Place is great but lack of miscomm from the owners!

Everything is clean, spacious and has access to a private lake. Basic kitchen spices is a plus!

The pool were close while they advertised that it was open. Fan is broke, no window screen and the train noise disrupted our sleep. The owner went silent after checking in despite contacting them. Very disappointing!

Great stay in amazing location

Perfect location to stay up to 4 people for visiting Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken. Apartment has everything you need for great vacation- all kitchen and bath utensils, nice balcony for breakfast. Swimming pool on territory, 2 minutes walk lake Thune with private beach. Super comfortable beds. We Absolutely liked the property.

We really enjoyed our stay - quiet, convenient, modern.

Our apartment was well appointed, clean and quiet. What impressed us most was the responsiveness of the proprietors when we had a question or problem.

The laundry facilities did not work for us. We don't read German but our language translator let us know enough. Still, we were unable to wash and dry clothes.

Beautiful property

Very clean. Everything you need for cooking. Beautiful view. Pool is excellent and very short walk to the lakeside. Use of washing machine a real bonus. Really beautiful place and great to access all of the local areas.

Good condition and spacious room, super clean and equip with high quality kitchen ware and bathroom . Great Lake view.

No lift, but at lease we stay second floor. Still ok for taking a big luggage up stairs.

We were very disappointed

The apartment unit, itself, is very clean and functional. It has a king bed and a queen size sofa bed. The bathroom with a shower booth.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in late June in 2023. (20-23rd of June) The description of the property is not 100% truthful, and the way it is written is very misleading. The unit itself is clean and the interior images the apartment looked close to images the owner posted. HOWEVER, the condo (apartment) property ground is nothing like the images the owner uploaded. The property ground almost looked abandoned and creepy. It is not maintained at all (please see the images I uploaded). The overgrown weeds were around the ground and the whole complex is just dirty with mildew stains and moss... Also, this property (whole apartment complex) is located right next to the train track! From this particular unit's balcony, the train track is only about 70 ft (25 m) away. So from the balcony, you have the train track then a closed-up restaurant with scaffoldings which blocks the view then there is the Thun lake. So it is not much of a lake view property. The unit's windows provide good sound proof, but without AC, you need to leave those windows open so the soundproof windows don’t seem to matter during summer months... (trains come by quite often) There is a pool, but it is small, and the pool deck is very dirty. I did not want my kids to play in it. There is a so called, lake beach which is not right in front of the property (as I said, there is a train track), and it is hard to get to. You have to walk some and go through the tunnel to get there. Then there is a small grass area with about 4 square feet of pebble landing next to a marina. I do not recommend this with small kids. There is nothing relaxing about the property. Also, there is only one set of washing machine and dryer for the whole building, and you need to pay 10CHF per use. They are often occupied and do not work properly. I ask the owner to be truthful about the description, and they need to lower the price for what this unit can offer.

Great apartment

Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Big, comfy bed. Small terrace overlooking railway lines and lake. Easy check in and out process. Others have noted noise from the railway, but we didn't find this an issue at all.

Very best place to stay. Quite relax nice view

Clean, Kitchen stuff, Comforts bed and also sofa bed is very good. Owner communication very well, contactless check-in. Lake view are very well. Quite place so comfortable to long stay and relax.

We're travel by bus, it's quite inconvenient because bus will come every 1 hour. (twice an hour some period)

The apartment itself met our expectations. It was very beautiful. The hosts are active and friendly. We also loved the location just next to the lake. The pool was a nice addition for the children.

Although the apartment itself is great, the old hotel compound / fascilities where the apartment is located is a little run down. I think you should mention in the description, that there is a train running just 25 meters from the facilities. Granted it doesn’t run between 10 PM and 6 AM, but this is relevant information. Furthermore, I can’t recommend the pool section to families with playing children, because there is on local man living across from the pool that harasses people from his balcony. No matter how quiet you are, no matter how early in the evening you swim (6-7 PM), he’s up there shouting and cursing.

Couple staying for a week

Everything! The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed for our stay. Lovley large bed and the location next to the lake with use of the little grassy beach area was great. Parking was close to the accommodation and it was very easy to find and access everything with the easy to follow instructions sent prior to our arrival.

Nothing. If there was one thing that could have been improved it was very hot weather for a few days and hard to cool down with no air con but not enough to impact our stay.

Lovely place for two

Very nice and clean. Awesome location to visit the best of the alps and swimming in the lake was the best. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and retrieving the keys is very easy to do. Do watch the video for the sliding door, its a bit of a tricky thing but really cool.

In may the pool wasn't open yet and there is a train coming by every half hour or so. With the windows and door closed you barely hear it but if the door's are open it will wake you up in the morning.

Lovely stay

Apartment is very near to lake and surrounded by mountains very superb atmosphere. In kitchen all the kitchenettes are available

The location is little far from interlaken city there is only 1 bus available for every 1 hour for interlaken. If you have a car sure it will be a pleasant and joyful stay.

The apartment was confortable. The location is ok. But maybe the nearby train line can be a nuisance.

There was no microwave in the kitchen, and it was needed because it is very practical.

Location, the swimming pool, the beach and the restaurant nearby, a small terrace to have breakfast or dinner, the apartment is very well equipped and the owners are always available to answer questions

There are trains running all the time so it's a bit noisy for the person sleeping on the sofa
