About this house rental

An exquisite mountain modern 4-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home, 501 Ontario Avenue is ideally located .2 miles from Main Street, adjacent to the transit center and close to both Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain.

This recently built and professionally decorated custom home boasts four spacious levels and includes a private elevator servicing all floors. The home has radiant heat flooring throughout and is equipped a whole-house Sonos stereo speaker system.

The open concept main level on the top floor enjoys a spacious kitchen with professional Thermador appliances, dual dishwashers, and a butler’s pantry. The dining area accommodates seating for 11 guests and the adjoining living room includes a game table, TV and fireplace. A heated deck is directly off the living room and has a hot tub, fire pit and exceptional panoramic views of the Park City Mountain slopes and Main Street Park City.

The home has two master King suites and two additional Queen bedroom suites (one with a bonus twin bed). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the theatre room has a queen murphy bed.

The entry level includes a very large mud room with ample storage lockers, a spacious laundry room with a full-sized Electrolux washer/dryer and a lovely bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, and private bathroom.

The basement level has a sizeable theatre/game room with snack bar, beverage cooler, microwave , raised stadium seating, two large comfy couches, ottomans, side tables, an 80” HD TV with DVR and HBO, a PS4 PlayStation gaming system and a vintage arcade tabletop game. Additionally, this room is equipped with a queen pulldown murphy bed for additional sleeping and has a full ensuite bathroom.

For a more detailed description of the rooms, will start with the Master.

Master Bedroom #1 is a King suite. This room has beautiful natural light and amazing views of Park City. Also in perfect view, is a toasty warm gas fireplace and large flat screen TV for catching your favorite show. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet with ample storage. Feel free to unpack, store the suitcase away and relax or get some work done on the desk. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Master Bedroom #2 is also a King suite with ensuite bathroom. This room also has a desk and chair and flat screen TV. It's great to have two Master King bedroom ensuites!

Bedroom #3 is a Queen Suite. The bathroom ensuite has a large walk-in shower with natural clean earth tones accompanied by a single sink and toilet.

Bedroom #4 Queen + Twin. This room is great for a couple, a young family, or save it for the kids. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and closet space.

Bonus Bed is a Queen Murphy Bed in the Theatre Room which also has ensuite full bathroom.

Every bathroom will have bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, and floor mats. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper goods (toilet paper and tissues) along with a hair dryer in the vanity drawer.

Time to relax with a soak in the 4-5 Person Hot-Tub on the deck along with patio seating, outdoor Sonos speakers, a gas fire pit, and Kitchen Aid propane gas BBQ. The views from this deck are stunning. It will be your favorite spot to unwind or start your day.

Laundry room with full-size Electrolux washer/dryer and utility sink. We provide detergent, dryer sheets, iron, and ironing board.

This home has a single car garage, ski storage with room for additional cars on the heated driveway.

Exceptionally Well-Appointed Property

Your Luxury Park City Rentals property will be generously stocked with essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Kitchens are exceptionally well appointed and include everything from coffee makers with filters, toasters, blenders, full knife and cookware sets to crock pots, waffle makers and coffee grinders.

Our homes have luxurious bed linens, plenty of pillows and blankets, and come fully stocked paper goods/consumables – toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, bathroom soaps, and much more. We also provide humidifiers, fans, luggage racks in every bedroom, and plenty of closet hangers.

Location, Location, Location!

One of the BEST things about this house is the amazing location. It is literally footsteps from the heart of downtown Park City. So amazingly close to Main Street with an exceptional array of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the Town Lift on Main Street which will take you right up to Park City Mountain to hit the slopes!

Across the street from the house is the Transit Center and access to Park City’s free bus system which can take you anywhere from Deer Valley to Whole Foods/Tanger Outlets. Guests can access the schedule and routes by downloading the MyStop app. Ideally situated between the two ski resorts - look left and you have Deer Valley, look right and you see Park City Mountain. You can’t beat it!

Guests can enjoy a yoga class, a spin class, some weightlifting or enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, or steam room at the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Pool. We provide each group with 8 single use passes for FREE access to the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Pool. Kids 6 and under are FREE. Passes will be on the kitchen counter in the plastic coupon display upon arrival.

By renting from Luxury Park City Rentals, you are choosing a professional rental management company that will ensure a higher caliber vacation experience. HOUSE RULES: Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 11 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

***Covid-19 Policy***: At Luxury Park City Rentals, we want to make sure your stay with us is safe and healthy, so we have implemented the following protocols:
1. Guest Friendly Cancellation Policy: We have made our cancellation policy more guest friendly to allow you more time to make changes and still receive refunds. You can cancel 60 days or more from arrival and receive a 100% refund or if you cancel between 31 and 60 days you will receive 50% refund of the 50% reservation deposit, so you will forfeit only 25% of the reservation if you cancel 31 days or more from arrival.
2. Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew has been trained and is providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas for all homes prior to and after each stay.
3. Contact Free Entry: We will provide you with a key-box code, so no person-to-person contact is needed for entry. Just punch in the code, use the key and let yourself in.
4. Pre-Order and Pre-Deliver Groceries and Equipment: If you book with us, we will provide recommendations and discounts for grocery delivery services, baby equipment rental, and ski equipment rental that you can have delivered prior to arrival without interaction.
5. Hand Sanitizers and Disinfecting/Cleaning Supplies: Hand sanitizers and/or additional disinfectant/cleaning supplies will be in the home when you arrive.
6. Lots of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Tissues: We have pre-purchased and will stock all our homes with enough toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. so you shouldn’t need to try to buy them on your vacation.
7. New Linens and Bedding: We have upgraded our bedding and linens to a 5-star hotel hospitality line utilizing two sets of sheets, towels, bathmats, and special top sheets that are all professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.
Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

We had a great stay in park city. We stayed in June and had age range from 8-78 with 3 families. The house is very clean, well kept, beautifully decorated and the management is super attentive. The house is well stocked and the beds/bedding/pillows were all great. The location is amazing-across the street from Main Street. Very short walk to many shops, restaurants and bars. The house is multi level and there are lots of stairs. You definitely get your steps in going up and down throughout the day. They do have an elevator for those that do not wish to climb that many stairs and we found that very useful for grandpa and a kiddo wearing a boot for a fractured foot. We did find it to be loud from the road noise. We used a noise maker in each room to drown it out while we slept and that worked fine. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing and my family - husband, three adult children with spouses and a grandchild- all agreed it was the perfect house for our time together. We were fortunate to be in Park City when the snow was plentiful. Our group enjoyed skiing (it was so easy to get to the slopes from the house!), soaking in the hot tub, cooking dinner together, watching a movie in the theatre and so much more! Bo was a fantastic host and very responsive to our questions/requests. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely home.
