Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage zwischen City West und Mitte. Insgesamt ein Wohlfühlhotel.

Schön wäre es, wenn die Zimmer einen kleinen Kühlschrank hätten. Gerade bei einem Aufenthalt über mehrere Tage vermisst man das.

would have liked to have had a fridge/water supplied daily in the room. was hot and sweaty at night even though we turned down heating as low as possible.

Bellissimo hotel in una zona verde

La pulizia delle stanze da 5 stelle, la posizione nel verde di un parchetto e con il meraviglioso parco Tiergarten a 5 minuti a piedi, la zona molto tranquilla e sicura (Postdammer Platz a meno di 10 min a piedi), la possibilità di noleggiare le bici dell'hotel a prezzo accessibile (9 euro 4 ore o 14 euro tutto il giorno), il balconcino in camera, la metro a neanche 5 min a piedi (linea U2, fermata Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park), la fermata dell'autobus M29 praticamente sotto l'albergo che porta anche a East side gallery

La colazione troppo cara (19 a testa ogni giorno), anche se sembrava molto ricca (e in un bello spazio, con tavoli sia all'interno che nel dehor che nella veranda coperta), idem il bar: una bottiglia di acqua 5 euro; mancanza di bar e supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze (minimo 10 minuti a piedi); soprattutto mancanza di frigobar nella stanza

Sehr schönes Hotel......mit Kühlschrank und kl.Flasche Wasser zum Empfang auf dem Zimmer....perfekt.

Centrale Lage zur U-Bahn Station....sehr schöner Park. Freundliche Mitarbeiter....Reinigungskraft sehr nett ...hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Der Ceck in war leider etwas problematisch.....Mitarbeiterin war unsicher mit Barzahlung.... und Zuweisung der Zimmer ...2 Pers. verteilt auf 2 Etagen ?? Obwohl bei Buchung der Wunsch angegeben wurde ..Zimmer nahe zusammen....und dieser auch per Mail bestätigt wurde. Eine andere Mitarbeiterin hat übernommen...alles bestens...bekamen dann auch eine Rechnung unserer Bezahlung. Auf dem Zimmer wäre eine kleine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung sehr nett gewesen. Da ich ein gekühltes Medikament einzunehmen habe...war dieses leider zum Entsorgen verurteilt weil kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer ist...auch die Ausstattung unserer Zimmer war unterschiedlich???Obwohl der gleiche Preis....ein Zimmer hatte weder Telefon noch Tablett und somit überhaupt nicht die Möglichkeit mit der Rezeption in Verbindung zu treten...Schade....

Un grazioso e accogliente hotel nel cuore vitale di Berlino

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare Berlino a pochi minuti da una stazione della U2, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi da Potsdamer Platz, dalla Neue Gallerie e dalla Gemaldegallerie. Il contesto è molto piacevole perchè l'albergo si affaccia su un parco pubblico molto tranquillo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza luminosa, accogliente e pulitissima. La colazione che non era inclusa, ma di cui abbiamo usufruito pagando 19 € a persona, era molto varia e abbondante.

Tolles Wochenende im Grimms

Superschönes Hotel in Laufnähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Berlins. Unsere Suite war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Zwei Fernseher, eine gemütliche Sitzecke und ein großer Balkon gehören zur Ausstattung. Das Bett war komfortabel. Unser Frühstück im Grimms war richtig gut. Es gab alles und es wurde immer schnell nachgelegt.

Eigentlich war es perfekt. Einziger Makel sind die Aufbackbrötchen beim Frühstück. Wir hätten uns kleine, leckere Bäckerbrötchen gewünscht.

Nie wieder Grimm's

DIe Lage des Hotels hat mir sehr gut gefallen, aber alles andere fällt mir schwer was zu sagen das zimmer war Größer als ich gedacht habe die Aussicht war nicht vorhanden.

Thema Personal, Check in unpersönlich nicht informativ wo aufzüge oder welche Etage wurde mir nicht gesagt. Thema Zimmer: Nachtisch war nicht vorhanden da er abgerissen war musste ich ein stuhl nehmen, im Zimmer die Fußleiten sehr oft abgeplazte Farbe und dreckig. Thema Sauberkeit: Schimmel im Badezimmer. Thema Service: Wasser auf dem zimmer war nicht vorhanden aber Gläser man hatte die vergessen, dann war eine Feier im Hotel da waren um 2 Uhr Morgens noch sehr laut auf dem Flur und zuschlagene Zimmertüren. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht wieder bereisen.

Die Lage sehr zentral. Die Ausstattung geschmackvoll modern. Der Balkon sommerlich herrlich. Leider der Lärm der Skater unterhalb sehr störend.

Die Küche brauchte lange zwischen Bestellung und servieren. Das Essen sehr lecker.

Modernes, zweckmässiges Stadthotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Funktionale Zimmer, mit allem was man braucht. Angenehmes Belüftungssystem. 2 Minuten bis zur nächsten U-Bahnstation, ideales Hotel für Stadtbesichtiging.

Sauna mit Topaussicht im Dachgeschoss ist von Mai bis September nicht in Betrieb, schade, denn nach einem anstrengenden Stadtbummel wäre so ein Saunabesuch sehr erholsam.

Exceptional stay. Amazing staff. 10/10.

The hotel was friendly, welcoming (as were the exceptional staff. After being charged twice by this site, they couldn't do enough or investigate enough) The complimentary breakfast was next level. Meats, cheeses, pickles, smoked fish, fruits, full english, yogurt, cheesecakes... Everything you could imagine. The beds were extremely comfortable. I don't usually sleep well when traveling but the bed was clean and inviting. The shower was hot immediately and the pressure was incredible. The rooftop terrace was wonderful for taking in a panoramic view of Berlin. 10/10 I would absolutely stay here again and am planning to book directly with the hotel next time to avoid being charged twice for my holiday.

Would not recomment due to staff being unflexible when solving a simple problem.

Beds were comfy and the wifi worked fine. Everything was clean and the location is great. It was also nice to have the option to eat and drink at the hotel.

The sink in my bathroom was clogged, which spoiled all the nice aspects of my stay. I was there only for one night and had to leave very early in the morning, and the staff said they could only solve my problem in the morning when a technician could take a look at the sink. Offering another room (even if it was a worse one) would make so much more sense, and instead I had to wash my hands and brush my teeth at the shower every time.

Great hotel in great location!

This hotel is perfectly situated, in a relatively quiet location, next to a lovely park but with lots of public transport options close by. The room was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly.

I found the room access method a bit old fashioned but maybe its standard for Germany!

I like the theme of the hotel, the fact that it was clean and all the towels were changed everyday. Nice stuff, nice rooftop, I enjoyed everything.

Minibar is missing and my room didn’t have bathroom supplies (hand soap, shower cap, etc).

Superb

Very nice hotel, good rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant on-site, good location - just minutes away from Postdamer Platz, in a very nice green area. 2 min from a U-bahn station. Hotel is all new, good amenities, not much to complain. Great views too.

The only minor glitch is lack of coffee makers or kettles in the room. You can always go downstairs of course, but it would be really nice to have.

Wonderful home base in Berlin

We cycled to Berlin and the concierge at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with a terrace so we had a place for our bicycles. Wonderful room and clean modern atmosphere. Industrial without losing it's personal touch.

Loved this hotel. As a previous reviewer said it is a bit like an upmarket motel but nothing wrong with that as it is reflected in the price. Love the theme, the location, the staff, the outdoor seating area, and the food was really good quality for a hotel restaurant. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony which was a plus. The Grimm's Gin was fab too. We are coming back!
