About this house rental
Your family will love this fully remodeled and beautifully decorated beach house. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful white beach, and an even shorter walk to the pool or Peddlers Pavilion which has shops, restaurants and live music almost every night. It is the perfect location with Rosemary and Alys Beach both in walking distance too. Don’t feel like walking, you can jump on a tram that drops you off at the beach access area also. This house comfortably sleeps 8, all on one level. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has full size bunk beds. There are 3 full bathrooms. . The screened in, covered back patio gives you a nice place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or store your beach gear after a fun day out. There is a large dining table and bar in the kitchen, so there is plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat.

Myself and my two boys stayed here for a long Labor Day weekend for the beach and a fishing trip. The house was perfect for us! It’s in a great location ideal for walking to the pool, beach and all the restaurants and amenities in Seacrest and Rosemary. My boys brought their bikes and when we weren’t at the beach, pool or fishing they were out exploring the area. The owner was very responsive to any questions and easy to work with. The house is well taken care of and really is beautiful on the inside when you see it in person. If you’re staying in Seacrest I highly recommend booking this property!

We have been coming to the Seacrest/Rosemary area for over 10 years and this by far is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Upon entry the house smelled so good, you could tell how well cleaned and fresh everything was. It is wonderfully appointed with furnishings, decor and loads of space. The kitchen was fantastic. I like to cook some during vacation and never wanted for anything - from cutlery, cutting boards and nice pots and pans.
The location is great. We really used what I guess would be the back door/porch to enter and leave the property when heading to beach, pool or shops. Once you figure that trick out, the walks are even shorter.
Seacrest is a fabulous community! The 12,000 sq ft pool is our favorite, if one area gets crowded, just move to a new area in the same pool. It is nice that they have a cafe. It is a little pricey so if you don't want that, pack a cooler with drinks and lunch, you won't miss a beat but the food at the cafe is pretty great if you feel like splurging - the burger is enormous and can definitely be shared between an adult and a kid or two kids.
We had a fabulous stay - of and they have so many puzzles, which is a favorite pastime especially if you get hit with a little rainstorm that delays your trip to the beach or pool.

I had low expectations of the house because of the unassuming pictures of the VRBO listing. I was immensely impressed with the house, it was clean, well decorated, comfortable and bigger than I expected. The kitchen was very well appointed with all pots/pans and utensils. There were dishwasher pods and dish soap. Plenty of towels for our group and even beach towels. There were a few beach chairs and boogie boards in the back that we used at the beach. The pool is about two blocks away or you can take the tram. Peddlers pavilion is a quick walk too. We will definitely rent this house again if we travel back to 30A.

This is the absolute best place for us to stay. The location was within walking distance to the pool and shuttle pickup for the beach was so easy and convenient. Pizza was within 5 minutes walking distance. Many restaurants were In walking distances as well. Location was perfect.
The home was the absolute best part of our experience. It was as good as it gets. Honestly it is as perfect as possible. No complaints at all. We would highly recommend this home. The owners are great host.

We loved this house and the area. The house was incredibly nice and kept up well. There were 7 of us in the house and we were so glad they had 3 bathrooms! We are already talking about coming back to the same exact place next time. I didn't realize how far the pool and beach were but the golf cart service was so nice we used it all the time. My only complaint would be that when you are on the beach there is only a section that the whole community gets to use and the rest is private property. Not a huge issue we just weren't aware of it. Overall, incredible place and we will most definitely be back.

This beach house was so clean and well-furnished. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our family enjoyed our stay. It was roomy and perfect for our party of 6 adults. Every room, including the back porch, are larger than they appear in the pictures. This was a fabulous home! We’ll be back!

Mike was an amazing host with great communication! He allowed for a later checkout, responded about any questions, and had a beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was so cute! It was close to so many great places and restaurants. My friends & I have been to this part of florida 4 times and this was our favorite stay!

The pictures online do not do this house justice. This is a beautiful home in Seacrest Beach. The house is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The only thing missing was some kitchen towels. The beds are very comfortable, and there is a great screened in porch out back for you to enjoy. The house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we walked in we were awestruck. The photos don’t do this home justice. However, the start was the wonderful communication of Mike. I knew it would be a special place just by how intricate he was with details. This home literally has everything you need. As a matter of fact, I took a pic of all the items in the kitchen to make sure I replicate it at my own house! The back porch is heaven too. Private, SCREENED in so no bugs. Perfect spot to read and have coffee. The house was just amazing. We love 30A and have been in other VRBOs. Nothing like Mike’s! Thank you for hosting!

Great getaway!
We enjoyed our stay here! The house was equipped with all that was needed. The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The home is updated and you can tell the owners take pride in their property. We enjoyed the neighborhood and all of the amenities it had to offer. We did have an issue with the locks, but the owner addresses it and provided an alternate way to access the house. My only complaint would be to replace the kitchen knife set, as they were extremely dull. We would definitely book here again!

Our family had a great time on our second stay at Sea la Vee! Even though it rained 2 of our days there, we enjoyed the time together. The listing was as expected, clean, and had easy access to the pool, beach, and shops/eateries. We love staying here!

The pictures on the website do not do this home justice! Loved the tall ceilings and the cool decor. Felt beachy without being cheesy! The neighborhood is lovely, and had everything we needed for the trip (groceries, food, coffee, alcohol). The pool was just a short walk away, and it was beautiful! Very clean with a nice cafe with snacks. The beach was also a short walk away, with amazing views. We made sure to get there early, as it did get crowded toward the end of the day. The neighborhood has a tram service that took us directly from the beach to our house. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic Home
Excellent home, amenities, beach items and bicycles and community and communication with the owner.
The Seacrest Beach area was limited and very crowded. Thank you April for suggesting that we drive/ride bicycles to Inlet Beach which was MUCH nicer and less crowded.
However 2 of the families of our party booked ahead of time a Lyft driver to go to Northwest Florida Beaches Airport on Saturday morning August 7th and neither driver showed up.
They both ended up paying much more for a taxi service and barely made their departing flights. Uber was also quite limited availability of drivers when we first arrived on Sunday August 1.

Better than you think!
My girlfriends and I LOVED this house. It was the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday, and we plan to come back! Mike was a great host and was very responsive.

Perfect vacation
This community is like nowhere else I’ve ever stayed at the beach. People riding bikes everywhere. You can walk to most anything you desire. The pool is like 5 pools all connected. This place made me want to move here. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The kids never wanted to leave the pool. The house is so clean and in a perfect spot. This trip was so much more than I ever expected it to be. There was live music every night around the shops within walking distance. Mike was great with communicating. Very easy check in and check out process. We will definitely plan to return.

Our first time to 30 A. It was beautiful! The owner was responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect for our family. Easy access to the beach via the trolley. Pool was walking distance. We rented bikes and were able to bike all over!

We had a wonderful weekend staying here. It is within a short walking distance to everything in Rosemary Beach, including the pool and the beach. The tram to the beach was also invaluable for when we had to carry items like our cooler. I could not recommend this place more and we will absolutely be back!

Fun Beach Getaway
Pros:
- Close to Seacrest beach (~5-10 minute walk, and very close to tram stop that picks up every couple minutes)
- Nice finishings/appliances (well decorated, overall very nice house)
- plenty of space for 6 adults
- Price (great value!)
Cons:
- Communication with property manager was quite slow at times
- bathrooms weren’t fully clean when we arrived
- small issues with bathroom hardware (Eg, shower leaked)
Overall a great stay, definitely an awesome value—would book again. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
