Amazing value and great location

Such a great location, very close to the station, and there are many shops and restaurants in the surrounding areas. It’s only 15 mins away from Nishiki Market, and Teramachi. It was very spacious and clean as well, and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable

Good location, just few minutes walk from the 烏丸御池metro, lots of restaurants around, 1min to 7-11. The room was very spacious and clean, though we stayed on the ground floor just opposite to the lift for 7 nights we were so surprised for how quiet there was. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone who travel to Kyoto.

性价比特别高。下次可能还会选择。希望空调的声音能够改善。

酒店的地理位置很好，离乌丸御池地铁站步行五六分钟。房间也比较安静。有洗衣机和微波炉，有很多衣架，窗户也能打开，非常好。附近有一家711，非常便利。

空调的声音特别大，影响睡眠！枕头太软，一睡就塌掉。

Πολυτελής αίσθηση άνετης διαμονής.

Κοντά σε στάση μετρό και στάσεις λεωφορείων. Μεγάλο λειτουργικό δωμάτιο, ασυνήθιστο για Ιαπωνία. Ιδανική επιλογή για άνετη διαμονή, δίνει την αίσθηση πολυτέλειας.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Δεν βρήκαμε κάτι αρνητικό, πέραν της μη παροχής πρωινού.

Clean room with good location

The room was clean and spacious and had a washing machine. The bed was comfortable enough and the staffs were very nice too.

The room cleaning was once in three days, so with two nights of stay we didn't have additional cleaning, but we still had enough towels for the two nights.

海外から帰国してホッとくつろげるアットホームな空間。

コードキーなので鍵がなくて嬉しいです。前回も利用させていただいていたので家に帰ったような気がしました。

今回は前回滞在した大きめのお部屋が空いてなくて残念。小さいお部屋もそれなりに快適でした。

Nicely located hotel in a quiet neighborhood to explore Kyoto

We enjoyed having a big room, the bathroom was spacious with shower and bathtub. It was good to have a washing machine. We also liked that we were close to the subway station and there was a 7-11 nearby

They didn’t provide enough coffee for the days we were there. The reception staff was not always available

Comfortable stay in Nijo area

Nice comfortable aparthotel. About 5 minutes from Kyoto subway station. Clean room. Good shower. Beds were comfortable. Lighting was good. Blackout curtains. Lots of charging points. Washer and drying room. Detergent provided. Safe, fridge. Room could accommodate up to 4 people. Highly recommended for families and those who like more space to relax.

No stove and cooking equipment apart from a microwave but in Kyoto, it wasn’t really an issue since I would rather eat out and enjoy the Japanese good.

Beautiful new hotel in a fabulous location

Beautiful hotel and room. The lobby smelled great every time we entered the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. Very clean and new. It was amazing to have a large bathtub and a washing machine. We also appreciated having many coat hangers which allowed us to hang and dry our clothes after washing. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Lots of towels were provided. Rooms were cleaned every 3rd day (2 times during our 7 night stay), which was ideal. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the city center, station, and anywhere else. Several convenience stores close to the hotel.

This is me nitpicking, because we had a great stay! -the motion sensor light in the hallway was very strong and turned on easily, and (to my knowledge) there was no way of disabling it. -I would have loved an extra mirror closer to the window to be able to get ready with some daylight. There is a mirror in the bathroom and a large mirror by the entrance door, but they don't get any natural light.

An excellent choice to stay in Kyoto

The room and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, close to the subway and in a nice neighborhood. I loved the staff, they were so attentive, they helped us booking all our restaurants when we asked them quite a few times, and helped us to receive a parcel on time. Value for money for sure!

The hotel can potentially add a few choices for breakfast in a cafe nearby.

Great stay in great location!

Great location, close to many restaurants and sights in Kyoto town. Free coffee in the mornings was great and so was having a washing machine in the room! Beds very comfortable.

バストイレが別なところ、電子レンジがついているところ、コンビニが近いところ。

清掃が行き届いていない（お風呂の掃除が不十分、風呂場に雑巾がかかっていた、トイレの黒ずみ、ほこりが積もっているところがあった）、ベッドのマットレスが硬い、Wi-Fiパスワードがわかりにくいところに書いてあった、ワンルームマンションを改装したようなところで、ホテル感があまり感じられなかった。かといってシンクなどがついているわけではなく、自炊などができる環境ではなかった。

リーゾナブルで快適な旅

清潔感があり、とてもキレイ。近くにコンビニも飲食店あり便利。お風呂も自動で沸くし、保温もしてくれていたので入れ直す必要もなくて快適だった。

エアコンの風向きを変える方法がわからなかった。（上下は出来ましたが左右を変更する事ができなかった）

A good stay with good laundry equipment and drying system in the bathroom.

I liked that the hotel provided laundry detergent, hangers and drying function in the bathroom. The is also a sofa for relaxing and watching TV. The room is also spacious.

It’s not something I don’t like, it’s just something that was listed but not provided. In the list, it mentioned that there is a stove top but in the room there isn’t any.

Quelle bonne surprise que cet hôtel ! Très spacieux, propre, idéalement situé à 3mn du métro et très bien équipé (literie, douche, machine à laver). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un bémol sur le niveau d'anglais très variable selon les employés (bien que très courtois et agréables au demeurant) qui complique un peu les échanges.

ホテル玄関のセキュリティが施錠されていないのに、フロントがいなかった（呼び出せば出てくるが）のは1人で夜到着だったこともあり不用心に感じた。ベッドが狭い。
