly, scrabble, Jenga and uno.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Take the stairs up to the second level of the home where you will find the two generous master bedrooms. The first bedroom is perfect for families with two queen beds, a twin trundle all topped with soft hotel quality linen and a full ensuite bathroom with a relaxing jet bath, an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.

In the second master bedroom there are two comfortable queen beds sitting opposite a cozy fireplace and second ROKU TV. There is a lovely sitting area by the sunny bay window and a second ensuite bathroom with a jet bath, a large walk in shower and a his and hers vanity.

Also on the second floor is the guest laundry with access to a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary washing detergent to keep everyone feeling fresh and clean.

Make your way up to the top floor and into the loft space with a third master bedroom equipped with a luxe king bed and a workspace that doubles as an entertainment area with a Smart TV.

There is a crib in the bedroom along with toys for the little one and another spacious ensuite with a full bath, shower and vanity stocked with soft fluffy towels.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The Neighborhood:
The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood located on the eastern edge of Forest Park.

It is very walkable and offers a variety of amenities and attractions to suit any taste. From art galleries, upscale or casual dining, to local live music--you'll find it all here.

Mingle at spacious, street-side patios next to antique stores where you can create a stained glass window or scented body oil. Play chess with the locals on the sidewalk outside the Chess Club and Take a picture in front of the world’s largest chess piece – 14 feet tall — outside the World Chess Hall of Fame.

Book lovers will enjoy visiting the Writer’s Corner, which features metal busts of T.S. Eliot, Tennessee Williams, and Kate Chopin, all literary greats who hail from the neighborhood.

Visit the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis (est. 1914) on Lindell Boulevard and tour the largest collection of mosaics in the world, located downstairs at the Mosaic Museum.
Then bike, jog or walk along the paved paths winding through Forest Park, stopping along the way to visit the St. Louis Zoo.

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

The location was great, and the property had plenty of room for 6 friends to stay with everyone having their own bed and access to a bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the carpets had a few stains and probably needed to be cleaned but overall was a great place to rent and very close to Forest Park and all that has to offer plus all of the restaurants that are located in that area. We used to metro to get to and from the airport and that was a very easy walk even with our luggage. We enjoyed our stay very much and they were very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout because all of our flights back were late afternoon. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Very large. Great amenities. Perfect location for downtown and Forest Park. Communication was great until the end of our stay when I requested a later checkout. Never received an answer.Be sure to walk to Kaldi 's coffee shop via Newstead and Laclede Ave. 52 Euclid Ave. to emerse yourself in the history and ambience of the CWE. We had a great stay! The house is big and cozy. The only feedback is that we had a little bit of a hard time figuring out that the garage is behind the house and you get to it from the ally, but after we figured that out it was smooth from there.

great old house with lots of space for all. each bedroom with its own bath. kitchen shows wear but is functional. we were given wrong access code and had to wait on front porch in heat until we reached management and got the right one. Great location but house was next to a very large low income housing tower. Many car alarms and noises were heard all day and night.

This was a last minute booking that really paid back in location, charm, and discovery. I did not realize how close we were to do much wonderful stuff. Dining, shopping, arts, architecture, history! Right around the corner from tons of wonderful things for everyone. The basilica is blocks away (worth the time to see), fine dining that will blow your mind (brasserie and many others), best ice cream on the planet (jeni's for the win), and many, many shops to wander through. Plus forest park is blocks away, easy to get to, and always something to discover for the kids. The house was clean and ready to be lived in. No complaints at all. Very lovely home, kitchen is fantastic, lots of room everywhere.
