About this house rental
Villa Tea is located in the Legends Residence, on a hillside amidst lush vegetation. The place is a model of harmony between the mountains and the clear waters of the lagoon, inspired by ancient legends.
The residence, entirely secured, is a piece of heaven, grouping together wooden villas perfectly integrated into the environment.
The Villa Tea is an architect's villa all in exotic wood that combines Polynesian charm and modernity.
Once you pass the main entrance door, a 180° view of the lagoon welcomes you warmly from the very spacious terrace with its covered sitting area (ideal for meals!) and a small unheated whirlpool bath.
The fully equipped kitchen and the living room also open onto the terrace facing the lagoon, giving these rooms a natural ventilation which refreshes the villa in all seasons.
The Villa Tea has 3 double bedrooms, allowing it to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The master bedroom, overlooking the small garden, has a private bathroom, a dressing room and air conditioning.
The second bedroom overlooking the small garden is also equipped with air conditioning, but shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which is naturally ventilated thanks to its opening onto Moorea lagoon.
The Villa Tea is a true cocoon in harmony with its environment, fully furnished, equipped and decorated with taste.
You will feel like in a hotel but with the freedom of your own home.
Free Wi-Fi, 2 sun chairs and free parking complete the villa's amenities.

AWESOME! absolutely gorgeous community. the views of the property and from the property are beyond compare. I cant think of anything that could of made this a more perfect stay. We also stayed in over the water bungalows at a different location and while they have their own charm we preferred this location. It is fanatically fantastic! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place and service that will be etched in our minds forever. na na

As we were staying in FP for a month mostly by the water, we decided to start our vacation up in the mountain. It definitely was the right place. Absolutely was impressed with the location. Up in the mountain but close to the main road. Loved the Villa. The view was killer. It was wonderful to open up the window over the kitchen sink and feel the breeze on your face. Loved watching and hearing the birds. Also seeing all the activity coming and going on the water. Huge French doors in the living room. Though no place is perfect we had no major issues either. Pretty much the only negative thing is that for some reason the tv was hard to get on and off and just working properly in general. It was fine. Didn’t need to watch it anyways. Would definitely go stay there again and definitely recommend.

The place is beautiful. The view is amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with towels and sheets. Needs some small repairs, all the locks are very tricky Just know that this is a bungalow in the mountain side. The thatch roof does not attach to the walls. Therefore bugs, birds and lizards are free to come and go at they please. If you are okay with that...It's a great place to stay. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms would have been a great addition. Really the only thing we were unhappy with was the lack of cleaning supplies. We stayed for 10 days and would have mopped the floor, especially with all the bird poop we woke up to every morning, also the showers and jacuzzi became slimy. Would suggest to owner to schedule weekly jacuzzi maintenance for longer rentals. Overall though, a beautiful place.

we all loved staying here, the view was exceptional. Loved the cool tub, it really helped the heat. The only disappointment was the AC in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work. Most gratefull that there wAs a fan available! The host had an electrician out the next day but it was a major fix so we trust that it will be taken care of for the next guests. Probably wouldn’t matter in winter but whew, summer is hot!

My wife, two adult sons and I had a fantastic visit to Moorea. All in all, a very good stay at the property. The view of the lagoon is absolutely stunning! The location worked very well for us, and the staff was very nice and helpful when needed.
A few small improvements would go a long way. The lock on the main gate was very temperamental and proved to be a hassle. In addition, we were only provided one set of keys which isn't great for four adults. We were also short on towels upon our arrival (that was remedied within 48 hours) but apart from that, a very comfortable, well-equipped property with absolutely stunning views from the deck.
Be mindful that only the master bedroom and one other bedroom have AC, but apart from that, no AC. One fan was provided for the third bedroom, but an additional standing, oscillating fan for the main living area should also be provided. An additional fan would have made the stay much more enjoyable.
As for the pool, well the pool itself was perfectly fine. Clean, lovely water temperature. It is a several minute walk from the property, but understandable given the limitations of the landscape. But what was baffling to us was that there was a lovely pool, with large decking, but no tables/umbrellas, and just one less than desirable chair. Really quite bizarre. Once again, an easy "fix". Putting a towel on a hard deck without any shade from the sun is not my idea of relaxing by the pool.
Poolside furniture is a MUST!
Apart from that we left with very fond memories!

Great view, great location!
We really enjoyed this unit for the last two days of our trip. I especially liked how organized they were and having the property manager greet us onsite. Unit was clean and everything was just right.
