About this house rental
An exquisite mountain modern 4-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home, 501 Ontario Avenue is ideally located .2 miles from Main Street, adjacent to the transit center and close to both Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain.
This recently built and professionally decorated custom home boasts four spacious levels and includes a private elevator servicing all floors. The home has radiant heat flooring throughout and is equipped a whole-house Sonos stereo speaker system.
The open concept main level on the top floor enjoys a spacious kitchen with professional Thermador appliances, dual dishwashers, and a butler’s pantry. The dining area accommodates seating for 11 guests and the adjoining living room includes a game table, TV and fireplace. A heated deck is directly off the living room and has a hot tub, fire pit and exceptional panoramic views of the Park City Mountain slopes and Main Street Park City.
The home has two master King suites and two additional Queen bedroom suites (one with a bonus twin bed). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the theatre room has a queen murphy bed.
The entry level includes a very large mud room with ample storage lockers, a spacious laundry room with a full-sized Electrolux washer/dryer and a lovely bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, and private bathroom.
The basement level has a sizeable theatre/game room with snack bar, beverage cooler, microwave , raised stadium seating, two large comfy couches, ottomans, side tables, an 80” HD TV with DVR and HBO, a PS4 PlayStation gaming system and a vintage arcade tabletop game. Additionally, this room is equipped with a queen pulldown murphy bed for additional sleeping and has a full ensuite bathroom.

Master Bedroom #1 is a King suite. This room has beautiful natural light and amazing views of Park City. Also in perfect view, is a toasty warm gas fireplace and large flat screen TV for catching your favorite show. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet with ample storage. Feel free to unpack, store the suitcase away and relax or get some work done on the desk. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.
Master Bedroom #2 is also a King suite with ensuite bathroom. This room also has a desk and chair and flat screen TV. It's great to have two Master King bedroom ensuites!
Bedroom #3 is a Queen Suite. The bathroom ensuite has a large walk-in shower with natural clean earth tones accompanied by a single sink and toilet.
Bedroom #4 Queen + Twin. This room is great for a couple, a young family, or save it for the kids. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and closet space.
Bonus Bed is a Queen Murphy Bed in the Theatre Room which also has ensuite full bathroom.

Across the street from the house is the Transit Center and access to Park City’s free bus system which can take you anywhere from Deer Valley to Whole Foods/Tanger Outlets. Guests can access the schedule and routes by downloading the MyStop app. Ideally situated between the two ski resorts - look left and you have Deer Valley, look right and you see Park City Mountain. You can’t beat it!
Guests can enjoy a yoga class, a spin class, some weightlifting or enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, or steam room at the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Pool. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

We had a great stay in park city. We stayed in June and had age range from 8-78 with 3 families. The house is very clean, well kept, beautifully decorated and the management is super attentive. The house is well stocked and the beds/bedding/pillows were all great. The location is amazing-across the street from Main Street. Very short walk to many shops, restaurants and bars. The house is multi level and there are lots of stairs. You definitely get your steps in going up and down throughout the day. They do have an elevator for those that do not wish to climb that many stairs and we found that very useful for grandpa and a kiddo wearing a boot for a fractured foot. We did find it to be loud from the road noise. We used a noise maker in each room to drown it out while we slept and that worked fine. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing and my family - husband, three adult children with spouses and a grandchild- all agreed it was the perfect house for our time together. We were fortunate to be in Park City when the snow was plentiful. Our group enjoyed skiing (it was so easy to get to the slopes from the house!), soaking in the hot tub, cooking dinner together, watching a movie in the theatre and so much more! Bo was a fantastic host and very responsive to our questions/requests. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

This house is gorgeous and in a fantastic location, literally right across the street from Main Street. Well appointed features and immaculately clean. The kitchen is very well stocked and I really appreciated the fact that it had lots of spices and oils. My boys loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of adventure, and we made great use of the fantastic grill. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was just wonderful for our family. The arrangement was great for the children to watch movies in the theater room to decompress since they all ski. Bedroom situation is ideal for adults; each bedroom has its own bath. The living room, dining area and kitchen area spacious and conducive to all eating together. The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable and the view from the top floor was beautiful. The proximity to the bus transit and to Park City's Main Street made the house ideal for us. So easy to get anywhere. The property manager was always available for any help. Fantastic house!

This property is wonderful and really contributed to the overall enjoyment of our trip. It is so conveniently located for both downtown Park City as well as the base of the mountain. And the house itself is so well appointed and comfortable (especially the radiant heat). Our party of 10 ranging in age from 7 years to 74 years loved our time here!

This place is incredible. Beautiful finishes and details, so much space- an elevator to get heavy items up all the stairs. Lots of seating in common areas (which many rentals oddly lack). Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Everyone has their own space and bathrooms, plus really convenient to town.

