Best place to stay

I came with friends for skiing, the place is really near the gondola, and has a grocery store just a minute of walking. The room was clean and organized, and was equipped with clean forks, knives, spoons, plates and a pan etc... , so we went to the grocery store and could make our meals by our selves. The owner gave us a really good service.

Better than the photos. Amazing value for money. Top Location.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing experience I had while staying at the hotel. As a snowboarder, I'm always on the lookout for the best places to hit the slopes, and I have to say that Loft II Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. The hotel is situated 3 minute welk to the gondola lift. And despite being so close to the slopes, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect retreat after a long day on the mountain. The accommodations were also top-notch. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. I loved the decor and the cozy atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. And the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. But what really set this hotel apart was the level of service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Your staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had while snowboarding.I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and truly unforgettable experience in the mountains.

The central heating was a bit too powerful for my liking, but thats not always a bad thing. We stayed when the outside temperature was close to 0 C, I guess if the serious minus hits the thermometer, I would have appreciated it a bit more )

Amazing location.

Amazing location. Everything what you need is 1min away. And I mean everything....shop, ski rent, gondola, restaurants, pharmacy..... Etc Nice bonus is ski locker that comes with the apartment. Quick and easy check in Fast communication from the owner.

Some things in the apartment are worn out. But in reasonable amount.... You will not be affected by it if you are not crazy picky person.

great place but very noisy

location is great and very convenient. size is good for solo or couples. supermarket and pharmacy right under the apartments.

can get very noisy at night with the bar in front of the building and with the taxis and police cars also making a lot of noise especially at night when you sleep with the windows open. if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be able to sleep only with the windows closed.

Fare price, amazing location

Amazing area. Very central, close to the gondola lift in new Gudauri. The apartment maneger is very attending.

The sofa that opens to a child bed is not very comfirtable and blocks the entire room when opened.

we request all rooms in same building, they distributed us in two different buildings which not comfortable to family trip. also one of the room does not have curtains which the morning time very noisy

Beautiful mountains peaceful surroundings

Like the peaceful location and beautiful Mountain View.

When we were checked in, shower was damaged and had to ask coordinator to fix it. Next day they have sent the master to fixed it.

Conveniently located on the slopes, comfortable, clean, close to everything you need.

Breakfast was not included, it's an apartment. The check in was a little complex but only because I arrived around 3am. The people were very helpful at that time of the morning and I managed to check in. The apartments are definitely ski-in, ski-out and are close to everything you need, shops, restaurants. Everything else was comfortable.

The wifi was not great, and the check in wasn't comfortable because I arrived very early in the morning so everyone was asleep. I managed to check in ok, people were helpful.

Really liked place, near the gondola lifts, grocery store and multiple restaurants. In apartment everything was clean and nice. Wonderful place with wonderful host, he allowed late checkout for us without additional fee.

Excellent stay in Guduari. Highly recommend booking these apartments.

The property is in a great location - just a 1 minute walk from the main ski gondola. The apartments are also very clean, spacious and comfortable. We booked 2 of the 3 bed apartments and there was ample room for everybody. Check-in and check-out was also smooth and easy. The staff were very helpful on arrival and throughout our trip. They also allowed us to check-out very late so that we were able to enjoy our last ski day.

Nothing at all - everything was great.
