Our friends and we were going to the Rolling Stones concert. Easy access to the stadium by back roads. Then we drove to Rocky Mountain National Park. And our friends discovered how close we were to the In n Out Burger.

We were staying in Denver to visit with our son & his family. We were there for only 3 days & had scheduled activities in Denver each day, walking tours & tour of Red Rocks, etc. The house was easy to find. It was very close to two light rail system stations for getting to & from downtown Denver.
The house was well equiped with sufficient bedding, towels, kitchen equipment & personal care items.
Beware, however, that the house is not air conditioned, which would generally not be an issue in Denver. However, we were there during an exceptionally hot period. The house remained a toasty 84+ degrees. 😞

It was an excellent stay for our trip. Just close enough to the city to be there, far away enough to not feel like it. Beautiful home and property. Will definitely try and get this stay again when I return

We enjoyed staying here for our vacation to Colorado! Super close to Denver and located in a cute and quiet neighborhood. Would love to come back sometime!

The floors were dirty. We did not eat there and there was food under the high topp table. Not vacuumed. Counters were filthy. Pillows were old and flat. Nice place but it needs cleaning. I own a cleaning company and i would not consider that satisfactory. Also no a/c hot as u can get.

For my 1st visit to the Denver area, this couldn't have been more appropriate. As I walked around the grounds on the first morning, my thoughts were of what sort of construction business the owners must have been in, as the interior finishes gave clues, but the exterior surroundings and the stone landscaping were clearly done with equipment that is ordinarily found on project sites, rather than home improvement centers. It was shortly afterward that I read the intro bios of the family members and learned that they were involved in the concrete business, as well as real estate. Bingo. In spite of the proximity to surrounding homes, I slept like a baby in the very comfy beds and relaxed with coffee in the spacious rooms or on the wrap-around upper deck overlooking the property. Within three minutes, our little group was on the highway to the Red Rocks Amphitheater, or just out for a meal. My 1st Denver visit was a bit of the suburb developments of the Seventies/ Eighties and the foresight of the early philanthropy that created the Garden of the Gods and the greatest amphitheater I've ever experienced.

Location worked great for concert to Red Rocks. Also good options for dining between downtown and mall area.

The property itself is as pictured. It was lovely, inviting. The creek is beautiful. The windows and all the light with the view of the backyard was exactly as I expected. The owners were responsive. We loved the property.
Here is the tough part. I wasn’t aware the owners would be parking in the garage and maybe they were the folks living in the basement while we were there. The folks in the basement were loud and it initially startled us as it sounded as if someone was in the house with us… I guess they were. It made us uncomfortable walking out to enjoy the creek cause it felt like being watched. The house was not as clean as I would have hoped. The inside of the ovens were dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink and the shower. The shower curtain needed to be changed. The mattress in the master doesn’t fit the bed frame and our pillows kept falling through onto the floor while sleeping. We could have overcome the cleanliness piece, but not having the place to ourselves and not knowing it in advance was not acceptable. I have a small family and we are quiet, private. It was uncomfortable for us. That piece is important, especially since VRBO advertises you always get the place to yourself if you use them.
Again, the home is lovely. I was disappointed in the situation.

We came to see our daughter play soccer CCU. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was very nice. We took walks, went for a run, and could even walk to the campus and the stadium. Located only a few minutes from Belmar where there are several restaurants, grocery options and retail shopping stores.
The layout of the house was nice, however, when I initially booked the place I thought we had the entire house/space to ourselves as it was advertised as a house. I guess if you open up the full description and read the note towards the bottom it mentions the family that lives on-site with a shared wall and outdoor spaces. They basically live downstairs so it's kind of more like a duplex situation.
Check in and out was super easy, and communication was great!!
10.0 / 10.0
the location was prime for us CCU parents and the neighborhood was also nice for walks and runs. We enjoyed using the kitchen to make a few meals as well as lounging in the sitting area and the cozy tv room with a giant wrap-around couch. The check in and check out was super easy and the owners were great communicators. We did have a shared space where the owners were downstairs with a locked door between flors. They were unnoticeable for the most part.

Home was very comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities. Great location for our visit to Denver and concert at Red Rock.
10.0 / 10.0
This property was very spacious inside and outside. Big kitchen, dining areas, fantastic TV room and expansive deck/yard were appreciated. It was in a quiet neighborhood with good driveway parking. There was no Central AC, nor Washer/Dryer which might impact during a hot summer or lengthy stay. Overall we really liked the place and would recommend it!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Great access to everything we needed, super quiet neighborhood which allowed for windows to be open at night, perfect outdoor spaces, and fantastic kitchen. Everything was very nicely maintained and clean. The owners are very attentive and helpful. It’s super close to Colorado School of Mines in Golden, so we will be back when we visit our college kid! Thank you!!!

Perfect spot between city and mountains
The Creekside home was perfect for my wife and I, and a couple of friends for a visit that included hopping around downtown, catching a show at red rocks, and looking for adventure in the mountains. Whether it was looking for a fantastic bite, scenic hike, or libations at one of several nearby breweries, it was all at our fingertips. For the 4 of us, we had all the space, comfort and privacy we could ask for. Great house and great hosts! Cheers!
