A pleasant stay as always

I travel to the Monsey area a lot and this is by far my favorite hotel. It is always bright, clean, and comfortable. Staff is friendly, it is located right off the highway, and right next to a Target if I forget anything!

It's the best stay in NY we have had in a long time. The rooms were amazing!! Comfy with really expensive sheets!

Spotless. Pleasant. My family and I were greeted and the front desk went above and beyond with assisting us. They were knowledgeable and pleasant.

Great place to unwind!

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the space of the room. I had a one bedroom that included a kitchenette. Very nice layout. The hotel is close to many eateries.

Amazing stay right next to a Target!

The place is still kinda new. The Studio King room is super clean, including the kitchen amenities, as well as the bathroom, which comes with a body wash and shampoo and conditioner. The bed is very comfortable, and we love the blackout blinds. We also love the little lounge area, and the mini pool and outdoor area. The location is very close to a lot of places. There are plenty of options for food, entertainment and shopping around the area. Target is literally next door, you can walk to Target in 2-3 minutes! (This can be dangerous for your wallet lol)

The breakfast could offer a slightly bit more variety when it comes to the meat options, they only have turkey sausage, but satisfactory nonetheless. The lady who makes the omelettes is wonderful. The person at the front desk accidentally charged me again for the entire stay even though I already paid through Booking.com, so I'm waiting to get my money back from that. Hopefully there are no issues on that end. The rooms are not fully soundproof from other hotel guests, but you won't hear any car noises despite being so close to the highway. They could use firmer pillows.

The Element by Westin was a BIG disappointment.

The facility is relatively new.

I had to call the front desk at 11pm and again at Midnight to stop kids from playing and screaming in the hallways on the second floor of the hotel where our room was located. Breakfast was abysmal. Poor selection and the woman making eggs to order was impossible to communicate with. The coffee tasted like colored water. The bed, for an ADA compliant room, was almost a foot off the floor. The shower in the ADA compliant bathroom could not be adjusted easily as it was very high and this bathroom's shower was in a bath tub that a person had to step over to get into. There's no closet in these rooms, they are the size of a high school locker. The ironing board is tiny and it's very hard to use. They keep the lobby and dining area at 80-degrees and it gets VERY HOT.

We asked for housekeeping to clean our room, they said they only do that every 3 days. Haven’t experienced this anywhere except USA The sheets smelled very very strongly of bleach. Not a nice scent to gal asleep to. Cleanliness could have been better. The AC was faulty. We would lower the temperature and it still wouldn’t turn cooling on. We had to sleep in a very warm/hot room

Excellent, would recommend to a friend

Hotel was updated, neat and very clean. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. A chef was on location and cooked eggs, omelet, avacodo toast, sausage patty’s at your request. There was also cereals, bagels, baked goods and assorted coffees. Very nice!

It's all about the fluffy King size bed, woooooo!

It's so easy to get to from far away. A very quiet location.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good.

The vent in the room was blowing cold air all night, it was so loud. They charge me twice for the room, carol the staff helped me get my money back.for the 162 a night it should have been better.
