We stayed here many times and this was the worst. Never staying here again.

I liked how cleaning people are ready to help but we had a lot of problem. They didn’t give us permanent solutions and we had to have the same problems again and again.

The room was old. Bathroom was smelling a lot and kitchen was not cleaning. Dishes were left dirty and not cleaned properly. There was an ant problem in the room and it was too much! They removed the phone from rooms and they don’t give you hanger for the clothes in the room. We asked them to change the room but they didn’t even help us on that.

Поисках тераса, когато правих резервацията, а те ни настаниха в прекрасен мезонет. Всичко е прекрасно, единственото което не беше ок е че в обявата на хотела пише паркинг, но на място се установява частен паркинг извън хотела, който се заплаща отделно.

Lord Morgan Hotel on Madalyon Street

The staff were particularly attentive, especially Ms Nargiz who reached out to us before we left home to ensure a smooth safe transfer from the airport. The warm welcome was outstanding. In addition tours and activities booked from reception were easy to arrange, including a free pick up by taxi to the event. The hotel is located in a busy shopping area with bars and restaurants near by. We felt completely safe even late at night. The room was clean and spacious and was adequately heated considering in February while warm in the day was cool at night. All the all the hotel and its staff were a key component of a wonderful and memorable trip to Istanbul.

The hotel was fine but understanding public transport especially the buses was bewildering. The Ubahn was our go-to transport for travelling around the city. It is a sizable city so allow time to get around.

Stayed here while I had medical work done. I needed lots of rest and the room was very comfortable and quiet witch allow

Very good location, close to many supermarkets and shopping centres, 20 minute walk from taksim square where there is lots to do. The staff were very friendly and even let me check out an hour late as I had a late flight. Room was very clean and had housekeepers every day who cleaned the room and gave water on request. The room itself was very spacious and had all of the facilities I needed, the bed was very comfortable and I was not woken up by any noise on any of the nights. I would reccomend anyone to stay here who wants to be close to lots of shops and restaurants, and who wants an affordable yet comfortable stay. :)

Beautiful Hotel

The design of the Hotel in general, also the room was very nice and friendly. The location was very useful for me and my friends. Overall was great, if I go again definitely will stay there.

Outstanding location, accommodated us in an apartment with a private hammam and jacuzzi. Considering the location it was quite quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable.

Only one glass for water and tea was provided. We was two 😔

بداية اشكر طاقم العمل المحترم والمحترف وخصوصا السيد مراد الذي كان يستجيب لاي طلب كانت اقامتي عمل ليوم واحد ولكن سوف اعود الى هذا الفندق الجميل كان السعر مناسب جداااا بالنسبة للنظافة كانت ممتاذة وموقع الفندق جدا راقي اشكر هذا المكان الجميل

Perfect

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very well thought out. It consisted of two bathrooms, two kitchens, 2 bedrooms and a living rooms. It was very helpful and we really enjoyed it. It looked like a family room. I recommend it to those who want to come with the whole family.

Good location, Awesome staff.

The Receptionist has been awesome. I think the staff is happy because they are helpful and work with passion, their smile was sufficient to fix all challenges.

Few things that the reception desk was able to remedy. When I first arrived I had few concerns but it has all been resolved.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values sleep

Nothing absolutely nothing.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on [dates]. Upon arrival at 2:00 AM , I was eager to get some rest after a long flight. However, I was unable to sleep due to the constant noise of drilling from a renovation project taking place next room. The next morning, I was woken up again at 8:00 AM by the noise of construction from a new apartment building being built next door. On the last night of my stay, I was woken up at 3:00 AM by hotel staff banging on the door of the next room for over an hour. When I got up to investigate, the staff member did not even apologize for the disturbance. In addition to the noise, the hotel was not properly cleaned. I found dust and dirt on the furniture and floors, and the bathroom was not clean. Overall, my stay at your hotel was a terrible experience. I was unable to sleep at night, and the hotel was not clean. I would never recommend your hotel to anyone.

Doar că a fost în Nișantași !

Prezentarea mincinoasă a ofertei, în fotografii părea ceva, la fața locului altceva, lucruri vechi, rupte, stricate, șifonier dezmembrat, pereți găuriți, așa zisul apartament pentru familia mea, era format din două locații distincte, furnici, miros groaznic în baie, lipsă suport hârtie, terasa era de fapt un balcon prăpădit, din care nu vedeai decât acoperișul unui alt imobil, plin de furnicile din dotare, care roiau pe lângă niște ghivece cu flori ofilite, lipsă lumini balcon, fire electrice atârnate, etc., etc. Confortul, sub clasificarea locației, un loc dubios, obscur.

