Very nice! Great view and shower upstairs.

We really enjoyed an intimate family gathering with beautiful Sunsets. The location was great for our purposes and we found time to relax and unwind and hike catching up over coffee and nice meals. We chose to use the kitchen to prepare our own meals instead of eating at restaurants all weekend. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed to be able to cook. That made our experience more enjoyable with several family members with different food sensitivities and allergies. We did notice that the kitchen could use a few polishing touches, like a knife sharpener, some new pots and pans, and some minor reorganization. None of these things took away from our experience, and could really set the next guests up for an even better time.
We did notice ants throughout the house. The host got back to us right away and let us know that it’s not a problem because they were

We had a lovely time in this mid modern home. Very easy access and perfect location!

This property had beautiful views and multiple areas to gather with the family. Unfortunately, the listing says the bedrooms all have king size beds and a Queen downstairs. The main floor bedrooms only had queen beds and the basement had a full-size bed. The larger beds were part of the reason I chose this property, so I was unhappy with the incorrect listing info. The host wanted us to open doors to cool down the house, but there are no screen doors or screens on windows and bugs were abundant. This would be a good home to visit when it is not so hot outside!

We stayed here for a week. The home was spacious with bedrooms on multiple levels. The master bath had an amazing shower along with double sinks. We planned on cooking outside on the grill. The existing grill was no longer working, but David (property owner) delivered a brand new grill the very next day.
The sunsets looking out over the water and behind the mountain view were gorgeous as advertised.
The home had a nice yard, plenty of outdoor seating, lots of flowers and even a raspberry bush in the front with ripe berries. We’d definitely stay here in the future.

Start with the drive in, you think you are in the wrong area, but when you arrive, the view in person is better than the picture in the description of the property. Homey, inviting, relaxing, mesmerizing views. If you are going for vacation, this time of year was just sheer BLISS. If you are looking at this property, do not pass it by. The property owner even checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we needed. So gracious. Not going into too much detail, David went above and beyond for a request we had, as I was visiting my daughter that I had not seen in 2+ years. We are not letting anymore time go by, we are already planning for another visit to see my daughter in 2 months, if given the opportunity, we know where we will be staying. Need to mention, my daughter has a large service dog, weight not an issue with the owner. If I may just add a personal note to others; a service animal is a vital part to a veteran, disabled person, blind, etc., please do not use your "family animal" claiming a service animal just so you can take them on vacation. A service animal has specialized training, if your animal is on the furniture, it is a family pet. Other than my rant, this home is an A+.

When we first booked this property there was an error in the price of the booking. And that's understandable - stuff happens.
However, instead of refunding our deposit the host spent the whole week negotiating, saying a refund was processed, then changing his mind, back and forth, and all with no resolution.
Then, on the morning we were supposed to arrive, the host cancelled our stay...and still without refunding our deposit.
So I really don't know how the property itself is, but the host was especially difficult to work with.

Perfect home and location for a family getaway with our kids and their spouses. We especially liked the location which made it convenient to both Seattle and Tacoma.
Amazing views with 2 large outdoor patios, gorgeous flowers/plants for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sunsets. Exceptionally large master bedroom/bathroom suite on the top floor. Three floors allowed for plenty of room for all!

We stayed here for a family vacation. It is in a nice location, close to the University of Puget Sound (about 20 minutes). It is a good house for a family gathering with a lot of sleeping options. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and putting in two portable air conditioners for a warm spring weekend.

My daughter and son-in-law who live in Portland joined us for a long weekend. We live in Michigan and like to try to get out to see them a couple times a year. This time we decided to branch out into Washington. This house was the perfect location from P:ortland and in close proximity to Gig Harbor, Seattle, and had a lot to do around the Brown's Point area.. When we weren't adventuring (going into Seattle, hiking at Snoqualmie Falls and Mt. Rainier, and playing pickleball at Brown's Point) we were enjoying the local eateries and hanging out on the upper and lower patios of the house. playing cards and games. The sunsets were amazing. The house was homey and had everything we needed. Communication with David was easy and friendly and the check-in process was seamless. My daughter's dog, Sierra, enjoyed the upper patioj so much, she pretty much lived out there lol. Perfect location, perfect house for our needs.

