Everything was great! Comfortable and very clean 👌

Room did not particularly impress me.
Thought the room could us an upgrade. The toliet kept running and the Shower curtains had mold on them. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned it. The living room table was wobbly. The water heater had a pan of water under it and the shower hot water ran out after 2 showers. The mattress on the bed had a stain on it. When we arrived, we were greeted by a bear. She was digging in the trash for food for her 2 cubs. My room was directly
beside the dumpster so each time I went to my car, I had to be on the lookout for the bear. I turned the lights off when I checked out and started the dishwasher which was extremely loud. I left the garbage in the trash bag in the room because I did not want to risk seeing the bear.
Trash in bag but beat outside
The bathtub is dripping water and the toliet continues to run unless. The toliet handle is loose and if you wiggle it, it will stop the runnin

Our stay was up in the mountains and away from the crowds and traffic. It was a nice peaceful getaway. We saw bears at night on our way up! Kitchen was also included.
There was no wifi available and cell service was limited. Service would go in and out. We were told ahead of time so we did already know what to expect.

proximity to town.
ROACHES in the kitchen. MINIMAL provisions (no filters for coffee maker, no dishwashing detergent), THIN walls, NO notice that we need to bring our own firewood, DUSTY bathroom fan, OLD AND OUTDATED. NO response from property regarding roach problem after I emailed them immediately upon seeing them the first night there. TERRIBLE PLACE

There were more than a little bit of ants. They were everywhere and ended up all over our luggage. Luckily it was a rental car that was full of ants by the time we got home.

I didn't like the drive up the mountain. The room needs a little updating. The faucet to the tub dripped the whole time. The bed and pillows were too hard.

Views were amazing and i saw a ton of bears! Price was also very much worth it
i didnt like how there was no interaction with staff whatsoever. From the time we arrived till the time we left i didnt see a single person from staff at all.

Quiet
Not enough seating for meals, and ants, or wifi from room.

The 1st floor bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. The drive up the mountain was challenging but beautiful.
From the moment we walked into the apartment we fought ants in the kitchen the whole time. I didn't pack a hairdryer since there was one, however no matter what plug I used it didn't work.

The location was great!
The mattress was horrific!

We loved the secluded part of the stay at summit. It was very quite so it become very relaxing.
There was ants in the kitchen at all times, in the original booking picture it showed a fantastic view, upon arriving and going to our room which was on the top floor, we did not have any view. Also in the original booking it stated that internet was available, when arriving and also calling the internet was only available in the "Clubhouse" or office. The studios did not have internet and the cell reception was spotty at best. Be prepared to be "off the grid." All the appliances were very outdated, but they worked as intended. All in all it was a good place to stay but they definitely need to get the ants taken care of.

When we first arrived, there were ants on the kitchen counter. We looked for food but couldn’t find a source.

For the small space there was a lot of sleeping areas. The view was great. The pools are amazing. There is a tub if you have small kids. We got to see bears multiple times and I love bears.
The floor borders were coming off around the fire place and in the kitchen. There was a water heater leaking on our last day there when we opened the door there was a bunch of tape holding it together.

The staff does nothing for the guests. The room was misrepresented. It was smaller than advertised. The only amenities was the pools and hot tub, and the hot tub was not cleaned or treated at all during our stay. By the third day it smelled like dirty feet and the water looked gray.

The option of 2 pools, the location, the privacy granted during stay. It was high enough in the mountain that we caught glimpses of bears and chipmunk. The loft in the apartment was a nice set up for my other half and I to attempt privacy from the kiddos downstairs. The kitchen was the best part as it was fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware we would need. The views from location were amazing. The hours of the pool service were good too. 9am to 945pm.
The balcony was snazzy as well.
The pictures definitely made the space look bigger than it actually was. There are 3 floors on each building and the only access to them is stairs. When we arrived for check in at 4PM the apartment wasn't fully cleaned. There was dirty linen just thrown into a closet, multiple items just shoved into places. There was no hot water at all. Made it difficult for bathing and for cleaning used dishes. No Wi-Fi except for the clubhouse. If chose to do laundry on site it cost extra. This is the first time on vacation in the area this has happened and I personally have come to the area multiple times over the span of 15 years.
I understand it didn't really have much to do with the apartment or the company but a lot of other people staying there were rude, trashy, and refused to follow simple rules set in place by the "resort" itself. Made spending time at the pool, spas, clubhouse difficult.

The value was great. The complex was quiet and clean. The apartment was comfortable for the amount of time we spent there. The pool is located right next to the building of the apartment. Parking is also not an issue. Plenty of spaces avaliable.
It's a third floor walk up. Not an issue for us, but could be important information to know if the guests have certain health issues. The road going to the complex is a tight, winding mountain road with several blind curves and cars constantly cross the median.

I liked the pool and hot tub area, beautiful views, and plenty of towels and blankets and pillows
Getting to the location was scary if you are afraid of heights as I am. No WIFI even though they say there is (unable to connect), pictures made the apartment look larger than it is

I liked how homey it was. It makes you feel as if that were your actual place.
We never could connect to the internet while staying but that wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t stay in the room long.

Extra linens and small appliances for the kitchen were available.
No wifi or internet available except in clubhouse (even though I received an email with instructions on what to do to make the wifi work).
The pictures made this look like it would be one building with a mountainside view. Our unit ended up being in the middle of an apartment complex with several buildings to share the pool house with. One of the "hot" tubs was legitimately cold and the other had so many chemicals that it stained our swim suits.
The unit itself is passable, but could definitely use a contractor with some mud and fresh paint. The water does not stay warm and the bed's spring mattress could at least use a topper.

It was a great view even location if your looking to be up in the mountains. The ride was very scary and felt forever but after a few times I got over my fear.
As described before in previous reviews it wasn’t clean per say the blanks all of them smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. Because I did read that review I brought my own blanket to put over the dirty blankets

Beautiful view
Was smaller than expected , and had to go outside to go to pool
