Had a wonderful time, but there are pros and cons to this duplex.
Pros - great location, close to everything Indianapolis. Nice living room/kitchen area for gathering. Cute bicycle themed throughout. VERY comfortable beds. Located right by an amazing walking trail.
Cons - cleanliness was a little lacking. Anything above the shoulders wasn’t clean. Shower head was crusted with lime buildup. Thick dust on tops of everything. Found some vicks vapor rub laying on the floor in the front bedroom, so not sure if that floor got swept/cleaned. Musty smell every time we walked in. Last, you are in a duplex. You can hear the people on the other side and they can hear you.

The property was great! Exactly as listed, bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had what we needed for our stay. The location was very close to all things downtown Indianapolis. The trail right behind the property was great. Restaurants near by were very good. We were not very familiar with Indianapolis, or any of the surrounding area. This area seems to be an up and coming rebuild area for the city, lots of nice newer houses on the street. However visited the closest Kroger to pick up a few things, and did not feel super safe going into the store, so keep that in mind. Overall the place was very nice, Dale does a great job maintaining the property.

Very nice property! Super cute, clean house that has all the essentials. There was always plenty of street parking. I would definitely stay again. If you have a very large group, renting the adjoining property would be perfect.

This property is in a revitalized area of Indianapolis--close to everything. The owner worked with us and was quite flexible when we had to make a few changes to our reservation. It was clean, updated, and quite nice! Thanks for a great stay!

There were no surprises -- the property was just as pictured. Check in and out were easy. Stayed over the weekend with my husband, 8 year old daughter and 1 year old son. Everyone had a great time and my daughter especially enjoyed the fireplace. The house was stocked well with towels, tolietries, kitchen supplies, etc.

This home is decorated beautifully and has a lovely theme. Check in was simple. The owner is gracious and easy to work with during our stay. It was quite and we had no concerns for safety. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
The beds were a bit on the firm side. There was no TV in any of the bedrooms. The layout was a bit awkward and lacked any space to move around in the bedrooms. The downstairs bathroom had no hand soap, but was well stocked with other bathroom amenities (shampoo and conditioner). Shower is TIGHT if you are over 6ft.
Overall, this home was clean, safe, decent location and meets requirements. The overall feel is that you would like to have amenities and space for the price.

Beautiful place. We had 6 people in our group and had plenty of room. Close to Mass Ave restaurants and also Circle Center area. Only thing I would suggest is more serving dishes and a couple of baking sheets. Also would be nice if there was a card table for playing games. Would definitely stay again.

Just a long weekend away with friends and our stay was perfect. Pictures are very accurate, check in, communication with owner, and check out were very easy. The neighborhood is quiet and in a good location for anything we needed or wanted to go to. We appreciated the cleanliness of home and the extra towels. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Townhouse was incredibly clean and comfortable. Appears to be an up and coming neighborhood with just a short trip to downtown.

We traveled to Indy for a large swim meet and with 2 teenage boys and a 6 year old, getting a hotel for 5 is inconvenient and impossible. This location was only about 10 minutes from the natatorium and close enough to restaurants and a grocery store that feeding hungry swimmer was no issue.
The house appears to be renovated and separated into 2 “townhomes” of you will, so we could have rented the other half for more room but it was not needed at all. The first floor has a comfortable living space and kitchen. I think the photos showed an area rug in the living area, but it wasn’t there when we stayed. Not an issue except be brought our 65lb dog and the floors are laminate and slippery for her. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked great. The downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed, and a shower. The washer/dryer was located right next to the downstairs bath. The only thing we noted that about the downstairs was that the floor was cold. It was winter and snowy, about 20F. It was so chilly that my dogs water bowl was made super cold! Since we didn’t wear shoes in the house our feet got a little cold, but my youngest had her slippers and we all just wore socks.
The upstairs was very nice. Two king bedrooms. The larger one had really great open windows and sunshine. Of course my middle son took that;) it was well decorated and had plenty of comfy linens, as did the other king bedroom. The beds were super comfy, as I believe they were memory foam. The bath was fine, a tub with a shower and they even had extra supplies. Since my boys didn’t bring shampoo/conditioner they stole mine and luckily there was Pantene in the cabinet of the upstairs baths. Lots of nice towels, perfect for 5 people and swimmers who need a shower after a day competing. I will note that the smaller K bedroom has a unique slant to the floor, which is made obvious by the dresser in the room. Once you put clothes in it the slant in the floor causes the drawers to slide open. You just have to give them an extra nudge.
The neighborhood is quiet except for a house being built across the way. The whole are is being taken over by a company who is doing renovations in an odd eclectic modern style. Best part is the bike trail right behind the house. I’m a runner and I was able to take my dog out for a 5k. The trail goes much farther. We also extended our stay by 5 hours and the owner was very easy to work with.
Overall GREAT, and we’ll be back!

