Breakfast was okay, nothing more.

Cockroaches, cucaracha, cafard, Kakerlake, tilachatta. Yes cockroaches. One in the room (I kicked it out) and later one outsite (I kicked it away). Please be cleaner for next guests. I will not book with you again, but some people will. Another thing: smile. If you have guests, just smile. I didn't feel welcomed. I met several people who work in the motel and not one of them made me feel welcome.

Exceeded expectations based on a very reasonable price point

The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were all professional, attentive, friendly and genuinely seemed to want to make your stay great. They have an amazing free breakfast with an omelette station! The massage chairs and candy in the lobby were a nice touch. Great value for the price point. Very clean.

Cleanliness needs some work. Comfy beds.

I liked the location. It was close to multiple venues. The bed was comfortable. The room was very nice and spacious.

The room was dirty. The carpet and chairs felt damp. Just walking from the bed to the bathroom left my feet dirty. The bathroom floor seemed like it hadn't been swept in days. The bathtub was stained black on the bottom and dripped constantly. The spa tub jets were moldy. It looked as though they were trying to remodel in the bathroom because there was caulking smeared all over the floor. It was also really noisy, you could hear everyone walking and slamming doors outside. I was disappointed with the price I paid, and felt that the room should be cleaner and less dated. Overall, cleanliness was the biggest issue for me.

Awesome! Place to stay right by the interstate. Very convenient

I've been to quite a few comfort inn and this has been the best breakfast I've ever had

There wasn't anything I did not like. They were very clean. They were out in the morning doing the pool doing the trash doing the rooms. I was impressed

The rooms were okay though far from comfortable. Right next to the pool was a hotel room that appeared to be a liquor store of some sort. There was a row of liquor bottles set up along the outside of the window, boxes of items inside and someone sitting in the door. There were a lot of adults (not teens or 20-somethings) partying in the pool area. I suspect this is a hotel where people live for extended periods. This was not evident online. I am not easily made uncomfortable, but I would not want to leave my room after dark in this hotel. I’m glad we only used it as a one night spot to sleep. Any longer and we would have left. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Excellent breakfast. Staff very accommodating. Beautiful pool. Chocolates and massage chairs in lobby. Sofa and chairs in room with 2 beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Bars and restaurants right across the street and less than a mile to broadway Big bathroom

Don’t waste your time, spend the little extra for better accommodations

The location was in a prime location close to local attractions … mostly bars.

The safety for women traveling alone, not a professional setting, not conducive to business travel. Food is a distance other than bar food. Room for double queen was tiny, literally 2 beds with just enough room to walk by.Coffee pot was in the bathroom. Staff were rude when issues were brought up. Left and stayed in our car until we could find alternative hotel accommodations last minute. Refusing refunds, and fees! Absolutely embarrassed that I brought an employee into a place like this for a business trip!

It was a pleasant stay and if we come back to Nashville we will definitely keep this place in mind.

The room was clean, The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and location was excellent being in walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The AC unit fan was loud. The breakfast room was quite warm.

Cheap stay, poor customer service.

Location. Clean lobby. Massage chairs in lobby (didn’t get to use them)

Room A/C didn’t work (it’s June)! The staff lied to me about what time the massage chairs were available (I set my alarm to get in line, could’ve slept longer). Room felt old, outdated, & was not clean. Water pressure in shower was bad.

Very disappointing stay

Beds were comfortable, good but small convenience store with reasonably priced drinks.

Dated. Wasn't very clean. Didn't feel safe, our room faced the balcony with a stream of other people standing outside, smoking and talking right outside our door - which had a gap at the bottom so smells and noise travelled into the room. We also overlooked the carpark with the noise of people revving their engines all night. Breakfast was horrible and inedible, room was small, tiny amount of shower gel etc. Staff were not friendly and we could hear other guests query the car park fees and the room charges not to mention the fact that they gave a new guest a room key to an already occupied room! Storage room wasn't locked and bags not tagged so anyone could've walked in.

It served a purpose being close to what we needed to be close to. 2 nights was too much, wish we’d only stayed 1 night.

Very close to highway and broadway. Location was good!

It has a depressing atmosphere, very strange smell. While it was clean, it smelt weird…unknown pills found in the room!! VERY expensive for this standard of room!

Upon arriving at the property and checking into my room, there was an awful odor. The pool was out of order and the MOTEL did not feel clean. The facility looks nothing like the photos. I tried to check out immediately and did not use anything in our room. However, the concierges refused to refund my money. I have called booking and they also cannot do anything. I hope this review deters anyone from staying at this facility. I will be contacting my bank for a refund as we had to find a different hotel to stay at.

Der Teppich im Raum war verschmutzt sowie der Badezimmerboden mit fremden Haaren. Die Badausstattung war teilweise verschimmelt und angerostet. Außerdem fehlte eine Toilettenbürste. Das Frühstück bestand aus Papptellern und Plastikbechern/Besteck. Das Essen war in Ordnung nur nicht ansprechend aufbereitet.

Overall, a decent stay. Staff were polite and very helpful. Would stay there again.

Location of the hotel is superb. A little bit away from the noise of Broadway but close enough to walk both to downtown and to Vanderbilt University. If you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a place to stay, this place is a gem. Just be realistic with your expectations.

The hotel is a little older and could use some TLC. I've stayed there before so I knew what to expect so I wasn't disappointed - just realistic. The breakfast was not up to par, ended up going across the street to an adorable coffee place for the last couple of days for breakfast.

A budget friendly, convenient place to stay in Nashville.

Very easy location, easy walking to Music Row, various music bars, restaurants. Great value - parking and the pet fee are very reasonable. I also like that the complimentary breakfast has a to-order omelet station.

The room had a highly perfumed air freshener smell when we arrived. We were traveling with a pet, so my first thought was that this was a designated pet friendly room and they were masking a prior pet smell. The smell dissipated over time, but was still present the next morning.

Breakfast is ok. Its the same as to most Comfort inn we’ve been to.

Cleanliness, the switch and hot water is upside down, dusty, old appliances that is not well kept. Carpet looks and feels dirty. Towels old and not even that white. Picture on the site is not the same as actual property.

Great facility, wonderful location, lovely staff!

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome! Love the location as well, right across from some great local bars!

The rooms are small, but they work if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, which we were!

Nashville was amazing but I would pass on staying here.

We liked that it was close to lots of places especially broadway

A great resting place with all that was needed.

Very clean property, a short walk away from downtown but some great restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast wasn’t too busy in the morning.
