gelungen, weil alles so war wie angekündigt!

Die Lage war am Ende einer Seitenstraße, direkt am Waldrand. Sehr ruhig und für uns genau richtig.

Idyllic Retreat

We LOVED the location, views & sound of the streams. The kids LOVED the TVs!

The master bedroom's bed was too soft for me. But everything else was WONDERFUL!

Cosy and comfortable

Lovely newly decorated 2-bedroom home with an extra toilet. Loved the self-check in, the quiet location, the host had made sure the pellet fire was on when we arrived (it was a rainy cold night), beds were comfortable, smart tv in lounge and both bedrooms, hosts had food and condiments in the pantry and fridge/freezer for use so very thoughtful. We were also grateful to have a free late check out especially being daylight saving that morning.

The 2nd toilet didn’t work efficiently and there were no easy instructions for how to use the pellet fire.

Loved our short stay here in Dunedin

Really lovely comfortable modernised cottage up the top end of North East Valley Despite the cold weather, felt nice and warm as has heat pump and wood pellet burner Kitchen has everything you need for self catering

Perfect Pad

Comfortable beds and spacious living room with big windows and lots of natural light, and it is at the end of a no thru road, so very private. We needed a pet friendly home and appreciated that our dog was welcome. There is a park just around the corner as well.

Parking for the car is in the driveway but difficult for passengers to get in and out of car, due to narrowness of the space.

Lovely house in quiet area.

Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Big kitchen to cook our own meal. Property was very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Lovely cottage for a stay in Dunedin

The kitchen had everything you could need, which was great for a family! Bathroom was fine, the second toilet was a lovely bonus. The lounge was cozy, and the pellet fire was a hit, as it was freezing while we were down in Dunedin. Lots of thoughtful touches like sensor lighting in the kitchen.

I have to say, the bed in the master bedroom. It was an old spring bed, and so uncomfortable for 2 of us, that I actually spent both nights on the couch... which I have to say was super comfy hehe. Would definitely recommend the owner to get a new bed.

House was clean and bed was comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was smart!

The house has a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The large sofa could benefit from an upholstery clean and the pet bedding in the dog cage was not clean.

Very quiet location, warm house even when very cold and very comfortable to stay

very quiet location and only a few minutes drive from the city centre. It was very cold during our stay and the heating was great and sufficient.

Quiet relaxing cosy house

So nice and quiet clean and tidy had everything you needed beds are super comfy lovely and warm home loved everything about it.

Only a couple of things was the ceiling in top bedroom not a pretty site and the floor in toilet of the laundry was very spongy bit sceary.

getting the key out was a bit like an escape room challenge -- a bit tricky but managed eventually:). Loved the fact it was quiet and private.

The only thing I would suggest is to get a sensor light on the stairs at the top bedroom (similar to the one in the kitchen). My elderly mother fell down the two steps in the middle of the night because she had forgotten there were steps there.
