The location was nice, the cabin was very roomy and pretty.
The cabin was supposed to have a hot tub, but it was removed in 2020, but still said it had it when we booked it. The first morning we woke up to make breakfast, cockroachs came out of outlets, walls, and were crawling on the counters and floors. We couldn't get ahold of anyone for over 24hours. Then we were insulted by them offering to us 194 Dollars back. We paid nearly 1,800 dollars for the stay. They finally relocated us to a different cabin. That cabin was very good, however that location was not as secluded as we wanted. I didn't feel as though moving us to a different cabin was proper compensation for us, we should have gotten back at the bare minimum, half of our money back. Although moving to a different cabin was something that should have happened, it wasn't what we asked for. The new cabin was nice but did not meet all of the criteria of what we wanted when we booked our cabin. So we still don't believe that we were properly compensated. We will never book a stay at a vacasa property again.

The house was beautiful. Inside was clean and cozy. Outside of the house windows could use a cleaning but the overall stay was amazing.
There was nothing I didn't like about the house. It was amazing.

It was spacious and very comfortable. There were plenty of places to spread out and enjoy and also to cook with. All in all I would def stay again.
The back porches could have been cleaned off.. animal feces were found on the downstairs balcony. The grill looked unusable. But we didn't go out much despite that.

The movie theater was a lifesaver. It kept the kids entertained during all the rain.
The beds were super comfortable. I had the best nights sleep.
There’s nothing bad to say. The pool table was a bit rough, but that’s typical in most places I’ve stayed.

The space was great
Cleaning. Trash under every bed. All the dishes in the cabinets were dirty! Every dish had dried food on them.

The house accommodated our extended family.
The one issue we had was the front door would not stay shut unless it was locked with the deadbolt.

Prime location, quiet and serene, but close to all pigeon forge had to offer! Warm and cozy fireplace downstairs and on the main level! Large and comfortable living room on the main level to enjoy reflecting on the days events with the family!
Several TV's in the house had no service. DVD player in upstairs theater room didn't work. Upstairs carpet ripped up, causing a trip hazard.

The location was very close to Pigeon Forge attractions. The house was big enough for a family of 7. Mostly clean. (see what didn't you like)
MOLD on the downstairs bathroom shower curtain and the other bathroom floor along tub. 2 carbon monoxide detectors without batteries on top of tables. Refrigerator ice maker, TV remotes, dryer not working. No air hockey table. Pool table old & in disrepair. From the photos it looks like you are alone in the mountains. Nope! You are in a neighborhood of other rentals. Garbage thrown over balcony and not picked up. Mostly clean and comfortable, however, we will not be staying here again.

we loved the cabin and layout of the cabin. plenty of kitchen cookware to use . it was clean and pretty good location but…
we loved the cabin but several things we did not like at all. the pool table for one had pieces of cardboard under two legs and was just awful to play on. there is no hockey table like pictures show. we couldn’t get the movies to work on tv . all the remotes need new batteries. we had a leak one day and called them they said they would come and never did . seems like there has been a leak for a while bc mold was on the ceiling where it was leaking from downstairs right in front of the right bedrooms door . there are too many nice cabins so definitely will try another one next trip.

Very good location, the home was very clean, plenty of space, and lots of parking space
The TVs hardly worked and the remotes to the tv didn't fully work, one of the lamps in the main floor bedroom was broken, an outlet cover in one of the down stairs bedrooms come off, the top floor door doesn't lock, pool table needs leveling, and the windows in the main floor living room let in a lot of air

We loved the spaciousness and balconies/porch. The downstairs sitting room was nice as well.
We were supposed to check in by 4:00 but they didn’t finished cleaning until 4:40. The carpet downstairs was dirty & the bedroom/bathroom doors wouldn’t lock. The dryer vent was unhooked and it took 2 cycles to dry the clothes after maintenance came to reattach the hose. The lights upstairs flicker off and on and many bulbs were blown. When we booked the cabin it was advertised as having a hot tub but it was removed and we weren't notified of the change.

Loved how roomy the cabin was and how comfortable it was .. was nice each floor had its own thermostat.. and was plenty big enough. Wasn't to far from the parkway, made it easy to get to cabin and back even in alot of traffic.. it was nice the rental place called and asked if everything was going okay and we got in to cabin okay..had plenty of parking for us plus was even able to park our two trailers so saved us money from needing to find a place to park then for the week during the car show.. we didn't have any babies with us but there was also a pack n play in the closet incase u had a baby with ya and thought that was nice ...also had a few extra box fans in closet..
When we got there cleaning crew was still there, and when they left there was trash still laying outside around front deck. Then there was alot of light bulbs that didn't work, also had a blanket with tree leaves all over it. Some of the pots and pans were put away dirty. The bedroom on main floor, the bed was on the floor which made it very hard on my mother in law to get down and bk up.. which in pictures it didn't show the bed was on floor.. a week before our stay I got a message saying we wouldn't be able to use hot tub because it has a crack in it and they would refund $300 bucks.. that sucked alot ! I get things happen so I let that go but once we got to cabin and the trash still around outside wasn't picked up and then the bed on the main floor was on the floor just didn't make us to happy... Also was a dirty towel hanging in bathroom downstairs behind the door and looked like it had been there hanging for 6 months or longer ... light switches need worked on , due to sometimes when u flip them on lights would be really dim other times they would flash on and then go back off like something just wasn't right..in big bedroom in basement and the very top floor.. for the money I paid just expected everything to be perfect..
