Great location, high up on the mountain, with hairpin curves, but dumps out right in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg
There were no sheets or pillow cases provided for the pull out sofa; (We were busy and didn’t want to deal with waiting for them to be brought). We just used a quilt that was in the closet and car blankets that we had brought as well as pillows we had brought in the car.
The pillows in the queen bedroom were terribly thin and uncomfortable. (We would have used the pillows we brought for the car trip, but those had to be used on the pullout sofa since there were no pillow cases for the extra pillows that were in the closet).
Unbeknownst to us, the door trim in the front bed/bath hallway was loose and two nails were sticking out. My wife was walking out of the bedroom and caught her jeans on one of the nails and ripped them. Thankfully, it didn’t scratch /cut her. I nailed the the trim back down so it didn’t happen again.
Apparently something has been broken in the kitchen/front entry area. Two of us had to have glass dug out of our feet (one adult, one child). It made me wonder if the floor had been mopped since a wet mop usually picks up slivers of glass.
The frying pans need to be replaced. The teflon has peeled/scraped off and that makes them unsafe to cook in. We had planned to eat breakfast at the condo to save money, but we couldn’t.
Fireplace in living room didn’t work, and if it did there were zero instructions on how to operate it.

The code on the door wasn’t working well… maybe the battery was dying?! But we were fine just using the key from the lock box.
There were a lot of dust webs in the bedrooms. Otherwise everything else was fine…bathrooms very clean, bed sheets clean.

The condo was just perfect. I a am picky when it comes to hotels and vacation stays and honestly I cannot think of anything wrong!
It was just confusing as first timers visiting with the windy, mountainous roads. it was dark and we had trouble finding our condo at first. we had to get out and look to realize it was 3 floors and we were down at the bottom. We were new to this so it was a quick figure out.

Loved the place very nice.
Roads to get there. A little scary.

The location was awesome. We saw 4 bears while there
The pool was really green and dirty. The bathroom was dirty. I have a baby who crawls around and the floor felt all sticky when we got there. The rugs need to be washed for sure. We had it set on 70 but it was still hot. We couldn’t figure out the living room tv.

Everything was great. Nice place.
Everything was great . Only exception was the bed. It was uncomfortably high I'm 5' 11" and I felt like a kid getting into them.

We enjoyed the condo and the decor. The beds were very soft, the views were beautiful, and it was nice and quiet. The unit was clean and was priced well. Easy to get on and off the mountain.
There was no internet, tv, and the pool was not filled or clean. It rained for 2 of 3 days we were there and had to rewatch the same 3 movies over and over because we had small childern and had to be careful what was on the tv.The router was removed before we got there. Tge lady that showed up on day 2 said it was going to be fixed but never was.

The location out away from the craziness that is downtown Gatlinburg was great for us, but still could get to restaurants fairly fast, and super easy to get into the park, which is why we were in the area. Having the space to spread out and a kitchen to cook some of our own meals was fantastic. Both a coffee maker with coffee and filters and a keurig (no pods) were supplied in the condo. The beds had thick foam toppers, that my husband and I loved, but my mom removed it from her bed to provide a firmer sleep for her bad back. The bathrooms were nice with lots of provided towels and the decoration of the condo was very cute and rustic. The first floor patio was extremely comfortable and used every morning with coffee. Having a washer and dryer with provided soap was great too. Getting into the condo was super simple, they just provided a key code via email and we were in. No need to pick up a key and waste time during our vacation. GREAT stay!!!!
We had fun driving up all the curvy roads to the condo, but I suspect some people with less driving experience or a bit more timid might find drive up a bit scary. It was actually a fun part of our trip. The TV was difficult to operate, with no real instructions, but I'm sure if we had called the supplied number for help, they could have guided us, we just didn't care about the TV much.

2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen area.
Floors and couch areas were dirty with debris and leaves. Needed to sweep up if you walked barefoot. Bathrooms were quite small and front door handle fell off frequently. Hair on bathroom floor and countertops. Kitchen area had handprints on countertop and microwave. No pillow cases for the extra pillows. Cleaning crew didn’t do a good job at all.

It was clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and cookware. The staff was very helpful. The location was great but a bit tricky of a drive.
We had to leave a day earlier than expected as weather conditions closer to home required extra travel time. The staff was very gracious in refunding us our unused day. It was a very nice surprise as we didn’t request a refund.
It was very difficult to find the first time due to extremely heavy fog and the fact that all electronic devices tried to route us on a road that the condo was not on. I finally had to call for help with directions and the staff routed us correctly.
