Salty Sunsets! Your answer to a perfect beach get-away... Come and be spoiled in our newly decorated condo! This beautiful, spacious Condo in the family-friendly Seacrest Beach community is within walking distance of the postcard-perfect Rosemary Beach as well as the elegant Alys Beach, and overlooks the majestic 12,000 square foot lagoon pool.

Our beautiful three bedroom, three and half bath, 1,850 square foot home sleeps eight to ten and has upgrades throughout including wood floors, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, ten foot ceilings, and a spacious GARAGE that has a great game area, including ping pong, shuffleboard, and foosball. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach or the pool.

*** Our condo has just been painted - both inside and out! We also have new king mattresses as well as new sofas in the living room.***

The property is ideally situated in a park-like setting, the beach access is within a short walk (or take the seasonal beach tram that picks up at the end of our driveway). The property has super views of the community pool and lawn which can be enjoyed from the wide, furnished balcony.

Salty Sunsets has private gated access from the backyard directly to the largest pool on 30A where you can enjoy the multiple, cascading pools, fountains, cabanas, and lush landscaping. The property has generous sized windows and multiple patio doors. The spacious living area is doused with sunlight from three sides. The entire living space, including the bedrooms, is all on one level and there is plenty of seating and dining areas to comfortably accommodate up to ten persons.

Our condo is on the second floor - the first floor having the garage with the game area as well as one of the full bathrooms. And if you are having a family reunion or a wedding, consider our neighboring unit above. Combined, you can sleep 20 people in beds and enjoy 6 full baths and 2 half baths. WI-FI in both units.

The property has a large, flat green space right next to it offering numerous opportunities to play yard activities and further enjoy the outdoors. We have several restaurants within walking or biking distance of our unit as well as quaint shops and grocery stores.

We had an amazing time during our week at Salty Sunsets! The location of the condo is amazing, steps away from the pool and only a couple minute walk from the beach. This place feels like a little slice of heaven and we can’t wait to come back soon!

The location was perfect to access the pool, walk or take tram to the beach, and ride bikes to Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary. The games in the garage were a hit with the kids. Kathy was very responsive and welcoming. The property was comfy, clean, and had everything we needed for a lovely family beach trip. Would stay here again if we come back to the area! very clean, comfy, and had everythinneeded!

This duplex was a lot of fun for my family of four and parents to stay at! Great location, fairly walkable area, close to the huge pool, not far from the beach (also very walkable), and good shopping either a slightly longer walk or really short drive away. The beaches were in wonderful shape as expected and even though they were a bit crowded some days (late May and early June), spending a little extra to reserve chairs through La Dolce Vita was worth it. We really liked having a garage for our car to keep it out of the sun and rain. My kids loved the place too -- plenty of space for the two of them to play without getting in the way of the four adults. Kitchen and living room space was good for our party of 6.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was lovely and perfect for a Spring Break with teenagers. We made breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for the teens. We had a perfect amount of space and all the kitchen items necessary to cook! The owners were so sweet and easily accessible for any issues. The location of this unit is perfect for shopping, the beach and especially the pool. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay in this unit and I would definitely come back!

Unbelievable house/condo! Great decor and well kept! Would book the same place again next year if something is done to change the beach access. Only issue is the beach access. The only company that offers beach service said they were sold out since March (online and over the phone), yet they had sets available to rent on-site ($500 for 2 chairs - 1 umbrella for the week...). The "first come-first serve side of the beach access was so small it was ridiculous. You had to get up at 6am and get to the beach to get a spot. Too many people and not enough access.

We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, updated, well stocked, central location in the Rosemary Beach area! We could Bike so many places in a short time! Fantastic set up for at home meals and grilling out! Game area in garage fantastic for late night play or steering clear if rain or cool air comes in! Amazing pools Right out our back door! Seacrest Beach just a short walk across the street or easy Tram ride that picks up right at the end of our driveway! Owners quick to respond and very informative on property and surrounding area questions! We will definitely be back!

We were here for a few days leading up to Labor Day. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The garage was also very helpful for the days that it rained. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Condo was clean. Pool was enjoyable but crowded. Only complaint was the Seacrest private beach area. We brought our own beach chairs and there wasn’t any room to set up. Way too many rental chairs taking up most of the room and most were not even rented. We went to a couple other nice inlet beaches. All in all great condo and enjoyable Rosemary beach town! Thanks again!

Condo was just as described. Owner is engaged & responsive. Property was very clean, even during the middle of the high use & quick turnaround peak season. Location near the pool is great! Centrally located to other properties in Seacrest. Very close to the shops. Easy walking distance to everything. We brought along bikes and barely used them. Tram pickup right at the end of the driveway.

We had a wonderful week and great stay! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located overseeing the pool and within walking distance to Rosemary. The walk to the beach was a short 5mins and easy walk for our young children. We also could take the tram at the end of the driveway. This house is child friendly and the owners have literally thought of everything a family could possibly need for their vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

We had two adults, four teenage girls (ages 15-16), and an 8 year old girl. Plenty of space (and bathrooms) for everyone! We loved having the garage to park the 16-year-old’s car for the week AND keep our bicycles secure. Unit was well-stocked! Highly recommend.

What a great property! It had everything we needed. Great location with easy access to pool and steps to tram service that drops off at beach. Rent the chairs early via La Dolce Vita. We also rented at nearby Inlet Beach using Redfish Rentals. Can walk to restaurants and shops at both Seacrest Village and Rosemary Beach. Easy drive to Panama City as well which has tons of offerings. Kathy was very accessible. A great host! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This rental is not only beautiful and in a great location (next to tram pick up, right by the pool, perfectly between Alys and Rosemary, etc.), but the thoughtfulness shown by the hosts was truly a gift! The space was clean and so comfortable. We truly had the best stay. Will for sure remember this rental the next time we are in the area!