Completely renovated space with all the comforts needed! Easy access to downtown and walking with my dog on the Monon! Had an initial issue with electronic access but owner responded immediately with alternative! Top shelf space and 2 king and 1 queen bed made everyone happy!

Very convenient to downtown Indianapolis. Location is in an up and coming neighborhood. The townhouse was comfortable. We would stay there again.

The property was perfect for caring for our grandson after he had hip surgery at IU Health Methodist Hospital. Layout was spacious so he could easily maneuver with crutches. First floor bedroom and bathroom were ideal. Would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 was very pleased with this unit. It's a great spot within driving distance of downtown. We were in town for a convention. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There is a McDonalds, Kroger, and a few restaurants within a 2-3 minute drive. Parking in the back wasn't a problem and seemed very safe. Would stay here again! Thanks.

This was our first VRBO and I'll say what a wonderful, amazing, easy stay it was. The house was perfect. Clean, modern, well decorated and had all we needed while we were in town for a convention. Check in and out was super easy too. Dale was quick to answer any questions we had and we would certainly stay here again if we come back to Indy! Quiet neighborhood, and a lot of the houses in the area are either new or being renovated, so it was enjoyable to just walk around near the house too! We spent most of our time downtown and we rented a car, but it was a short easy drive to park and enjoy downtown Indy. So much history there. Thank you Dale for making our first VRBO experience one that we won't forget.

Family Wedding Party
Our niece got married in Indianapolis and this property allowed our two families plus siblings to be housed right next to each other, so that was great. We had the door open between the two units most of the time. The location was ideal, and we found it really easy to find our way around in Indianapolis.
My only real issue was the lack of flexibility with the bedding: just a sheet or a super warm comforter, nothing in between was available except a few small throw blankets dotted around the unit. It being October, the first day was 82 degrees, and subsequent temps were in the 60's. I sleep cold, my husband sleeps hot; it was a challenge. The temperature of the house was fixed; we were unable to adjust it. The stairs creak pretty badly - not an easy fix.
The units were clean and well-appointed with dishes, etc. Except a tea kettle. That's a lack that almost every place of accommodation has. Using the coffee maker makes the tea taste like coffee and microwaved water cools off very quickly. Yes, I just used a pot on the stove to make our tea, which no one would expect to do for coffee.
So, reading over my review looks like I made a lot of complaints, but still gave 5 stars: the questions asked were specific and the place is geared for 5 stars for those specific things. The addition of a tea kettle and more flexible bedding would help.

We attended a convention in downtown Indy and this place was perfect. Super clean - super cute - great location and all the creature comforts of home. I parked my Jeep in the back of the house and left it there all week because the Uber ride was $10-15 one-way while parking in downtown was $30 to $45 ( ridiculously high) . Cute little bars and restaurants within walking distance and if you are into bicycles or running, there is an amazing trail in the backyard. As a veteran to VRBO properties , I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this property to others. Great space -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! The layout was perfect and cozy and was a perfect location for us, since we love to rent the bicycles through Indy Pacer and a station was less than a block away! We wanted to note for others, in case it matters (it did not to us) that the walls are very thin and you could hear the other occupants quite well. Overall it was a great experience and we give it a five star rating :)
