Mavis is Located on the top floor (up 4 x small sets of stairs) in much loved and reputable holiday complex of only 8 apartments all sharing a large sun-drenched pool and immaculate grounds, this desirable property has wonderful sense of space, style and security.
This stunning apartment is set over 2 levels and features 3 large bedrooms (1 x Queen, 1 x Queen and 2 x Singles), 2 bathrooms, 1 undercover car space (not to mention a lockable storage cage for those Noosa Tri & Surfing fanatics or even beach equipment), open plan kitchen, living and dining. The internal stairs are not suitable for children under 10.

This is all complemented by an enormous roof top balcony space with sun lounges, BBQ and outdoor dining setting – perfect for entertaining all year round whilst taking in the amazing views of Noosa and beyond.
Located in the Panorama Apartment Complex (Unit 8 on the top level – NB : no lift and 4.5 x sets of stairs from carpark or 4 sets from ground floor) ) in Upper Hastings Street, with access to Hastings Street via the main boardwalk or direct stairs immediately in front of the building (approx 230 steps ) down to Locale. Or even opt for a more comfortable & private walking path from the rear of the complex (approx 150 steps) that connects to Morwong Drive and onto Hastings Street.
Featuring all the comforts of a luxury home, the property is pristine and includes a separate laundry, pay TV, air conditioning and heating, workspace for laptop, coffee machine, dishwasher and all linen, towels and beach towels are provided for your stay. All surrounded by lush rainforest and cross-breeze this is the best way to experience Noosa in Little Cove
Only minutes to Hastings Street shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches – the location is second to none.
