This spacious home can easily accommodate a large family or group of up to 14 friends or family, who can enjoy all that sunny Central Oregon's premier resort has on offer.
Start your day by relaxing on the main deck (one of three) located on the side of the house, cup of freshly brewed coffee in hand. When you start to get hungry, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, lots of cabinets and counter space, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast, including two electric griddles for those homemade pancakes in the morning. Eat together at the adjacent table or step back out onto the deck, which features two picnic tables for alfresco dining.
After breakfast, gather the crew to begin exploring. Your home comes with 12 SHARC passes, giving you access to tons of shared amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, tennis, basketball and more, and you’re an easy walk on the bike trail to the SHARC Aquatic Center. The resort also has two 18-hole golf courses, plus miles of bike trails throughout the resort property. Your home also comes with ten bikes (seven adult; three for kids) if you want to explore on two wheels, but guests should bring their own helmets. Mt. Bachelor is just 20 miles away and offers great skiing and snowboarding in the winter and exciting mountain biking in the summer. For a day trip, head to Bend for some great local boutiques and fun restaurants for the entire family to enjoy.
After a day of exploring, return home and enjoy your lovely outdoor space. Relax on the main deck and fire up the gas grill for dinner. The deck between the garage and front door is completely enclosed for little ones, and the private hot tub to soak in while watching the sunset. Back inside, get that gorgeous wood-burning fireplace crackling (wood is provided) and snuggle up together in front of the TV while you stream your favorite shows and movies, or play a game of foosball.
At bedtime, you've got six comfortable choices: Five of the bedrooms are on the main floor; four feature pine-log queen-size beds, and the fifth has a set of pine-log twin beds. The upstairs bedroom has two sets of metal bunk beds, with three singles and one double. Note that upper bunks have a 100-pound weight limit. No matter how you spent the day, end the night by stepping back out on the main deck and toasting your good luck at booking the perfect Sunriver property.

Our 7-day New Year vacation in this house, accommodating 14 of us from four families, was enjoyable for the most part. We appreciated the spacious bedrooms, modern showers, and convenient amenities such as a well-supplied fireplace, grill, and garage with bikes. Proximity to Sunriver Village and Mt. Bachelor was a plus, and Vacasa's communication and check-in process were smooth.
However, we give it a 3 out of 5-star rating due to significant issues. The broken dishwasher was a major inconvenience, with poor communication and delayed maintenance, resulting in multiple failed attempts to fix it. Other disappointments included the initial lack of supplies, a malfunctioning hot tub, smaller living rooms than expected, and insufficient garbage disposal capacity.
Despite the property's positives, these issues left us frustrated, and Vacasa's communication could have been more proactive. While our stay was okay, it's unlikely we'll return.

Space and layout worked really well for large family. However, the number ours issues affected our stay negatively.

Close to the Sharc pool and center of town. We will be coming back!!

The home was all that we needed and more. We enjoyed our time cooking in the kitchen and using the grill. The grandchildren and kids enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed the walking trails and the shops.

Plenty of space and rooms for 2 families with kids plus 2 dogs! Proximity to the Village is an easy half mile walk or bike ride, so incredibly convenient location. We had a lovely 3-day weekend!!
4.5
The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the living spaces allowed for group and quiet time at the same time.
4.5
Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Nice to have deck area for meals as well as inside table. The bikes worked well. Included 12 SHARC passes. Close to SHARC and to Village. Bike path easily accessible right behind house. Was clean except a few stains on bedroom carpet. The stairway up to the room with the bunk beds was a little too steep for our toddler grandchildren but OK for school aged kids. No AC but there were fans. We had a little trouble with the heat coming on unexpectedly at night after a very warm day. There is one well-marked step down into the kitchen area that could be a problem for a person with poor eyesight. Vacasa was very responsive to our questions.

Cozy cabin
Loved everything about it. We've had enough rooms for kids and adults to sleep and spent time together ans separate. The hot tub stopped working the night before holiday and was fixed next mornimg , on holiday. Very helpfull stuff from Vacasa. I loved how beds are made from wood bricks, it does feels like bear lodge. The only thing I wasn't excited about is tile floors without rugs.
Even wearing socks was too cold to walk on it.
Everything was within walking distance and everyone was riding bikes( I wish I could but never learned:( Little village town is loaded with little boutique stores, coffee shops and restaurants, rental bikes and area for kids to jump, climb, and ride electric cars. It was worth to check it out. I would enjoyed it more if it was hot outside, but weather was dropped to 53F for all 3 days we stayed.