Had a wonderful stay at this MCM home. Fantastic views and plenty of room. Great location close to both Brown's Point and Dash Point parks and beaches.
The manager Paige communicated well and prior to check in sent tips to keep the house cool. We stayed when temperatures got into the mid to high 80's in the afternoon. Even with the tips it's a challenge to keep the house cool in all areas especially upstairs. Times other than the summer this wouldn't be an issue.
Overall a great stay and would love to come back in the spring or fall.

The location of this property is amazing. We watched the sun set over Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains every night. The landscaping is amazing as are all flowers and greenery in the Northwest this time of year. Blueberry and raspberry bushes full of fresh fruit to enjoy all day long. The house is very well supplied with cleaning, laundry and kitchen supplies. We also made use of the outdoor grill every evening.
Paige and David were very responsive in all communications. We thank them sincerely for making this property available.

A perfect get-away
My daughter, her husband and two young children joined my husband and me for a family vacation. The place was perfect., with plenty of space for us all to have privacy and great gathering spaces. Both my daughter and I commented that it is even better than the photos. The two patios are wonderful. The home was super clean. The property managers were friendly and responsive. My grandson enjoyed running around in the small yard. We drove a mile to the beach and lingered there every day. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home and great experience!
We booked this property for a weekend in Seattle, but didn’t want to be right in the middle of downtown. This was the perfect option - close enough to get to the city when we wanted to, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet! The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised, with plenty of space for our group of 8. Gorgeous views! :-)
The owner and property manager were both very responsive and helped us get checked in smoothly. Overall, great experience and would definitely book again!

Pacific west coast adventure
The house was great. It was clean and well stocked. It met all of our family’s needs and served as a nice place from which to explore the Seattle area. We spent a day on the Olympic Peninsula, at Mt. Rainer and Mt. Saint Helens as well as several days in Seattle. The first morning we woke up to a view of the Olympic mountains from our balcony.

Very welcoming home. Comfortable space to relax and enjoy the view. Gorgeous yard and a great outdoor dining area.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and the property (though unmarked with house numbers) was eventually located by all of us and close to amenities we desired. It was a good size to accommodate us, except when we all wanted to sit at the table together (not enough dining chairs). There are some security concerns which haven't been addressed, and the owner has reached out to me for suggestions. He seems like an open-minded person and flexible. As for the management company, I'm uncertain why the substantial deposit refund wasn't initiated for over 2 weeks after our stay... or the reason for such a large deposit in the first place, since additional insurance is REQUIRED to even rent this property. I've never encountered that with any vacation home, especially one which is as old as this one. The children enjoyed the spooky ambience though, so that made it fun for them. I'd recommend this home AFTER it has much-needed adjustments in place. Thanks again!

Beautiful Home with Ocean Views
Beautiful home with an ocean view of the Sound from every window and patio which has a nice table and six chairs for outdoor dining. The house is very close and an easy drive to City Center of Tacoma. It is highly recommended that when you visit Tacoma that you definitely visit the Tacoma Art Museum and also the Museum of Glass and the Glass Art Bridge!

Lovely cozy home
This was a cozy home with a spectacular view. David was responsive and his manager, Paige, was very helpful--coming immediately to fix a leak after days of constant rain. We were able to have fires in the fireplace which was a big plus on dreary days. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.

Great family retreat
The home is just as the pictures depict--pleasant setting with water views in the distance. The kitchen is fully stocked and the fireplace added a cozy feel on a long Thanksgiving weekend. The common area was just large enough for family chats and games together and the comfortable bedrooms provided space to get away for some quiet time. The home was in good order and very clean. It's a great space for a family retreat--we'd like to come back in the summer to enjoy the deck and nearby walking trail and park.
