KITCHEN - Well-equipped kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, a drip-style coffee maker and K-cup machine, plenty of cookware for those big meals, and more than enough dinnerware and utensils for the whole group. The refrigerator and dishwasher are large capacity models to handle all of the food and dirty dishes. For convenience, there are 2 microwaves!
DINING - The dining table seats 10-12 people and more at the counter seats. This area has a large picture window with a gorgeous view of Mt. LeConte.
LIVING ROOM - In the living area, there are 3 sofas, large Samsung HDTV, and a stacked-stone fireplace (open Oct 1 - Mar 31). Step out the French doors onto the upper deck and relax on one of the sofas or chairs with an amazing mountain vista.
DECKS - 2 broad decks allow great mountain views. A large hot tub that seats 7. Our deck furniture includes a pub table set, rockers, and conversation set — all to provide a place to relax and enjoy the view.
INTERNET/WORK - The main level has a desk for work and our high-speed Internet service with the latest mesh Wi-Fi technology lets many devices be online without interference.

・No glass near hot tubs or pools.
・Quiet time is 10pm-8am.

・DYE (hair, clothing, etc.) is not allowed. It damages linens, bedding, furniture, flooring, fixtures, and bathrooms.
We use noise monitors that measure noise levels without recording audio. If volumes exceeds certain levels, you will be notified about it. Should it continue at unacceptable levels, you will be asked to vacate. We respect the community and our neighbors. We cannot put our rental license at risk with the local authorities.
There are actively recording external video cameras, some with audio, covering exterior portions of the property. There are absolutely *NO* interior views, nor any views of pool/hot tub areas.

Normal operating hours are 9am-9pm seasonally, but may vary based on weather and attendance. The season is roughly mid-May to late-September depending on weather and demand. Some are occasionally closed for maintenance and other activities. Please contact the Chalet Village Owners Club office to confirm status and hours.
The clubhouses offer free WiFi access, food/drink concessions, changing rooms, and showers (bring your own towels). Some also have meeting/event/banquet rooms for rent.

Thanks for sharing your home with us for the week! The chalet was just as described with plenty of space for my family of 4. Everyone loved having their own room and bathroom. The game room was a huge hit! Kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the ice maker. Check in and check out was super easy. Chuck & Vicki are great hosts!
PS - we also saw two black bears right in the neighborhood strolling down the street!

Mini Family Vacy
The house was beautiful with a beautiful mountain view, easy to get to once we found the private drive. The hot tub didn't work the first night we were there but the owner had someone out the next day to fix it. The property is a short distance from Pigeon forge it is in a great location to do all of the activities and to relax we will be staying here every time we visit the area. Chuck has the best communication I have ever encountered and I travel a lot and to a lot of different places. Loved our little getaway and the family even the teens had fun.

Fantastic house, excellent views
We had a great time on our short getaway! The house is huge, plenty of room for my husband and me, our 4 young adult children and 2-year old grandchild. The kitchen has everything you could need which was great as we cooked all our own meals. We had one beautiful day and hiked the Laurel Falls Trail, which was great. It rained the other 2 days and we went to the aquarium. But that was our only venture to downtown. Chuck and Vicki have supplied games and DVDs. With TVs in every room, a pool table, foosball, air hockey and the hot tub, we were very happy just hanging around enjoying the chalet and each other’s company! I highly recommend the Mountainview Majesty!

Beautiful get away
chalet=very clean, spacious, very stocked w everything! views outside=breathtaking! We enjoyed sitting on the comfy couches on deck. (the deck boards could use to be replaced tho as they look pretty worn & could be more aesthetic to match the beautiful & contemporary new couches out there!) but the view was still beautiful! The fireplace was a great xtra addition! (bucket & shovel was missing so I did my best to scrape out ashes with a spoon.. A little too time consuming tho) We love all the TVs/couches & space (tho we only stayed in 2 rooms. It was a lot more space than what we needed & a lot more $ than we wanted to spend bc we only needed 2 bdrm or 1 with a pull out sofa(so they won’t even need to clean the other 2 rooms) but we thought it was worth the xtra $ for the games & hot tub! LOVED The hooks by the door.
I rated 4 instead of 5 stars bc we didn’t know til after we put the deposit down that the hot tub was for 25 years+ only. 😬This was very upsetting to us bc its 1 of the major amenities that we look for & want to have for our stay for the kids too! (We turn the temp down so that the lil ones can still get in & enjoy)! I understand that kids sometimes are left unattended but thats not always the case. At least put it on the main page so people know before they actually pay that you can’t get in the hot tub unless you’re 25. (our kids cried because it’s their favorite part) it was just misleading to not find out about that til after we made the deposit! We loved that there was Foosball, air hockey, pool & darts. It was frustrating though that every time we scored a hockey goal on one side the goal would fall off (bc it was broken and taped on), & it was hard to play darts bc several dart tips were missing & we couldn’t play Xbox bc we needed a code? (Had a Sad lil boy about that) Maybe make an xtra checklist for housekeepers to check that all games are working & have all pieces every time bc it is a big reason why we rented here (& others I’m sure) We paid a LOT of xtra money even though we didn’t need the space so we could use the hot tub & all of the games & disappointed that Kids weren’t allowed in hot tub & we couldn’t really play anything but foosball/pool bc others were damaged or missing parts/no code. We could’ve spent less on a 2bedroom cabin. Impressed by the space/views, owners were friendly & prompt but disappointed about hot tub rules & Games we couldnt play. Kinda feel like we lost $ w that aspect :( still a great time

Gorgeous View
The road to the house is not for the faint of heart. We were looking for a place in the mountains and we got it. Could never find the the clubhouse but since the weather was not ideal we didn't ask for directions. That being said, I'm sure if we had asked the owners they would have replied quickly. Excellent communication.

Good afternoon this cabin was everything and more...very nice, clean and plenty of space. We even had a little bear action...I would definitely stay here again.

THE VIEW
We just returned home from a 5 Day stay. Chuck and Vickie were so accommodating, very responsive to my every odd ball question or request. The view is absolutely stunning, you cannot capture it in photos. They provided everything needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults relaxed in the hot tub. Watching the sunrise in the mornings from the upper deck was one of my favorite parts of the trip.
We had 10 people in our party and there was plenty of room to spread out. We could all sit at the dining room table and enjoy the view while eating our meals.
I know there are a lot of options and trying to choose can be overwhelming however you will NOT regret staying at Mountain View majesty. Highly recommend!!!!
