A fantastic place to call home for a few days! Would definitely love to come back again.

Everything! Location was great. The apartment itself was clean and bright, in a lovely building with balcony access in all rooms. The bedrooms were cozy and tastefully furnished, beds were very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was spacious and fitted with upgraded appliances. The living area was spacious and beautifully appointed with artwork and historical family photographs. Nicely designed bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature was awesome. Wifi speed was good too and served our needs well. Carlos was very responsive and communicated well and provided great suggestions on where to eat, shop for groceries etc. He was also very thoughtful with little details like providing comfortable slippers and individual water bottles by the bed.

La atención del anfitrión es inmejorable y se nota cuando entras en el apartamento, con detalles para hacer la estancia muy cómoda. El piso está completamente reformado y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta, en un barrio precioso, a 10 mn de las famosas Casas de Gaudí y 20-30 mn del resto de puntos estratégicos de la ciudad.

The perfect location. A large, beautiful, well-equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. Central air conditioning. Fast internet. Very friendly and pleasant hosts, ready to help any time.

Perfect loaction, beautiful flat

The location was fantastic, within a mile or so of lots of wonderful bars and restaurants. The flat itself was spacious with a balcony and everything else you could possibly need.

Maybe a couple more blankets for the beds on chilly nights but nothing else.

Beautiful renovated apartment in the upscale area of Barcelona

Decently stocked with basic supplies which was appreciated. The apartment was clean as well. The location was amazing as was the layout of the apartment.

The smaller bedroom has no a/c which, for my family was a little tough. The choice was listen to my husband snore or sweat lol. Def not a deal breaker as everything else was great.

Great stay we really enjoyed Barcelona and this accomodation

1/Location is great. 2/Good communication Marcel the son has great English which was good for us ( wish we spoke Spanish) 3/Spacious and clean 4/Great having a washing machine and detergent provided. 5/Has dishwasher also ( we didn't need to use this) 6/Comfortable beds 7/Good concierge 8/Nice added extras like all toiletries, slippers nice linen and tea bags etc. 9/Quiet 10/Has a lift

Better than the pictures. Apartment presents much better in person. Great location and very safe. Close to great shopping. Easy walk to Gothic quarter and Las Rambla. Everything you would need was provided by Carlos. would definitely return to this apartment.

Superb

Excellent location for being a tourist. Close to metro to get around the city. Hosts were super. If you are a shopper you will find all high end stores are right there.

Marvellous

We had an absolutely marvellous stay here. The check-in process was extremely smooth, the apartment nicely decorated, equipped with everything one might need, very clean and its location is ideal. Felt really safe in the area, several restaurants and supermarkets close by. Casa Mila and Casa Batllo are within a short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was at the perfect location for enjoying a long-awaited holiday in Barcelona. It has everything you can possibly need, everything was spotless, the beds were very confortable and the shower was amazing. All the facilities were top quality, but the best touches were the family old photos, the old desk, the intricate wooden bed headboard.

Due to the proximity to a main avenue, I would recommend to have earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

What an apartment and what a city!

Everything. Carlos was amazingly helpful with early check in, bike storage, local information, food advice and quick responses to questions. The apartment was really spacious, had everything you needed, was comfortable and the interior was tasteful and creative. The location was perfect close to all the attractions easy to locate and in a busy but attractive area with trees and a grasses area where I enjoyed listening to dogs and their owners playing in the evenings. Supermarkets and breakfast places close by too.

Very hard to find anything I didn’t like. A little bit of train noise in the evening as the city got quieter but that’s about it

Very nice apartment with amazing staff

Very nice apartment, confortable and well decorated, the location was perfect, easy access to public transportation and taxis. The comunication was fast and the flexibility with the check-in was amazing!

The shower had some temperature instability, the sink was also a bit clogged but it was quickly fixed after reported! A neighbor was mean to us when we tried to enter the building with him and didn't let us in even when we showed we had the keys.

Large Stylish Barcelona Apartment

A Stunning apartment, with lovely little touches to make our stay incredibly comfortable and homely. Great location, very quiet inside even though located on a busy street. It was also easy to find. The host was a great and met us on arrival, showing us around and giving local recommendations. The apartment was huge and really stylish! I would 100% recommend Mr Serrano Apartments!

A hit point to get to know Barcelona

Our flight was delayed, but the staff waited for us despite the late hour. The apartment is very close to Diagonal metro station (easy to get to from El Prat airport). We were able to move around the city very quickly (all within the Hola Barcelona card). The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Deposit was returned to the card within a few days after our stay.

The apartment was very clean, all the equipment was new (fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV and tablet) the position was perfect, the price for all this quality was very convenient. The staff was easily reachable and very polite; Andrea also helped us with suggestions on where to eat.

Comfortable apartment with great localization

The owner was very helpful and friendly. Contact with the owner was very easy and swift, with positive energy. The apartment has very good location and it is easy to get from there to the major attractions - some of them are within walking distance. The apartment is very elegant and has all needed equipment. We do enjoyed our stay there and can recommended it. The owner was very helpful, provided us with some tips and recommendations where to eat or what to see. That was very kind and we followed some recommendations.

Extremely comfortable and well-functioning, with the bonus of a lovely neighborhood!

Flexibility of the host in meeting our logistics needs (we were coming with a late flight and a late bus to BCN).

Nothing - all perfect and smooth. Probably the best in-person check-in in BCN.

Fantastic. I don't think we would be able to find a better location than this to stay.

The location was amazing. The apartment was right at Passeig De Gracia, walking distance to main major attractions in Barcelona and lots of good options for food. From there we were able to walk to Sagrada Familia Cathedral, Plaza de Catalunya, Gothic Quarter, La Rambla. Also submway station was just a block away, where we took it to go to Camp Nou soccer field. The apartment is very nice, good air conditioning, excellent bathroom - the biggest we had in our trip in Spain. I definitely recommend this place and will stay there next time I'm back in town.

There is nothing that I didn't like. I'm sure Carlos will continue improving this fantastic place. The apartment even has a washer machine, which in our 2-weeks trip, was very convenient.

Excellent place, excellent location

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Amenities were really substantial. The view from balcony was very nice. Gracia is a wonderful neighborhood.
