The experience wasn't great. It felt like walking into a marijuana store because there was a strong smell of weed from the elevator to the room. The room also had a strange odor. It’s not an ideal place for a family.

It felt a little impersonal when I was greeted and the hotel wasn't as clean as id hoped. The building is old but but the hallways and lift area could have been cleaner. I didn't feel comfortable staying there

Unprofessional behavior for example asking us to wait to change the bed sheets that had not been changed after the previous clients had left because she was finishing a 16 hrs shift and her legs were too tired to do anything

The check-in was easy. The room was clean but could use some new furniture and an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

We were in an even number room on the "Train side". We were woken every morning at 6:20 and 7:30 with train horns. I told the front desk when someone is there more than one night they should not be put on that side of the hotel. Even numbered rooms on the parking lot side.

First did not receive the type of room that I reserved, then it took 3 calls to the front desk for someone to come and check out the problem. They finally switched my room still not the type I reserved. Then I rudely woken up at 2 am from extreme amount of noice from the room next to me that lasted until 3:30am, I called the front desk and they did absolutely nothing about it. The hallway and the rooms smells like weed, they told me that they can't do anything about it.

Loved the area nice and quiet qnd the hotel was nice and clean and polite staff....I had no issues...looking forward to staying here again.

We got a King standard room. Easy check in. Just asked for ID and that’s it. The room itself was clean, no fuss and no stains. I like the bathroom set up. Limited TV options but still found a nice movie for background noise. All in all, would stay again. I found the bed very comfy. We had lots of space. We also felt secure, being able to see our cars from the window. Like that it’s behind a Target. Easy for any last minute needs. Like the location.
Price is pretty standard but also cheaper than other options in the area for similar set up.
Breakfast was a little lacking: just waffles/coffee/juice. Cereal and muffins are also available.

Hallway to the room and inside the room were extremely dirty. Smell of garbage both days as soon as you leave the elevator. The room even had a dirty rags from the previous guest in the bathroom. This was a horrible stay. What a horrible waste of money.

Since the moment you enter the hotel, the person who works at the front desk is unhygienic and not polite. The hallways of the hotel stink of weed and it's dirty. The rooms smell bad, the beds have poor quality and the bathroom has mold. I would never return to this place.
