Margaret was a phenomenal host. She directed us to a number of fun Corn Hill activities and met all of our needs. Very attentive and communicative. This VRBO is stocked with everything you'll need for a long-term stay. The surrounding area is beautiful during the summer! Many coffeeshops and a public library nearby. Highly rated VRBO for a reason.

I was in town for a bit more than 2 weeks for a fellowship at the Strong Museum of Play. I needed a place within walking distance and with a good kitchen (instead of having to go out to eat all the time). This place fit my needs to the letter. I walked everywhere I needed to go - I only needed to use Instacart for two grocery deliveries. I was so happy to be somewhere that was walking friendly and had great privacy and plenty of space. The apartment had everything I needed to cook, do laundry, and just feel comfortable after a long day of research. Margaret was an excellent host who left me to my own devices. I hope to come back to Rochester again and if I do, I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The neighborhood was lovely and close to everything. The apartment was very sweet, clean, decorated nicely and well appointed. Our biggest complaint was the bed - it was hard and uncomfortable, nothing a topper couldn’t resolve. I really appreciated the approach of the host - there if we needed her, but gave us our space and didn’t overwhelm us with information, rules, check-in and -out instructions.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a cool old house in a quiet neighborhood. Great WiFi made working from there easy. Close to downtown (walkable) and easy freeway access. Stayed here to work remotely during the week. Would recommend this place.

I came to town for two nights to visit my son at college. This was the perfect place to stay, I even was able to make dinner for my son and his friends. Comfortable and spacious. I’d 100% stay there again.

Everything is as advertised. We liked the location and the amenities. We had stayed here before so knew what to expect, and did not have to worry if the apartment would meet our needs. It did!
