Perfekt til kortere ophold midt i Aachen

Centralt beliggende no nonsense hotel midt i Aachen. Værelserne er ikke kæmpestore, men har alt, hvad man behøver og er rigtig godt indrettede. Der var meget rent både på værelserne og på hotellet i øvrigt. Personalet var venligt og kompetent. Der er en meget bekvem parkeringskælder med direkte adgang til hotellet, hvor vi var meget tilfredse med at have reserveret plads (mod betaling).

my vacation at this hotel was fantastic

This is a good hotel to spend the entire vacation. The hotel is very beautiful, and the staff are very kind. The hotel is also very clean, and the rooms are clean as well. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Aachen.

I have a feeling that they are not replacing the bed sheets, but I'm not sure about it.

Achtung bei Anreise mit dem Auto!

Lage perfekt zum Erkunden der Innenstadt, trotzdem absolute Ruhe in den Zimmern "hinten raus". Sehr sauber. Preis / Leistung ok.

Kein Hinweis, dass Zufahrt per Auto nicht möglich, da Eingang in Fußgängerzone. Telefonkontakt erst nach 4 (!!) Anrufversuchen möglich. Kein Hinweis im Vorfeld, dass Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage über ganz andere Straße erfolgen muss. Rezeption nicht besetzt (man saß in gemütlicher Runde im Frühstücksraum), Darauf angesprochen wurde der Angestellte sehr unfreundlich und abweisend. Das hat mich sehr verärgert.

Pragmatische, zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut zum Erkunden der Innenstadt geeignet. Weil das Hotel in der Fussgängerzone liegt, ist es relativ ruhig. Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, nicht zu eng, Einzelbetten waren buchbar, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, trotzdem ließ sich das Fenster öffnen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr neu und wenig abgenutzt. Das Frühstück nicht umfangreich, aber ausreichend und preiswert. Wir konnten die Tiefgarage (15 € pro Nacht) vorbestellen und die Nutzung war trotz des Aufzugs für das Auto einfach und praktisch. Alles sehr modern, es gibt sogar Fahrradbügel in der Tiefgarage. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt recht gut.

Der Frühstücksraum strahlt eine modernistische Kälte aus, sehr ungemütlich. Es gibt viele einzeln verpackte Lebensmittel. Personal wirkte teilweise wenig routiniert.

Doordat het hotel goed centraal gelegen is waren we zo in het centrum. Cultureel alles gezien

We waren verrast dat er zoveel biologische producten waren bij het uitgebereidde ontbijt.

Onze kamer zat aan de voorkant waar het verkeer voorbij reed. Daardoor konden we s'nachts niet het raam open zetten voor frisse lucht.

Nochmal da Übernachten werde ich nicht. Das Parken war schwierig die Lage ist nichts für mich

Die Dusche ist sehr gut .Es war sehr ruhig

Das Parken .Überall Baustellen , Straßen gesperrt und Einbahnstraßen . Viele Bettler in der Nähe

Very unpleasant experience with room with full of flies which they explained it’s normal wildlife (?)

weird smell of the room and a lot of flies (insects) in the room - after 3 complaints I could finally move the room but I needed to stay with these flies all over the night ! The room facing back yard was very not pleasant with some trash tanks with pigeons living there. Definitely need to consider.

I would absolutely stay here again due to the cleanliness and fantastic location.

It was very clean, and the location was spectacular! We didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked really yummy!

We had a 3 person twin bed room and there was no outlet to charge a phone next to one of the beds.

My experience

The staff were super friendly and very helpful! The room was cozy and you had everything you needed. I had a change of plans and needed to check out earlier and they were able to accomodate my needs. The location was nice as well... Very close to the town hall and a nice gelato shop and bubble tea place.

Very good price/performance on this hotel

Good location. Clean and well kept. Breakfast was nice. Recommended! No luxury but just what is needed. Seems good for families as well, didn't meet any party-people, more of a grown-up place.

The bathroom was mighty cold! It had no separate heating and with 0 C outside it was around 15-16 C in the bathroom. Solved by keeping the door open (heating in the room was OK).

Superb

I didn't have breakfast. The hotel was very close to my work to the university, as well as to the historical center. It is very nice to go anywhere you want on foot. The room was warm, comfortable and cleen.

A small misunderstanding with the booking has been easily resolved. I would have liked the smoking area outside the entrance to be a little more protected (maybe with some seating). A fridge (even if shared in the lodge) would also be useful.
