The best designed and executed and comfortable guest room with thoughtful attention to too many details to list. A fun relaxed vibe, but professional in every way

Live music in the bar
Decoration
Total lack of support to recover 7 pieces of underwear -some quite expensive- that I forgot in the room. I had to give up.

Hospitable and courteous staff. Amenity-full lobby. Good location
Bathroom and closet sensor-lights are too bright.

We didn’t try breakfast
Tub shower combo was crappy especially for a “handicap accessible “ room. Per the staff. We didn’t need or request that

Cool vibe, great food and drinks and friendly staff. The room set up was perfect for my daughters and I to share the space for our long weekend getaway.
Hotel is pet friendly but I did not appreciate the dog barking down the hall very early in the morning.

The roof top bar and grill with pool although the pool was overly crowded each day
The non communication from them.

Great location, hotel is very modern and designed well. Hotel staff was very welcoming.
Issues with our toilet flushing which was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent customer service by all of the staff. Kita bartender in the Lobby area was excellent, always greeted us with a friendly smile. The hotel is very clean and inviting, loved the speakeasy bar.
The bartenders in the pool bar were not as friendly nor customer focused. I would sit at the bar and would have to call out for them to order my drink as they stood around talking among each other. This happened several times. I did notice that there were regulars that lived in the area and were at the bar, those patrons would get all the attention.
The bar staff needs more training in customer service with the tourist.

Gréât hôtel , expensive for drinks but good value for Breakfast
The holding fee they put on your room for extras $150.00 seriously a night and then they charge you at check out an amenities fee . So you pay that little bit more for an nice hotel and then you pay again as it had a pool and a coffee shop . Seriously. If you like to be ripped off this is the hotel for you.

Love the decor and welcoming lobby area. The room was fantastic and staff way above par. Wish I had more time at the rooftop bar/pool area.
I just didn't have enough time to spend there. Next time will take extra day. I would love to explore the hotel more.

The atmosphere and the modern decor. The set up of the room.
The hidden amenity fees at checkout and the $52.00 valet parking.
4.0 / 5.0
Simple room decor.
One of the doormen persuaded me to use his contact for a car. It ended up costing $52 for a ride to the Gaylord’s. Uber would have charged $17.

We had breakfast there most of our stay, and it was excellent each time. The staff was great, and the vibe was amazing. I love the look and the feel of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again while visiting Nashville.
Our room could have been a bit cleaner. We had some hair on the bed, and there was some previous occupants clothes stuck in a draw. There is some definite lack of attention to the cleaning crew, but it was also taken care of as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk.

Eggs Benedict were delicious. Never had dinner as the menu was odd & overly expensive. Missed having a jacuzzi on the premises! Lighting in the room was erratic on the timers. Location was not close enough to good restaurants, bars, shops. Area nearby very questionable, especially walking around at night. Happy hour was good, but drink menu too limited & food menu was odd as only had oysters! Need magnifying makeup mirrors in room-they have them in almost every hotel room now. Dustin was very helpful w/Uber & luggage! Rachel was a friendly server.
