A part of the Falls Building, known in Victoria for its high-end condos and a stunning, unparalleled view of the western sky, the building's granite counters, gas range stoves, and deep-soak tubs may have some mistaking their suite for a five-star hotel. Moreover, guests staying have access to the building's extravagant amenities, such as an outdoor terrace, heated pool, hot tub and gym. Finally, the suite also has an in-suite washer and dryer with detergent, high-speed wifi + cable, and a secure underground parking space for guest convenience.
An elegant one-bedroom, the Luxury Executive Condo features an expansive layout with abundant natural light and designer furnishings. The tranquillity begins before stepping foot in the unit as the suite's entrance looks upon the soothing courtyard oasis, one of the condo's most lovely settings, consisting of running water, greenery and thoughtful landscaping. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, with a cozy, well-appointed dining area. Guests in the main bedroom sleep soundly on a branded new queen-size mattress, while additional guests cozy up on the lush convertible sofa bed. Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.
Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.
Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.
No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)

Amenity Access: Open daily, 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, with a temporary pool closure from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm for maintenance.

One thing that would the experience is the addition of some shelving or drawers, or even folding suitcase racks.
There is plenty of hanging space but nowhere to put clothing so you're left with lying out if your suitcase on the floor. Otherwise it was a great spot to stay.

It was a great apartment, location, clean and neat! Amenities great views great! But the apartment doesnt have a Security Lock once inside, occupied. So no security as is someone else has a key. Like the morning we got scared someone open the door while we were in bathroom and left.
And a second time, without knocking first!!!.
It was management and the hvac tech. They should have a KNOCK FIRST!
On another note “ no smoking allowed in balconies but every afternoon and midday we could t open windows because someone -another resident is smoking pot and it seeps thru windows!

Perfect condo for activities for downtown. We parked our car & walked everywhere, couldn’t ask for anything else. The condo was clean & comfortable. Currently there is construction across the street that starts at 7:00, but that was no issue for us as we were ready to explore the city. Communication was excellent, check in was easy. We would definitely rent this condo again and recommend to our friends who are looking for a place to stay. Bed was comfortable, the condo made you feel like you were at home.

Although checking in was a little tricky, it didn’t bother us. The condo, location, and host were amazing. If this is your first trip to Victoria, you will want to book here as it is literally walking distance to everything!

My best friend and I had an awesome girls' weekend here. Everything was exactly as listed, so many great restaurants and sights just outside, and we also had fun relaxing in the warm spa! The view was incredible. Definitely recommend it!

The place was nice and in a good downtown location. When attempting to check in and exit the parking garage we ended up in the wrong building tower and got stuck in an elevator until a tenant got on a saved us. I sent the host a suggested edit to the arrival instructions, but she assured me I am the only one who has ever had this issue. When checking out I followed the hosts written instructions, which didn't work. She agreed the instructions were wrong, but made certain to inform me I am the only one who has ever had issues checking out. So I guess these problems are all due to my incompetence as a traveler. Weird, since I have done frequent international business travel for the past 20 years.

Definitely a fabulous place to stay!! VRBO was immaculately clean!!! It was well stocked with everything we needed. In fact, I would say this VRBO was probably the best stocked unit we have every stayed in! The building was clean and well looked after. We met the on-site manager who was very friendly and helpful! The location of the unit was excellent. Walking distance to everything you would want. A lovely little out door bar right across the street and plenty of restaurants in the area. We appreciated the property managers communications as it made us feel like someone was there if we had needed her. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences we have had .
