Very centrally located but not any other accommodations in the close vicinity, easy to find. Apartment is well laid out and has plenty of space to accommodate a large group! A fantastic find for anyone with a large group looking to explore Manchester
Nothing!
8.0 / 10.0
lots of separate bedrooms and bathrooms and good location
kitchen space was hard to manage with a large group and the heating and water temperatures were up and down
10.0 / 10.0
Amazing location and perfect house for a big group.
3.0 / 10.0
great location, however down an alleyway where people were smoking drugs when we arrived.
the property was very dirty, a broken windows washing machine in the lounge, which has spilled water across the room.
not enough glasses/ cups/ plates for everyone
difficulty getting into the property, host was very unhelpful and rude on the phone.
4.0 / 10.0
The location was great - within walking distance to the city centre and with lots of restaurants nearby. The space was also big enough for all 15 of us to stay in. The hosts were quick to respond to queries and when we informed them that we had no oven gloves and were running out of toilet paper, they promptly brought some over for us
The showers on the top floor were unusable as they were scolding hot and the temperature could not be altered, so we all had to share the showers on the other floors instead. Some of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut, so you had to go to the toilet/shower with the door slightly open. The pictures on the website of the main living space show two l-shaped sofas, but when we arrived, there was only one there and a small broken black sofa instead

great location and layout of the property suited the group.

good full of shops takeaway around very good
minimizer rats they are too much
3.0 / 10.0
location is good however it’s down a back alley next to lots of bin and a takeaway so very smelly and dirty and lots of rats and noise due to deliveroo drivers picking up at takeaway and hanging outside.
not luxury or premium and not worth the price
apartment was disappointing , freezers full of old food , none of TVs worked or sky boxes , lots of gas canisters and other drug paraphernalia left around the apartments , not a very high standard of cleaning or repair , fire alarm in fault , showing fire and beeping , very noisy due to deliveroo drivers hanging around outside. very poor standard for money, complained 5 days ago no one bothered to get back to me
also had to chase them a few times to get my deposit back.

nothing
area was terrible with graffiti everywhere & rats running about. no bins or locks on the doors especially the bathrooms. couldn’t use the shower on the top level as water was cold & clearly a problem with the drains as the sink was filling up when you used it & smelt of sewage! sockets upside down.
doors were a shambles, had splits up them and flimsy hinges attached on heavy fire doors & not enough that the law states which resulted on the door falling on top of one of the members in the group and we got charged in our deposit for the door replacement and told it was our fault the door ripped off the hinges! communication with staff was atrocious.
for how much we had paid for the two nights, nearly a £1000 a night you expect a higher standard.

The amount of rooms available
the property was cold the whole stay, the showers were cold, the lights stopped working during my stay and the staff were very unhelpful and provided no assistance for this

Big property suitable for large group. Very modern and super clean. 3 Different living room areas. Lovely staff available throughout all of our stay.
No locks on bathroom and toilet doors and cold.

Great location with helpful staff when contacted to give assistance on things around the property. Would recommend to others and stay again.
A little bit cold but to be expected in a big property in the winter months

Excellent location, great space for a big group, beds were comfy and modern decor
Showers were lukewarm and not all radiators seemed to work
5.0 / 10.0
Good location
Smaller than it looks in the pictures. Kitchen facilities pretty poor. All the doors absolutely slam. Uncomfortable mattresses. Bathrooms drain quite slowly.
7.0 / 10.0
It had lots of facilities for a large group and was decorated nicely. Good amount of showers and toilets for a big group. Very central location. Easy check in and check out instructions. Nice communal spaces for a group. Hosts quick to come back to you if you have queries.
Alleyway that the property is on is quite noisy at night as central location. Some Merry groups stopped to hang out outside the accommodation door in the early hours which did wake some of us up. This can’t be helped by hosts though.
Quite hot when we arrived but it was quite a warm day so don’t imagine that’s a common issue.
Also I think there was a lock issue while we were there which was absolutely fine but as we didn’t know until we turned up one of the days during our stay and someone was there just in there car and without a uniform with a lock kit we were a bit spooked. Would have been fine if we had a message before about it but as we didn’t know we were worried for a bit about what was happening. However once we messaged the accommodation they were quite quick to confirm it was legit and reassure us.

Absolutely lovely stay and spacious would stay again. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everything about this residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. House were spacious and elegantly furnished. New and designer interior. Comfortable house with Great location, amazing shopping near by as well, close to coffee, bakery, restaurants. Owner and his assistant were very friendly, they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to everyone.
