Property and location were fantastic. Margaret was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and a wonderful host.

Margaret was a phenomenal host. She directed us to a number of fun Corn Hill activities and met all of our needs. Very attentive and communicative. This VRBO is stocked with everything you'll need for a long-term stay. The surrounding area is beautiful during the summer! Many coffeeshops and a public library nearby. Highly rated VRBO for a reason.

I was in town for a bit more than 2 weeks for a fellowship at the Strong Museum of Play. I needed a place within walking distance and with a good kitchen (instead of having to go out to eat all the time). This place fit my needs to the letter. I walked everywhere I needed to go - I only needed to use Instacart for two grocery deliveries. I was so happy to be somewhere that was walking friendly and had great privacy and plenty of space. The apartment had everything I needed to cook, do laundry, and just feel comfortable after a long day of research. Margaret was an excellent host who left me to my own devices. I hope to come back to Rochester again and if I do, I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The neighborhood was lovely and close to everything. The apartment was very sweet, clean, decorated nicely and well appointed. Our biggest complaint was the bed - it was hard and uncomfortable, nothing a topper couldn’t resolve. I really appreciated the approach of the host - there if we needed her, but gave us our space and didn’t overwhelm us with information, rules, check-in and -out instructions.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a cool old house in a quiet neighborhood. Great WiFi made working from there easy. Close to downtown (walkable) and easy freeway access. Stayed here to work remotely during the week. Would recommend this place.

I came to town for two nights to visit my son at college. This was the perfect place to stay, I even was able to make dinner for my son and his friends. Comfortable and spacious. I’d 100% stay there again.

The property looked just like the pictures. Everything worked and was in very good condition. We liked the off-street parking so we didn't have to move our vehicle every day. We slept well. It was below freezing outside, but the floor was warm. Hope we can stay again next time we are in town.

The place was impeccable. Beautiful decoration, clean, peaceful and quiet. I was 100% satisfied with the accurate place pictures and description in VRBO overall information. The Owner was very gentle and gave me the explanations needed about the place and she came to me the last day to make sure that I was ok with my stay. which I was without any doubt. I would recommend this place with no reservations...Thanks M,M.

Absolutely fabulous, every aspect. The host went above and beyond in so many ways. The place is in a great location. It has all the amenities you could hope for. Don't let a bottom apartment fool you. She even has heat running under the floor tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed meeting Magaret and would hope to stay here again if in the Rochester area.

I can think of only positive things to say about this place. It was very clean and well appointed. It is in a great location where most everything I needed was within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. The only outside sounds I remember hearing were a crack of thunder and the beeping of a garbage truck one morning (but those can be heard no matter where you are). The listing says there is no air conditioning, but I didn't miss it, even in August and I like my room on the cool side. The refrigerator was cold, the water was hot and the bed was comfortable. I plan to stay here for future visits to Rochester.
