This beautiful 4-bedroom residence accommodates up to 8 guests and boasts an open-concept design, featuring a spacious living room, dining area, and an inviting eat-in bar in the kitchen, fully stocked with utensils and appliances. Throughout the home, you'll find stunning finishes like granite countertops, rich dark cabinets, and soothing neutral colors, creating an ambiance of sophistication.
The expansive master suite includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in closet for added convenience. Situated in a tranquil location yet easily accessible to the freeway, with just a short drive to downtown Tacoma, our home provides the perfect peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.
What sets us apart? Our exceptional dedication to cleanliness. We pride ourselves on a thorough cleaning after each guest, including washing all dishes, utensils, and cookware, whether or not they were used. Bed linens and towels are replaced with new ones every 2 months. Our deep cleaning process includes meticulous attention to every detail – we move and clean behind the fridge, stove, sofas, furniture, and bedside tables after each stay. Carpets are washed every 2 months, and our bathrooms are stocked with brand-new toiletries (shampoo, soap, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, conditioner, hand sanitizer, cotton swabs, makeup remover wipes), even if untouched by previous guests. Experience the epitome of cleanliness during your stay with us.
This beautiful house, set on a large corner lot, features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a spacious garage for 2 cars. Entertainment options include an Xbox 360, Wii, and a deck for outdoor relaxation. Netflix is available on the living room TV, and guests can easily check in with the Smart Lock system.

Located just 20 miles from Sea-Tac Airport, 3 miles from Tacoma Dome, 25 miles from Seattle, and only 3 miles from the beautiful Puget Sound beaches, our home is ideally situated for your adventures.
Swan Creek Park, encompassing 373 acres, is located just east of the house and is easily accessible from E. 42nd St, E. 44th St, E. T St, and E. 56th St. A heavily wooded canyon surrounds Swan Creek, a salmon-bearing stream, which can be enjoyed via a 2-mile pedestrian trail that runs along the park's east side. The park is excellent for bird watching, walking, and picnicking. It also hosts six miles of mountain bike trails within a 50-acre network, making it a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Additional features include a community garden, a 1-acre food forest, and hard-surface trails for leisurely strolls.
In addition to the natural beauty nearby, you'll find a wealth of attractions and conveniences. The Tacoma Narrows Bridge is just 1 mile away, and there are numerous restaurants, museums, and a casino (Emerald Queen Casino) within close proximity. Ruston Point is a scenic 5 miles away, and Mount Rainier is approximately 20 miles distant, offering stunning views and hiking opportunities. Point Defiance Park is only 4 miles away, while America's Car Museum is a mere 2 miles from our home. The Museum of Glass, WA State History Museum, and Tacoma Art Museum are all just 3 miles away, providing rich cultural experiences. For family-friendly fun, the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium is also a short 5-mile drive.