We had a group of extended family members from 10 years old to 80+ come together in Park City for great skiing and even better memories! We loved the house.
The house is absolutely amazing, with lovely furnishings and an incredibly well stocked kitchen. Details have been well thought through to give guests a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is so convenient to everything - close to restaurants, shopping and the bus shuttle station to catch the bus to the base of the mountain.
We had a huge amount of snow while there - and Bo was extremely responsive with getting snow removal from the end of the driveway handled for us, along with answering any questions or needs we had. One member of our party was in a wheelchair - and the house was extremely accessible for him, with the help of a small portable ramp we brought to get in the front door. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for our extended family gathering! We hope to visit again!!

This rental is amazing. Across the street from the bus station (this is a big positive) and a quick walk to Main Street and the town lift. We walked everywhere (even when it was snowing) except when we took the bus. Gorgeous, new and clean property. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. Beds are super comfortable. The upstairs kitchen/dining/great room was great for playing games and relaxing after skiing. The sunset view was incredible from the jacuzzi. Mud room downstairs is perfect for before/after skiing. Boot and glove dryers too!!! The host was very responsive and super helpful. We will 100% be back!

Perfect Location
Excellent house for large groups. Has everything you need and is modern and beautifully maintained. Bo was very nice and was quick to respond when needed. Walking distance to town, bus, lift. Since it is located on a busier road there is some street noise in the early am in some of the bedrooms but nothing a little white noise can’t cover. Highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed staying in this home. Only drawback was the road noise which after a few days got a little irritating. That said, I knew when renting the property it was close to the traffic circle and would be busy, but chose it for its closeness to town. The house was very comfortable, well maintained and stocked as I would expect for such a high end priced rental.

Wonderful winter home
We had a great time at this home. Upon arrival, the home was in impeccable condition. Everything was clean and appeared brand new. For skiing, the location is great because of the proximity to the transit station with a quick shuttle to the mountain. Although the home is located on a street corner, you cannot hear traffic while inside the house. Everything in the home is top of the line. The property manager Bo is quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. We would definitely visit again.

The was a fantastic location just next to old town park city. Also just on the road to get to Deer Valley which is just up the road. House was very clean and the hot tub overlooking old town made for great times.

Birthday weekend
We came for a long weekend celebration for my husbands birthday. We wanted a house big enough for all seven of us and something close to downtown. The location was great and the house is absolutely gorgeous. We had other family meeting us in Park City and the house was big enough for all of us to eat-in together. The kids loved the media room! Bo was great at communicating & helping us with anything we needed. Even though the street can get busy and a little noisy we would definitely stay again.

50th Wedding Anniversary Trip
Our family celebrated our parents’ 50th Wedding Anniversary with a trip to Park City. This beautiful house was perfect for three adult couples and 4 kids between ages of 10 to 14. The location was amazing, with just a walk across to Main Street. Bo was great to work with and very responsive to questions in advance of our arrival. Beautiful home - beyond words!
This house is perfect in every way. The interior and exterior design is so beautiful. Our family loved how private each room was and each room also had its own bathroom. The movie room was the kids favorite hang out spot, and the elevator was so useful! Great location with only a 5-minute walk to Main street. Also, the house had beautiful unobstructed views!

Fantastic!!
This home is beautiful! Everything was top of the line. Our family of 6 stayed for a week and really enjoyed this home and its proximity to downtown (Main street was only about 3 blocks away). We walked or rode our bikes everywhere from here, and when we were not out, we loved the deck with hot tub and the lower level movie theater in the evening. The kitchen was very well appointed and we also used the gas grill a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms luxurious. The communication with Bo was very good and check-in/check-out was fast and easy. We will definitely be back to this home on our next trip to Park City!

Amazing House! Awesome Location! Convenient, Beautiful, spacious, Hi End place with everything!
We absolutely loved this place!!! It exceeded our expectations. We stayed late Feb/ early March 2020. It is bran new with everything you could want in a location that can’t be beat. It is a two minute walk to the free Park City bus station which we took to Deer Valley Ski Resort and Park City Ski Resort with our skis and boots in tow, both only a short ride. The house is just a three minute walk to main street with it’s restaurants and shops. The house is beautifully decorated with nice linens, awesome appliances and fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Very nice bathrooms which are private to the bedrooms, gas fireplaces were great. Beautiful balcony with a hut tub that seats 5-6 with nice views. All of the bedrooms are very private, great for couples. The property was easy to access and the property manager, Bo was quick to respond to our calls with any questions. This place will be our first choice when we return to beautiful Park City!

Dream home for family skiing
The home was exactly what we needed for our family. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for eight. Great for all ages because the home has an elevator. Close to downtown and all the restaurants. The views were beautiful. We would rent the home again.
