This truly was the best place to stay! Not only was it in the most convenient location that was in walking distance of everything, but the apartment itself had everything and more that you’d need. Including the beautiful view of the harbour which is the best way to wake up any day of the week.
I truly would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wholesome stay. Will most definitely be coming back!

We had such a great stay at this prime location with the most gorgeous view. The host was fabulous and easy to communicate even provided suggestions on what to do in town during our stay. Perfect place to stay.

The property is beautiful and the location for downtown Victoria is grand. The views are amazing here. The property was well appointed and the bed comfortable.
The problem here was when we arrived with all of our gear including a heavy ice chest we found that the elevator was not working! The property manager knew this was the case and we learned that it had not been functioning for some time. When I spoke on the phone to the property manager about this she said, “it was on one floor! “ we are in our 60’s and 70’s, and always check properties to make certain there is an elevator. It made checking in a nightmare and very physically trying. I would like to point out that there are many people who have accessibility issues and to not tell the guest this property was only accessible by stairs is wrong! This was a high priced rental and all effort should have been made to accommodate the guest!!! Our other issue was there was not parking on sight and now place to drop luggage and ice chest off in front of the property. This information was not given to us until the day before we arrived. Parking in an unsecured lot is available down the street and our car remained safe, but we needed to take everything out of the car to ensure nothing was stolen, which of course made the elevator issue even more of a problem.
We will not stay here again!!!

Exactly as advertised—-Views are amazing. Very comfortable living areas. Everything worked great. Coffee provided is whole beans with a grinder and coffee maker. Neighborhood is incredibly walkable.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. The location just can't be beat! You are just a short walk from any amenity you may want. There was construction happening next door but it didn't interferewith our stay. Communication with the host was easy and questions were promptly returned. The harbour views were spectacular and the studio, though small, was very well appointed. We'll be back!

Beautiful property in a great location - and well maanged!
Disappointed in VRBO for not conveying the information on the Co-Host Website about ongoing construction. While it will likely be over in a few weeks but having someone cut aluminum framing 10 feet away from you apartment at 7:30 am 6 days a week is not relaxing. Obviously not a problem at night but disappointed that VRBO did not share that information.
All in all a great property - fantastic locaiton!

Great location. Great views!
Everything within walking distance. Public transportation was easy to maneuver.
My husband an engineer enjoyed watching all the construction processes and the draw bridge.
We both enjoyed the visits down at the shore and in the water from the raccoons, otters herons and harbor seals.
Great time!

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved it totally. We also had our dog with us and that was no problem. The view is incredible and everything in the listing was as advertised. We had a minor problem one day and the property management company responded right away and fixed it.
Yes, it is noisy during the weekdays, but that's pretty clear in this listing. The property has been discounted for that reason, so you are getting a way more expensive condo for this price. The noise is always done at 4:30 PM, and there's nothing on weekends.
You won't regret renting this place, we are definitely coming back.

Loved the place and location. Would have been nice to know about the major building and excavation from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily right out the patio door. A lot of heavy equipment and crane operation. On the up side, we were out and about most of the daytime hours and the evenings were marvelous

Really Good, would have been nice to have suggestions where we could check our luggage. Construction starts at 7 am, little early for us. Great area, close to everything. Great view!

.Great equipped kitchen and appliances everything is modern and existing space is well used for the amenities. Parking is scarce (none on site) and no space to park near entrance to load and unload. Construction & digging of high rise next door is concerning thank goodness machines owners put in help..Process for getting keys a bit convoluted but once we got them the fob works . Only 1 fob per couple though which was inconvenient.

This cozy little apartment looks right out onto the harbour where the water taxis park. It is gorgeous to just sit and watch the view from the comfort of the bed. The apartment is also super close to Market Square, Fantan Ally, and the docks so everything you need is within 10 minute walking distance. Overall this place is beautiful and in an awesome very accessible location.

First of all I want to start off by saying the place is really pretty and it's right in downtown Victoria. It's what we were looking for except for some crucial pieces. There is a major construction project right next to this condo. When you step out onto the balcony there’s an approximately forty foot pit, a huge lot with an entire construction team. I am a city girl. I live near a highway and don’t even hear it. I have 4 kids and was excited to sleep in for a week with my hubby. Each morning I was awakened to very loud construction. When I complained about it to Laura Klein at CohostVictoria, she said it was in the description of the property. It's true, but it's the last line of several paragraphs, it says something like: “Victoria is a growing city and there's construction next door” I feel there needs to be more transparency here. Laura Klein also told me they lowered the nightly rate of the condo due to the construction project. I think this information needs to be clearly communicated. “There’s loud construction next door. We have lowered the price to reflect that.’ Then you can make the choice if that's ok with you. It's like buying a dress with a rip in it--point out the rip to the buyer, let them know it's there and that's what it is--take it or leave it.
Also, this place needs an internal chain or slide lock on the door. Two strangers used the keypad and walked into the flat. I felt unsafe that so many people seemed to have access to the condo and I couldn’t lock them out when I was there sleeping.
Last thing. This place is described as being able to sleep four people. But this is a very small studio. Yes, there’s a murphy bed in the middle of the kitchen. But I don’t know what 4 people would be able to share this small space. Even putting kids in the murphy bed would make it hard to do meals, naps, lounging etc.
I would encourage the management to be franker about what this place actually is. It is a lovely small downtown studio that has loud construction next door. Then you can decide if the price is worth it.

The ad mentioned a parking pad right beside the building for guests to use however they forgot to mention it was under a massive construction. Cranes banging in piles into the ground right outside the balcony was not something i paid for nor was informed about. Phoned the Property manger a few times to discuss this issue but no answer. They didn’t offer any compensation for misleading information. Poor communication and misleading information made us vacate the premises as I’m not starting my morning off at 6am with construction noises waking up my children.
