We stayed for 3 nights, what an incredibly beautiful place. The staff is just amazing, we really spent a special time here.

Wadi Rum Dew is a Camp in Wadi Rum. You park your car in Wadi Rum Village and the camp people pick you up with their Jeep for a 15 minutes trip to the camp (and bring you back in the next morning). The tents are big enough for 3-4 beds, but you get it as private room. A common tent is for dinner (Bedouine style) and breakfast and uncounted cups of tea. Three very friendly people took care for 6 guests. All this for ab incredible cheap price!
Nothing to improve for the camp owner. We were unlucky since it was very cold and windy, so we had a very cold night (in March!!!) in spite of two thick blankets.

The staffs speak decent English and are very helpful. They communicated with me through Whatsapp and answered all my questions. They sorted out pickup from the Rum Village as well as a taxi to return to Aqaba from the camp. The camp was very clean with pretty good facilities. It's definitely the best value for money camp you would find. Breakfast was pretty decent but I can't complain as it was included in the cost which was itself very cheap.
Dinner was 10 JD but worth the price considering you get to taste traditional food in a desert where they have to source food and ingredients from far away. After dinner, I hanged out with the staffs around a bonfire drinking tea till late night and had very interesting conversation.
Many camps would refuse to accept the booking if you don't go on an organised tour with them. Wadi Rum Info Camp was an exception. They let me be on my own to take hikes. One point to note is if you take tour with them (which most travellers do) the pickup and drop off service between Rum Village and the camp is free. Otherwise it's 15JD return fare.
Staffs press you to take organised tours. I went during a period when tourism was almost non existent (due to Ramadan + travel restrictions set by countries due to Covid). I understand that it's a source of their income. However, I would have appreciated if this information was transparent while making a booking. In fact, this practice is carried out by all the camps in Wadi Rum.
I asked the staff to organise the local bus from Rum Village to Aqaba which costs around 8JD. However, the staff gave me excuses and said only taxi is available (20JD) while clearly it's not true.

Stay in dessert is really nice. The tent is lovely and bed is comfortable. The bathroom facilities is good, freshly done up so nothing to add, there is two showers and two WC for females. Dinner and breakfast is buffet type and reasonable.

This has been the most magical experience ever !Awaad and his team are so welcoming, you feel as if you’re family from the first contact. We took a day trip, which started with a jeep ride to a canyon in the rock and then a camel loop in the desert, while our amazing guide awaad prepared us a very nice lunch, with humus, olives, bread and a beduin beef-beans-spice stew. Then he took us to a huge sand dunes and we tried sandboarding, the girls had a blast And after that to different view points more amazing each time until the best sunset place/time served with beduin tea and biscuits. This would have been enough but there was more to come when we arrived at the camp and the entire team served us beduin food cooked in the ground, along with tea and the grand final was the traditional dance and music! Thank you guys we won’t forget you. The Lovey family
