The place is nice and clean, however the 2nd floor shower has very little water pressure if you use the hot water, so my husband ended up showering with cold water. But overall it was a really good stay.

My daughter and I decided to go to Blue
Mountain to celebrate her 19th birthday. It was my first time there and having that it was our first mother/daughter trip, I wanted to ensure that I found a place that was perfect for the both of us and I am so happy we stayed here because it did not disappoint!
Leading up to our stay, I received detailed communication that was needed (ie: lock entry, wifi password). There isn’t a physical person on site but Guest Services is available through text and there is an option to call so you’re able to reach someone if required.
I love that the condo has a keyless entry with an additional bolt lock that can be locked from the inside. It’s important for me to feel safe, (especially when it’s just my daughter and I travelling) and I felt safe here.
The condo is itself is clean and has everything you need; small appliances, pots and pans, utensils, etc. If you are going to be cooking then you’ll need your own ingredients. If you are looking to eat out or have a teenager like me that likes to eat fast food, there are many restaurants nearby. Approximately 10-15 minutes drive in the city depending on where you went to go.
I loved that my daughter and I were able to have our own space with separate washrooms. Prior to our stay, I had read some reviews about the water pressure being low so had some concerns but for us, the water pressure was totally fine. The loft was perfect and comes with a beautiful view!
The property has a pool on site as well as a hot tub which is well maintained. There is also a shuttle service that is available - we used it to go to the village. It was air conditioned and the shuttle driver was very friendly.
Overall we had a great stay and would most definitely return and recommend it!

Having the pool and hot tub on site and a free shuttle (bus) was convenient.
I will be returning and recommend it!

This unit is located just east of tennis courts. Not a bad walk to the North ski lift, but a little too far to want to come in for lunch daily. We ended up eating in the Village. There is a place to pick-up lift tickets right at the bottom of the North lift.
Overall, this condo was just what we needed. Traveled with 2 young kids and it was nice to have them in a separate space with the loft upstairs.
Kitchen is small, but we used it for breakfast and snacks only since we were only there 3 nights. Short drive to the Village for dinner or into town for lots of options.
The shower pressure could have been better, but it manageable.
There is a K-Cup coffee maker and a dip-coffee maker, but note that the Village doesn't have anywhere to buy ground coffee, so make sure to bring some if you want it. The little market did have a couple k-cup options.
The management company (Vacasa) was helpful with fixing a beeping noise coming from the locked storage-- they were able to come the second day while we were on the lifts. It was a low battery in something of the owners.
The fireplace has a mind of it's own. We could not figure out how to turn it on and then it would come on randomly-- the remote wasn't helpful. The loft ceiling fan was also not consistent when it would work. The remote and wall swtiches were difficult to operate. I would suggest a binder with instructions.
The heating upstairs and downstairs turned on and off a lot, too, which was annoying with the fan.
6.0 / 10.0
Cons:
-the price per night was roughly double the listed price after all the “fees”.
-no binder with any instructions whatsoever
-no extra blankets and very thin duvets
-few utensils
-stained couch and cushions
-low water pressure
Pros
-location, right beside the north chairlift
-comfy beds

House was cozy and clean but we rented a two bath when water pressure was poor. Management sent repair man and he knew of problem.i was not pleased. It was advertised as a two bath but hardly enough water for one shower to run. I wish I had known this

We love the place we both thought it cute and perfect for the two of us. It was super close to the hills and the village so that was a plus, you also gave us a shuttle pass we loved. The hot tub was great, The only things we had a problem with is the water pressure in the showers weren’t that great, and the heat was super loud even putting the fan on low was still loud

We found our rental to be clean, quiet and the beds were extremely comfy. Our only issue which is minor was the lack of water pressure when we all had of our showers.

Great stay for a small family and close enough the the Blue Mountain village area! Everything was clean upon arrival, check-in process was easy, the only thing I would mention that could use improvement would be the water pressure. To fill up the bathtub for our children took forever, but that is minor!

Property is in a nice area. However, there was quite a bit of dog hair in or around the main floor (which we cleaned up), which is not a deal breaker and I didn’t mind. I would recommend for sure.

Nice stay
Basically, the room is clean and comfortable. There are too many different glass cups. Only 2 red wine cups, not enough for the group of us, 5.

Overall great experience
We had a lovely time here. Perfectly suited for our needs as a couple. The only major disappointment was the electric fire place not working at all. A tech came in to take look at it, but there was nothing he could do. The fireplace (however electric) was a big part of what sold us on the unit, so this was disappointing. But we enjoyed everything else about our stay

Pros:
- close to village
- lit tennis courts
- 2 full baths
- reimbursed for towels we had to purchase
Cons:
- not clean; bathrooms and some pillows smelled like old, dirty rags
- many plates, pans and cutlery were visibly dirty and had to be cleaned prior to using; did not use many pots/pans because of the condition of them
- most bath towels were under sink, touching the plunger and had to call multiple times and escalate before we could have usable towels (see pros)
- dishwasher had dirty cups inside when we arrived
- no in-unit laundry facility

Great spot for a short stay!
This property was a great location. Quiet but close to the village, scenic caves, and the Northwinds beach. Short drive to into Collingwood. We had 3 adults in the unit which was fine as there was 2 washrooms. The listing says it can fit 6 adults but I think you would be on top of each other. Maybe 4 at most. We stayed 3 nights which was plenty. Any longer and it might have felt a little cramped. The property was clean and the check in process was very easy! Just smaller than the photos make it seem. Overall for the price per night and location I would definitely recommend! We will be back!

Two night getaway
Just returned from a two night getaway. Great location to the hills. Unit was very clean, well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms which was fantastic. Just myself and my daughter stayed. Would be a bit cramped for four ppl. Storage space lacking for clothing so pack light

Clean, comfortable condo close to the North side of Blue Mountain
Stayed here for 3 nights and was impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. It has two bathrooms with two showers, and all of the kitchen tools you need. We didn't use any of the amenities due to health and safety measures, so I can't speak to them. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

North Creek # 214
Place was great, clean and well appointed. Only complaint is that the downstairs bathroom shower drain was plugged and did not drain at all Couldnt use it the two days that we were there. Other than that one thing, great place and would come back again.