Hidden gem in the city

Gorgeous hotel with stunning decorations. Staff were helpful with dinner recommendations. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious.

Bathroom was on the smaller side. A plug socket on both sides of the bed would be nice

We booked the 3-bedroom apartment for 3 people. We let ourselves be guided by the booking photos. When we arrived two of the bathrooms in the rooms had a terrible smell. The bathrooms do not have tiled coverings on their walls, their walls are painted dark colors, so you cannot see if they are really clean. The walls and ceilings need maintenance. The furniture, closets and floors are deteriorated. What bothered me the most was the hygiene in the bathrooms, everything looked really dirty and had a bad smell. It's not worth what you pay for this accommodation. There are hotels nearby like the RAMADA or other local hotels, which are at the same price and do not seem to have these conditions. I feel like this is an accommodation that could cost 25 dollars a night. Maybe for young people who don't pay attention to things like hygiene. It is important that customers make informed decisions about this accommodation. I only give it one star because it is what it deserves for what it has. It's not worth what it costs. Unfortunately I did not read the Google comments before booking, only the booking reviews where they rate it 8/10, this is not real. I do not recommend this accommodation for people who care about getting their money's worth.

Horrible, and uncomfortable stay!!

We booked the Executive Suite for our entire stay of about 10 nights. Upon check in, they told us they've upgraded our suite, which sounded awesome after a long flight. The "upgraded" suite was a JOKE!! It's the tiniest suite you could imagine. It can barely fit a baby cot next to your bed. The bed was loudly squeaky. Plus, the bathroom has a sliding door in the room, and was noisy for sleepers when someone goes in and uncomfortable to go to (you can hear a drop of a water). It was a horrible experience for a family of 4 including 2 kids below 6 years old. During my second night, I checked my booking to go through the cancellation policy. I compared Booking.com pictures with my Suite, and I was shocked that they put us in a deluxe suite instead of our Executive Suite (which means they actually downgraded us during check in). When I confronted them, they said it was someone else's mistake, and the rooms aren't that much different anyways, and then moved us to our Executive Suite, which was way better. Horrible experience

Dishonest property and must be avoided

I chose this hotel because they had a unique room (The Queen Suite) with 3 bathrooms that include various spa facilities. The property contacted me few times before my stay to check if I need transportation from airport but they didn't mention anything about my room reservation. I arrived to the hotel with my partner on a Saturday late afternoon after a beach day in Kilyos/Istanbul with the dream of resting in our room and enjoying spa facilities. When I arrived to the reception, the receptionist told us that they will give us another room as the room we booked had a pest and broken air conditioning. They didn't notify us at least before the day of our stay so that we could have assessed if we still want to stay in that hotel or book another. The receptionist was even shameless to say that they are giving us a bigger room but not demanding extra money. It was a standard room with a separate living room and tiny bathroom. We didn't have a chance to reject the room as we were half wet and desperate to go into the room to take a shower and rest. I filed a complaint to booking.com about the property but the property kept on lying to them that they tried to contact me which has never happened. I received a small credit from booking.com due to my complaint and that they weren't able to offer an alternative compensation. I urge travellers to stay away from this property.

Everything really. The room/s were very small to the point that you have to walk sideways in some areas. The bedrooms were especially small that the bed could barely fit the room. The place was smelly, dark, dirty and totally uncomfortable.

The worst stay for me in Istanbul really!!

Just the location

It’s not clean at all full of hair! The furniture is old most of it is broken!! The left is old & very slow !! I found even some hair in the fridge!! The hotel says you have a “ private parking “ that’s fake it’s not private & next to the hotel & i have to pay 350 turkey lira for a day ! Even i asked them before i come & they confirmed that for me … one my kids pay for two bottles of water in this hotel because they say we don’t give water every day ! Just the first day !!

Great location, poor design and (kitchen) amenitities

Location was the highlight, in my opinion.

If I want to share some feedback for improvement, it would be that the rooms, including the bathroom, were a bit too dark (for example, shaving was a hit or miss due to that). Considering that the wallpapers and curtains are dark-coloured, some better lighting would be beneficial. Also, the kitchenware were very limited and simple things such as salt, pepper, dishwasher liquid, etc. were missing. For guests who intend to stay for a short period, it doesn't make sense to purchase all those and would be nice to have them included. The photos included in the ad were not 100% representative of what you'll get (i.e. photos look better).

Good

Location was absolutely amazing! Stuff was very helpful and responsive. On the other hand standard room was little too small to comfortably move for 2 people. Bathroom was nice but very small as well. Next time if we choose staying in this hotel, I will probably go with the bigger room. Although its hard to tell how big are big rooms because on the pictures the standard room looked bigger than actual size. Overall liked the hotel though.