Fantastic Stay
This is an amazing home, comfortable and a wonderful location with walking distance to shops and restaurants in the nearby village. We loved the cabin feel that it has to offer - the tranquility of the environment which takes you away and makes you forget the everyday hectic life. They offer complimentary access to the Aquatic Center - which was an unexpected surprise that our children loved and spent an awesome afternoon. Bikes available for the enthusiasts and very clean Hot Tub. Beds were extremely comfortable and overall house very clean. We are already planning to return to this wonderful home in a couple of months.

We were a large group, 12 adults, 2 kids, 2 babies, 4 dogs. The house was roomy enough for everyone to be able to spread out comfortably. The house's bear decor was precious. We got a lot of use from the hot tub. The house was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. When we checked in, we discovered the microwave oven didn't work. I called the office and by the next day, we had a replacement. When we called for a trash pick up, they came immediately. I feel that they took great care of us. Sunriver village was charming and fun to visit. We stayed from Tues - Sat Thanksgiving week with several out of towners joining us and it was the perfect home for that. The only thing I would suggest is that the house supply a small portable heater for the upstairs room as it was a bit chilly in there. Otherwise, I must say I'd love to rent the home again and I probably will!

We came to Sunriver on a Sunday for a long awaited family reunion. We arrived at our checkin time of 4 pm, but waited about 15 minutes for the property to become available since the housecleaning crew was still working on cleaning. We were informed that the outside garbages were full but someone should be coming to pick them up. This didn’t happen until garbage day Tuesday. The garbages were overflowing by that time. Once we were able to change we went to the pool. We were informed the pool would only be open until 5:30. We then discovered that the pool was not open on Tuesday or Wednesday and that there were 2 slotted times to pick from, either 9:30-1 or 2:00-5:30. Guests are welcome to pick one of these spots. None of these pool limitations were communicated on the rental website and since our stay was Sunday-Wednesday and the pool was the reason we chose to stay there, you can imagine our disappointment. We were happy with the cleanliness of the inside of the home as well as the 2 refrigerators. It was well stocked with supplies for cooking, towels as well as extra blankets, pillows and fans. We had been concerned to find out that there was no air conditioning since the weather predicted was in the 90’s, but the home stayed nice and cool during the day. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to sleep. 2 of the beds had mattresses that sunk in toward the middle of the mattress causing some sleep discomfort for some of our party. As a visit in whole we still had a great time since we were there to see each other and visit. I’m disappointed about the communication on activities. I think the pool situation should have been made clear from the start. Half of our party flew from Michigan and we all drove from Camas Washington for this stay. Being able to plan with this many people is very important.

Nice stay in a great neighborhood
We stayed at the house four days in August. We were two families, 4 adults and 5 children aged 6 to 12. Overall the house is easy to live in, the kitchen has the necessary amenities and the hot tub is really nice to have! The only thing to improve are the bicycles: it is an area where everything can be done by bike but we were not able to use more than half of them (there are 8 in total) as they are not in a good shape. At least half of them need a good fixing!

We liked the space, everything functioned just fine, the hot tub was nice for groups and plenty of room for everyone to sleep on. Nice to have towels and kitchen was well stocked. Knives could use some sharpening.

Great multi-family home
Plenty of bedrooms and hangout space. Close to village and quiet, less traffic neighborhood.

Great family vacation
House is very comfortable for small family reunion. It is centrally located in walking distance to SR Village, tennis and SHARC! One note: only 4 of the 8 bikes provided on property were functional, so bring your own bikes or plan to rent if that is a key part of your vacation plan.

Big house but in desperate need of upgrade
It's a big house that accommodate our family. Pros: The kitchen was stocked with things that we need. 10 bikes for us to use. Cons: No AC. The beds are uncomfortable. Sofas are looking kind of dirty.

This was the perfect home for our family. Loved having two separate wings and two living areas. Loved the bear themed decor and it was very comfortable and cozy.

Great family home
Room for everyone and great layout. Home was clean and well stocked, perfect for our large family get together.

Great separation of spaces
We loved how this home had SPACE for up to 16 people, and was divided into two main areas. Three bedrooms (sleeping nine) were on the end with living/dining/kitchen, and three more (sleeping six) were down a different wing with a separate family room. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well.
